Title:VPLIV ORGANIZACIJSKE KLIME NA USPEŠNOST PODJETJA

Abstract:Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih je ključnega pomena za podjetje, saj vpliva na večjo uspešnost. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih vpliva na organizacijsko klimo, le-ta pa nazaj na zadovoljstvo. Nekatera podjetja so na krizne razmere veliko bolje pripravljena in takšna so prav gotovo podjetja, v katerih vlada dobro vzdušje, da se velja s krizo spopasti in ne pasivno čakati, da se bo nekaj zgodilo samo do sebe. Raziskovanje organizacijskega vzdušja omogoča vodilnim v podjetju vpogled v občutenje zaposlenih o njihovem delu, delovnem okolju, pogojih dela, idr. V diplomskem delu smo preučili organizacijsko klimo in njene dimenzije v podjetju. Iz ugotavljanja vzdušja in ciljev podjetja je potrebno presoditi, ali je način doživljanja in reagiranja zaposlenih ustrezen za doseganje ciljev. Ko se podjetje znajde v težavah, je sprememba vzdušja nujna. Prvi pogoj za spreminjanje neustreznega vzdušja je njegovo preučevanje. S preučevanjem klime mislimo na ugotavljanje dimenzij klime, vzrokov in posledic, ki jih ima klima na vedenje zaposlenih. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili pojem organizacijske klime, njene dimenzije in njen vpliv na ravnanje zaposlenih Empirični del sem izdelala na podlagi podatkov, ki sem jih pridobila z analizo raziskave v podjetju Gracia d.o.o. Ključne ugotovitve so naslednje: Raziskava nam potrdi, da je klima v podjetju ugodna, vprašujemo pa se, ali so odgovori iskreni in delavci pritrdijo le zaradi bojazni pred izgubo službe. Potrdimo lahko tudi domnevo, da so delavci zadovoljni z vodstvom. Najslabše sta ocenjeni kategoriji »nagrajevanje« ter »notranje komuniciranje in informiranje«. Na koncu so oblikovane ugotovitve in predlogi vodstvu, ki so pomembni za preživetje in razvoj podjetja.

Title:INFLUENCE OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE ON COMPANY SUCCESS
Abstract:Employee satisfaction is of key importance for a company because it influences the overall better success. The satisfaction of employees has an impact on the organizational climate which in turn affects the satisfaction of employees. Some companies are much better prepared for a crisis situation and these companies are definitely those with a better work climate where employees fell that they can tackle the crisis without waiting passively for something to happen. Research of the organizational climate enables the management to have an insight into the employees' perception of their work, the working environment, working conditions, etc. This graduation thesis is a study of organizational climate and its dimensions in a company. Once the atmosphere and the company's goals are determined, we may evaluate whether the employees' way of perception and reaction is adequate in order to achieve the company's goals. When a company finds itself in trouble, the atmosphere change is indispensable. The first condition for changing an inadequate atmosphere is to study it attentively. Studying the climate implies that we establish its dimensions, causes and effects of the climate on the behaviour of employees. In the theoretical part, the notion of organizational climate, its dimensions and its influence on employees' behaviour are presented. The empirical part is based on data obtained from research analysis in the company Gracia d.o.o. The key findings are the following: Research confirms that the company climate is favourable, yet we must question whether the answers are sincere or also influenced by the workers' fear of loosing their job. The assumption that employees are satisfied with the management is also confirmed. The categories with worst votes are »remuneration« and »internal communication and information«. The thesis concludes with some findings and recommendations to the management which are important for the company's survival and development.
