Abstract:Uspešna podjetja se zavedajo, da so človeški viri v organizaciji najpomembnejši faktor in tako predstavljajo dolgoročno konkurenčno prednost podjetja. Aktiviranje, vrednotenje in razvoj ter upravljanje človeškega kapitala mora postati osrednja naloga kadrovske funkcije. Ljudje s svojim znanjem, spretnostmi in sposobnostmi prinašajo podjetju prednost pred drugimi. Od kulture podjetja je odvisno, kakšni so odnosi med sodelavci, saj le-ti vplivajo na klimo in končno na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Zaposleni so na delovnem mestu in pri delu lahko učinkoviti in uspešni, če so zadovoljni. To je dejstvo in tega se v podjetjih še vedno premalo zavedajo. Če bodo zaposleni ustrezno motivirani in nagrajeni ter bodo imeli možnost usposabljanja in izobraževanja, bodo imeli še večji zagon za doseganje želenega skupnega rezultata. Za uspešno doseganje ciljev podjetja je potrebna kombinacija zadovoljstva zaposlenih, vključevanje zaposlenih v procese oblikovanja dela, obogatitev dela ter materialno in nematerialno nagrajevanje zaposlenih.

Title:ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND CLIMATE IN THE COMPANY TERME MARIBOR D.D.
Abstract:Successful companies are becoming aware that human resources in an organization are the key factor and in fact are the key long-term competitive advantage of a company. Activities, evaluation, development, and human resources management must remain the key role of the function of the department of human resources. It is people and their individual skills, advantages and competences, which bring a company the key advantage and what brings a company ahead of others. The culture of a company is what determines the relations among workers and in turn these relations have a powerful impact on the general atmosphere in the company as well as condition the sense of satisfaction of the workers. Employees prove to be efficient, successful in a working environment, and efficient at work, only if they feel satisfied. This is a fact and it seems that companies are not fully aware of this fact. If the employees are suitably motivated, rewarded, and have the possibility of future training and education, they will have a greater drive for achieving the desired common goal. A combination of the satisfaction of the employees, inclusion of the employees into the working process, further enrichment of work, as well as material and non-material reward system of the employees is essential for the purpose of successful achievement of the common goal.
