Title:IZBOLJŠANJE SKUPNE UČINKOVITOSTI STROJA AMADA VIPROS 255

Abstract:Z optimalnim izkoriščanjem delovne opreme je mogoče drage začetne naložbe za opremo prevesti v smiselne investicije, ki prinašajo dobiček, zato mora temu vidiku poslovnega procesa veliko pozornosti posvečati vsako podjetje, če želi biti konkurenčno. Temu vprašanju je posvečeno tudi pričujoče diplomsko delo. Kratkemu uvodu, v katerem so opredeljeni problem, nameni in cilji ter omejitve diplomskega dela, sledi kratek pregled razvoja sistemov vzdrževanja do danes in nato še konkretnejši pregled sistema 20 ključev kot ključnega prijema podjetja Gorenje d.d. v novem tisočletju. Nato je zaradi lažje predstave opisan stroj Amada Vipros 255, ki služi kot konkreten primer stroja, na katerem je bil uveden sistem 20 ključev, da bi povečali njegovo skupno učinkovitost in s tem izboljšali poslovne rezultate podjetja, ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo bele tehnike. V zaključnem delu je izveden dejanski izračun skupne učinkovitosti tega stroja pred uvedbo metode 20 ključev in po njej, pri čemer je ključna ugotovitev ta, da se je skupna učinkovitost stroja po uvedbi opisane metode znatno povečala. K temu je prispevalo manjše število neplaniranih zastojev, manj menjav na stroju v krajšem času in zmanjšanje izmeta; tako se zdaj proizvaja več, hitreje in z manjšimi izgubami.

Title:IMPROVEMENT OF OEE FOR AMADA VIPROS 255 MACHINE
Abstract:The optimal use of working equipment is crucial for a company that wishes to make the best of its large investments and make profit; therefore, every company in the free market should pay a lot of attention to this aspect of the business process. This issue is also at the core of this graduation thesis. A short introduction with the definition of the problem, the aims and the restraints of the thesis is followed by a short review of the development of various approaches to maintenance, followed by a more detailed theoretical introduction of the 20-key system, a crucial approach by Gorenje d.d. for the 21st century. For clarity reasons, the machine Amada Vipros 255 is then presented as an example of improvements introduced to its operation and maintenance within the framework of the 20-key system. The final part of the thesis features concrete calculations of the overall equipment efficiency of Amada Vipros 255 so as to show it has increased after the implementation of improvements within the 20-key system. The new method of operation and maintenance of the machine Amada Vipros 255 contributes to lesser extraordinary delays, lower number and duration of shifts on the machine, and fewer waste - the machine now produces more, faster and with lesser losses.
