Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava razvoj sistema za spremljanje stanja kolesarske mreže. Prototip sistema za interaktivno grafično upravljanje s podatki o kritičnih točkah na kolesarskih povezavah temelji na prosto dostopnih digitalnih prostorskih podatkih in spletnih tehnologijah. V začetnem delu so predstavljene osnovne definicije ustreznih izrazov. Sistemska analiza, načrt, implementacija in uporaba sistema, so razdelani v osrednjem delu. Na koncu je podan razmislek o možnostih nadaljnjega razvoja sistema v skladu s sodobnimi trendi informacijskih tehnologij in priložnostih za aktivnejšo participacijo skupnosti pri izboljševanju razvoja prometa.

Title:SYSTEM FOR BICYCLE NETWORK MONITORING
Abstract:Diploma work deals with the development of a bicycle network monitoring system. The prototype of the system for interactive graphical data management of critical points on the bike links is based on freely available digital spatial data and web technologies. In the first part the basic definitions of relevant terms are presented. System analysis, design, implementation and use cases are elaborated in the core part of the work. In the final part we reflect on the possibilities of further development of the system in accordance with current information technologies trends and opportunities for active participation of communities in the improvement of transport development.
