Title:NEDESTRUKTIVNO DOLOČANJE DOZOREVANJA PLODOV JABLANE Malus domestica Borkh. PRI SORTAH PINOVA IN ZLATI DELIŠES

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo spremljali dinamiko dozorevanja plodov na različnih položajih v nasadu pri sortah Pinova ter Zlati delišes z nedestruktivno metodo merjenja pigmenta kožice plodu. Meritve smo opravili leta 2007, v nasadu Univerzitetnega kmetijskega centra (UKC) Pohorski dvor in sicer mesec dni pred predvidenim obiranjem. V nasadu smo vzorčili zgornji, srednji in spodnji del nasada, ki se razlikuje po nagibu in višini. V razmaku enega tedna smo analizirali plodove s prenosnim spektrometrom ter primerjali rezultate. Med lokacijami so bile statistično značilne razlike, kar pove, da je lega oziroma položaj v nasadu vplival vsebnost pigmentov. Prav tako smo naredili primerjavo med sortama in primerjavo med nedestruktivno izmerjenimi indeksi pigmentov s standardnimi parametri zrelosti plodov.

Title:NON-DESTRUCTIVE EVALUATION OF APPLE FRUIT MATURITY Malus domestica Borkh. ON PINOVA AND GOLDEN DELICIOUS
Abstract:A key objective of our study was to determine maturation of apple Pinova and Golden delicious on different positions in orchard by non-destructive method of pigment analyze. Experiment was carry out in year 2007 in University agricultural centre Pohorski dvor. Three different positions in orchard upper, middle and lower differ in slope and altitude. Fruits were analyzed with remote spectrometer once a week and then results were compared. We found significant differences between locations in orchard. Also both varieties were compared and also a comparison between non-destructive pigment indexes and standard maturity parameters was made.
