Title:VPLIV OVESKA IN GNOJENJA NA VSEBNOST POLIFENOLOV V PLODOVIH JABLANE (MALUS DOMESTICA B.) SORT ZLATI DELIŠES, GALA IN FUJI

Abstract:Poskusi so bili izvedeni v letih 2002 in 2003 na posestvu univerze-UKC Pohorski dvor. V poskusih (metoda naključnih blokov) smo ugotavljali vpliv sort (Zlati delišes, Gala, Fuji), oveska (nizki, visok) in gnojenja (60 kg N/ha, 90 kg N/ha, 120 kg N/ha) na maso plodov in vsebnost polifenolov. Vpliv sorte na maso plodov je bil statistično značilen. Največja masa plodov je bila pri sort Fuji (190,83 g/plod), najmanjša pri sorti Gala (120,17 g/plod). Ovesek in gnojenje v izvedenih poskusih pri 0,05% tveganju nista značilno vplivala na maso plodov. Sorta, ovesek in količina dodanega dušika niso statistično značilno vplivali na vsebnost polifenolov v plodovih jabolk, kar kaže na to, da je vsebnost polifenolov v plodovih jabolk kompleksen problem in je v nadalnje meritve potrebno vključiti še druge vplive.

Title:THE INFLUENCE OF CROP LOAD AND FRTILIZATION ON POLYPHENOL CONTENT IN THE APPLE FRUITS (Malus domestica B. ) VARIETIES GOLDEN DELICIOUS, GALA, AND FUJI
Abstract:Experiments were carried aut in 2002 and 2003 at the university's Pohorski Dvor agricultural center. In the experiments (method as random blocks) we observed the effect of cultivar (Golden Delicious, Gala, Fuji), of the crop load (low, high) and amount of applied nitrogen (60 kg N/ha, 90 kg N/ha, 120 kg N/ha) on average fruit weight and fruit polyphenol content. The influence of cultivar on the fruit weight was a statistically significant. Maximum of the fruit weight was by cultivar Fuji (190,83 g/fruit), minimum by cultivar Gala (120,17 g/fruit). Crop load and the rate of applied nitrogen in the experiments at 0,05% risk did not significantly influennce the fruit weight. Cultivar, crop load and the rate of applied nitrogen do not significantly influence the fruit polyphenol content, this shows that the content of polyphenols in apple fruit is a complex problem and in further measurements need to include other effects.
