Abstract:V svojem diplomskem delu z naslovom Analiza motoričnih sposobnosti in morfoloških značilnosti pet do šest let starih otrok ormoških vrtcev smo skušali prikazati razlike v rezultatih, ki so jih dosegli pri testiranju otroci v starosti od pet do šest let. Otroke smo testirali s pomočjo osmih motoričnih testov (Rajtmajer, 1997), s katerimi smo ugotavljali razvitost ravnotežja, koordinacije, eksplozivno moč, agilnost in vzdržljivost kot funkcionalno sposobnost.

Title:ANALYSIS OF MOTOR SKILLS AND MORPHOLOGICAL FEATURES FIVE TO SIX YEARS OLD CHILDREN IN KINDERGARTENS IN ORMOŽ
Abstract:In my diploma work, entitled Analysis of motor skills and morphological features five to six years old children in kindergartens in Ormož, we tried to show the differences in results, which were achieved by testing of five to six years old children. They were tested by means of eight motor tests (Rajtmajer, 1997), with which we have established development balance, coordination, explosive power, agility and endurance as a functional capability. Research problem represented differences between the age categories of children, gender differences and differences in motor skills and morphological features, in a period of four months. All tests were performed in January and in May in 2008, in six units of kindergarten educational institution in Ormož. In the theoretical work there is presented a mobile development of a child. Below are detailed motor and functional skills of preschool children and their morphological features. On the basis of the average results, we suggest that on average, older preschool children achieve better results than the younger. Between the sexes, there were not significant differences in average results. In the period of four months, there is also no significant difference in motor skills and morphological features, not between boys, and not between girls, and also not in the age difference. We believe that a period of four months is too short to show any significant differences in motor skills and morphological features five to six years old children, although they have regular motor-sports activities in kindergarten.
