Title:HIBRIDNI KAZALCI KAKOVOSTI ELEKTRIČNE ENERGIJE V ELEKTROENERGETSKEM DISTRIBUCIJSKEM SISTEMU

Abstract:Doktorska disertacija obravnava nov način spremljanja kakovosti električne energije z vpeljavo hibridnega kazalca kakovosti električne energije. Uvedene so bile spremenljivke za stopnjo pokablitve, stopnjo vzankanja in odzivnega časa za popravilo okvare. Na podlagi teh spremenljivk sta bili določeni dve kriterijski funkciji: za hibridni kazalec kakovost Q in za pripadajoča vlaganja C. Z dvokriterijsko optimizacijo je bil opravljen izračun optimalnih vlaganj za izbrano želeno ali določeno kakovost. Na osnovi izdelanega modela je bil obravnavan primer realnega omrežja. Obdelana sta dva v praksi preizkušena primera za dvig spodnje mejne vrednosti kakovosti električne energije: zaščita vodov za primer pretrga vodnika, ko je okvarni tok manjši od toka delovanja klasične zaščite, in primer stalnega nadzora nad stanjem upora za omejevanje toka zemeljskega kratkega stika v srednjenapetostnem omrežju. V sklopu optimizacije parametra stanja stikalnih aparatov s pomočjo diferenčne evolucije je prikazan primer uporabe novega, sodobnega načina vzdrževanja stikalnih aparatov s pomočjo kriterija za ocenjevanje stanja in pomembnosti stikalnih aparatov. Uvedene so bile nove metode za vrednotenje parametrov stanja in pomembnosti z uporabo ekonomskega kriterija minimalnih stroškov kot omejitev parametra stanja.

Title:HYBRID QUALITY INDEX OF ELCTRICAL ENERGY IN DISTRIBUTION POWER SYSTEM
Abstract:In the thesis, a new method for monitoring the quality of electrical energy using a unique hybrid quality index is presented. The model was then applied to an existing network. New variables for cable versus overhead line ratio, the level of ring versus radial network ratio and outage repair time response were introduced. Based on these three variables, two objective functions were introduced: hybrid quality index Q and corresponded costs C. The proposed two criteria of optimization can be used to calculate the optimal amount of investments in order to achieve maximum quality. A complete discussion on two real examples, dealing with the raise of lower boundary value of electrical quality, is included: the first example deals with “fault protection” when current is smaller than the operational current value, the second example deals with full time neutral point to ground resistance monitoring of MV network used for earth current limitation. In the context of optimization with differential evolution, a new contemporary way of switching device maintenance using the criteria of condition and importance of switching device in the network is discussed. New methods for assessing parameters of condition and importance, using the economical criteria of cost minimization as boundary value, are proposed.
