Abstract:Laboratorijska destilarna je eksperimentalno in pedagoško orodje, namenjeno študiju problemov s področja regulacij nelinearnih procesov. Krmilniški program destilarne je bil razvit za industrijski krmilnik OMORON CJ1G-H s procesorjem CPU4. Koda je izvedena v programskih modulih in funkcijskih blokih. Grafični vmesnik, namenjen za zaslon, občutljiv na dotik, OMORON NS12-TS00B-V1, deluje s pomočjo kalupov. Parametri PID-regulatorja so bili izračunani z različnimi eksperimentalnimi metodami. Diplomska naloga vsebuje tudi primerjavo zaprtozančnega vodenja v različnih delovnih točkah. Volumetrični pretok in povprečna stopnja alkohola v iztočnem destilatu se računata rekurzivno. Izračun stopnje vol. % alkohola se izvaja posredno z meritvijo temperature hlapov destilata preko Rayleigh-jeve enačbe.

Title:AUTOMATISATION OF THE LABORATORY DISTELLERY PLANT
Abstract:The laboratory distillery plant is an experimental and pedagogical tool, used for the study of problems in the field of nonlinear process control. The distillery’s PLC Software was developed for OMORON CJ1G-H with the processor CPU43, using software-modules and function blocks. The Graphical User Interface (GUI) was designed for OMORON NS12-TS00B-V1-touch-panel using templates. The parameters of the embedded PID controller have been determined using different experimental methods. The thesis also compares the results of the close loop control for different set values. A recursive calculation method is used to determine the volumetric flow rate and the average alcohol content of the distillate. The % vol. ratio of alcohol is calculated indirectly with the Reyleigh-equation using measurements of the distillate vapor temperatures.
