Opis:Kadrovanje je uspešno takrat, kadar so v procesu kadrovanja pravočasno izpopolnjeni pogoji pridobivanja kadrov, pridobivanje potrebnega števila kadrov, pridobivanje in spremljanje ustreznih kadrov za predvidena delovna mesta ter razvijanje kadrov v pozitivni smeri za čim boljšo rast podjetja. Uspešnost podjetja je odvisna tudi od razvoja kadrov, ki naj bi pripeljal do optimalne usposobljenosti za delo. Hkrati pa naj bi poudarjal tudi občutek pripadnosti podjetju. Temelji na predpostavki, da imajo ljudje dovolj časa in volje, da se usposobijo in razvijejo svoje talente. Med planiranjem kadrov in njihovim razvojem mora obstajati tesna povezanost, to naj bi se zagotovilo z ustreznimi kadrovskimi načrti. Temeljna naloga razvoja kadrov je, da zagotavlja optimalno poklicno, izobraževalno in kvalifikacijsko strukturo vseh zaposlenih glede na sedanjo razvitost in strateške cilje organizacije. Instrumenti razvoja kadrov so med seboj povezani in prepleteni sistemi spremljanja, razmeščanja, napredovanja in izobraževanja kadrov. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili kadrovanje, kadrovsko politiko, vse pristope procesa kadrovanja, v nadaljevanju pa smo se osredotočili na razvoj kadrov. Opisali smo kaj razvoj kadrov pomeni za podjetje ter kakšne metode so na voljo. V raziskovalnem delu smo izvedli anketo o uvajanju in matriki usposobljenosti, ki jo uporabljajo v podjetju Novem car interior design, d.o.o. Ugotovili smo, kako pomembna se zdi matrika usposobljenosti proizvodnim delavcem in vodjam izmen, kakšen vpliv ima na njihovo delo. Ugotovili smo tudi kakšne so prednosti in slabosti matrike usposobljenosti, ki se pojavljajo ob spremljanju usposobljenosti pri vodij izmen in pri proizvodnih delavcih. V zaključnem delu diplomske naloge so podani predlogi, za katere menimo, da bi jih kazalo v podjetju Novem car interior design, d.o.o. upoštevati in bi lahko še povečali zadovoljstvo delavcev in uspešnost podjetja.

Opis:Staffing is successful at the time, when conditions of production of personnell are perfected in time in proces of staffing, production of necessary number of personnel, production and monitoring of suitable personnel for foreseen positions and developing of personnel in positive direction behind something better to grow of company. The efficience of the company also depends on the development of personnel, which should lead to the optimum qualifications of work. Also should give a felling of affiliation to the company. It is based on a presumtion, that people have enough time and wills to get educated and to wellform their talents. Between planning and development of personnel there must be a connetions, which can be made with special personnel planning. The basis of developing personnel is to assure optimum proffesional, educational qualificiation structure of all employees based on the present development and stategic goal of the organisation. The instruments of the development personnel are linked systems of monitoring, arrangings, progressing and educations of personnel. Diploma assigment is divided in two parts; theory and research. In the theory part we have represented staffing, personnel politics, all approaches of process staffing, in contiuation we focus on the development of personnel. We described what it is meaning and how it influence on a company and what methods can be used. In the reasearch part we did questionary about introduction and matrix of qualification that they are using her in the company Novem car interior design, d.o.o. We have come to the conclusion, that the matrix of qualification is very important to the workers and shift leaders, we have wanted to present how it effects their work. We also found what are andadvantages and disadvantages of matrix of qualification that occur next to monitoring of qualification at leaders of shifts and at production workers. Proposals are passed in closing part of dissertation, we think, that be showed in company Novem car interior design, d.o.o. to consider and if you could still increase satisfaction of workers and successfulness of company.
