Abstract:Zadovoljstvo odjemalcev je eden izmed najpomembnejših ciljev organizacije ali podjetja, saj trg ponuja vedno več izdelkov, odjemalci pa postajajo vedno bolj zahtevni. Ker je v današnjem času konkurenca tako zelo močna, je spremljanje potreb in želja kupcev ključnega pomena za obstoj podjetja. Da pa podjetje ugotovi, kako so kupci zadovoljni z njihovimi izdelki oziroma storitvami, je nujno, da izvaja raziskave o zadovoljstvu odjemalcev. Saj le, če podjetje pozna potrebe in želje odjemalca, lahko ugotovi svoje prednosti in slabosti ter tako izboljša svoje poslovanje in s tem tudi zadovoljstvo svojih odjemalcev. Z diplomskim delom sem želela ugotoviti, kako so kupci zadovoljni z Mercatorjevo prodajalno na Dobrni, saj raziskava te vrste v tej prodajalni še ni bilo. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so kupci v tej prodajalni na splošno zadovoljni, kar je za podjetje osnova za nadaljnjo uspešno poslovanje.

Title:CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH MERCATOR STORE
Abstract:Customer satisfaction is one of the most important goals of organization or undertakings because market place offering an increasing number of goods and customers are more and more exacting. Because nowdays competition is so strong, accompany of customer necessity and wishes are fundamental importance for company existence. It is very important for company to find out how are customers satisfied with their products or services. They could do that with performing researches about customer satisfaction. With measuring researches could ascertain its’ own benefits and weaknesses. And if company knows all that it could improve its operation and with that also customer satisfaction. In my thesis I wanted to above all determine the level of customer satisfaction with regards to several factors in Mercator Dobrna and their importance for the customer because that kind of researching wasn’t done yet. I have established that the polled customers are generally satisfied with the mentioned factors, which for the company represents a further business success.
