Title:INOVATIVNA NARAVNANOST ZAVODA ZA ŠPORT KRANJ V STRATEGIJI TRAJNOSTNEGA RAZVOJA

Abstract:V tem diplomskem delu smo preučevali in snovali organizacijski model Zavoda za šport Kranj, kateri bo na eni strani sposoben dinamičnega upravljanja in razvoja športne infrastrukture, na drugi pa bo inovativno naravnan z udejanjanjem strategije trajnostnega razvoja tako Mestne občine Kranj kot Zavoda za šport Kranj. Inovativna naravnanost Zavoda za šport Kranj v strategiji trajnostnega razvoja bo postala realnost in nuja, ki bo ločevala dobre organizacije od slabih. Izpostavljamo nekatere temeljne značilnosti delovanja javnega sektorja in strateškega načrtovanja razvoja Mestne občine Kranj in Zavoda za šport Kranj do leta 2023. Da bodo procesi in postopki dinamičnega razvoja posodobljeni in da bodo ukrepi trajnostnega razvoja Mestne občine Kranj smiselni in smotrni tudi v okvirih izvajanja dejavnosti Zavoda za šport Kranj, pa je potrebno ciljno načrtovati spremembe prihodnjega razvoja. Globalizacija in razvoj človeških virov, zniževanje stroškov ter tako imenovani pritiski in grožnje zunanjega in notranjega okolja športnih organizacij so le nekateri dejavniki, s katerimi se je potrebno spoprijeti. V osrednjem delu te naloge obravnavamo notranje in zunanje okvire inovativne naravnanosti Zavoda v strategiji trajnostnega razvoja. Podane so osnovne značilnosti strateškega načrtovanja v trajnostnem razvoju Mestne občine Kranj. V Smereh razvoja in načrtovanja strateškega razvoja Zavoda za šport Kranj do leta 2023 izpostavljamo nekatere temeljne značilnosti delovanja javnega sektorja in Zavoda ter v prihodnost usmerjene in učinkovite organizacije, med katere zagotovo sodi tudi obravnavana organizacija. Preučevali in raziskovali smo jo tako, da jo bo kot organizacijski model možno v strateškem upravljanju spreminjati kot komplementaren del trajnostnega razvoja Mestne občine Kranj. Praktična vrednost diplomske naloge je analitičen prikaz 10 poglavij, uporabnost le-teh pa je predvsem v nadgradnji postopkov in procesov trajnostnega razvoja Zavoda za šport Kranj kot inovativno naravnane organizacije.

Title:INNOVATIVE ATTITUDE OF INSTITUTE FOR SPORT KRANJ IN STRATEGY OF SOUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract:In this graduate thesis the organizational model of the Kranj Institute of Sport (Zavod za šport Kranj) has been studied and planned. On the one hand, the organizational model will be capable of dynamic administration and the development of sports infrastructure, and, on the other hand, it will take an innovative attitude with the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development of both the Municipality of Kranj and the Kranj Institute of Sport. The innovative attitude of the Institute will become a reality and a necessity in the sustainable development strategy that will distinguish good organizations from the bad ones. Several fundamental characteristics of the public sector operations and the strategic development planning of the Municipality of Kranj and the Kranj Institute of Sport until the year 2023 are highlighted in the thesis. To update the processes and procedures of the dynamic development, so that the measures of sustainable development of the Municipality of Kranj will be logical and meaningful also within the frameworks of the operations of the Kranj Institute of Sport, it is necessary to plan the changes of future development. Globalization and the development of human resources, reducing costs and the so-called pressures and threats of the external and internal sport organizations environment, are merely some of the factors that need to be faced. The central part of the graduate thesis focuses on internal and external frameworks of the innovative attitude of the Institute in the strategy of sustainable development. If states the basic characteristics of strategic planning in the sustainable development of the Municipality of Kranj. In the directions for the development and planning of the strategic development of the Kranj Institute of Sport until the year 2023, some fundamental characteristics of the public sector’s and the Institute’s operations have been pointed out, as well as some efficient future-oriented organizations, the Institute definitively being one of them. It has been studied and examined in a way that will enable to change it, as an organizational model in the strategic administration, as a supplementary part of the sustainable development of the Municipality of Kranj. The practical value of the graduate thesis is an analytical demonstration of 10 chapters that could above all be useful in the upgrading of the sustainable development procedures and processes of the Kranj Institute of Sport as an organization with an innovative attitude.
