Abstract:
Diplomsko delo se deli na teoretični del in raziskovalni del. Na začetku teoretičnega dela smo opredelili definicije delovne uspešnosti in metode vrednotenja delovne uspešnosti. Sledi predstavitev Oddelka za medicinsko rehabilitacijo v Splošni bolnišnici Celje in opis modela vrednotenja delovne uspešnosti zaposlenih, ki ga omenjeni oddelek uporablja. v raziskovalnem delu diplomskega dela smo z izvedbo anketnega vprašalnika na Oddelku za medicinsko rehabilitacijo želeli ugotoviti osebno mnenje in izkušnje zaposlenih v zvezi z vrednotenjem delovne uspešnosti. Podatke, pridobljene v raziskavi smo analizirali in interpretirali ter na podlagi pridobljenih ugotovitev podali predloge za izboljšavo. Diplomsko delo želi poudariti pomen motiviranega in zadovoljnega zaposlenega posameznika, ki predstavlja osnovni pogoj za uspešnost na delovnem mestu ter pomen vrednotenja delovne uspešnosti zaposelnih v povezavi z vplivom na poslovno uspešnost posamezne organizacije.

EVALUATING PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT AT THE MEDICAL REHABILITATON DEPARTMENT IN CELJE HOSPITAL
Abstract:
Diploma includes the theoretical part and the research part. The theoretical part presents performance assessment definition and evaluating methods of performance assessment. The Medical rehabilitation department in Celje Hospital and evaluating model of performance are presented next. In the research part we wanted to investigate the opinion and experiences of employees about evaluating model of performance assessment. We gained some significant data wiht anonymous survey and on its basis we gave proposition for performance improvement. Diploma wants to emphasize the mean of motivated and satisfied empoyee, who presents the basis of job success and the influence of performance assessment on the organization success.
