1. Axioms of decision criteria for 3D matrix games and their applicationsMurat Özkaya, Burhaneddin İzgi, Matjaž Perc, 2022, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: In this paper, we define characteristic axioms for 3D matrix games and extend the definitions of the decision criteria under uncertainty to three dimensions in order to investigate the simultaneous effect of two different states on the decision process. We first redefine the Laplace, Wald, Hurwicz, and Savage criteria in 3D. We present a new definition depending on only the ∞-norm of the 3D payoff matrix for the Laplace criterion in 3D. Then, we demonstrate that the Laplace criterion in 3D explicitly satisfies all the proposed axioms, as well as the other three criteria. Moreover, we illustrate a fundamental example for a three-dimensional matrix with 3D figures and show the usage of each criterion in detail. In the second example, we model a decision process during the COVID-19 pandemic for South Korea to show the applicability of the 3D decision criteria using real data with two different states of nature for individuals’ actions for the quarantine. Additionally, we present an agricultural insurance problem and analyze the effects of the hailstorm and different speeds of wind on the harvest by the 3D criteria. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study that brings 3D matrices in decision and game theories together. 4. Indoor positioning system based on bluetooth low energy technology and a nature-inspired optimization algorithmPrimož Bencak, Darko Hercog, Tone Lerher, 2022, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Warehousing is one of the most important activities in the supply chain, enabling competitive advantage. Effective management of warehousing processes is, therefore, crucial for achieving minimal costs, maximum efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are the first steps towards organizing these processes; however, due to the human factor involved, information on products, vehicles and workers may be missing, corrupt, or misleading. In this paper, a cost-effective Indoor Positioning System (IPS) based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology is presented for use in Intralogistics that works automatically, and therefore minimizes the possibility of acquiring incorrect data. The proposed IPS solution is intended to be used for supervising order-picker movements, movement of packages between workstations, and tracking other mobile devices in a manually operated warehouse. Only data that are accurate, reliable and represent the actual state of the system, are useful for detailed material flow analysis and optimization in Intralogistics. Using the developed solution, IPS technology is leveraged to enhance the manually operated warehouse operational efficiency in Intralogistics. Due to the hardware independence, the developed software solution can be used with virtually any BLE supported beacons and receivers. The results of IPS testing in laboratory/office settings show that up to 98% of passings are detected successfully with time delays between approach and detection of less than 0.5 s. 5. Potentials and possibilities for a holistic-glamping site in Pomurska region of Slovenia : 1st Cycle Academic Bachelor's Studies Graduate ThesisSona Shaji, 2022, diplomsko delo Opis: Glamping, camping the luxurious way of has the potential to provide a unique experience. Glamping is the best alternative for the people who want to have an outdoor experience but at the same time a comfortable stay. This study aimed to develop a marketing plan for a holistic-glamping site in Pomurska region of Slovenia. A structured questionnaire was used to survey (N=201) potential glampers and campers online. The results have indicated that tree houses and cabins are the most preferred type of accommodation facilities indicated by the respondents who also prefer to have their glamping sites in the mountains or near river streams. Luxury and closeness to the nature are always the main identified characteristics of glamping. But the accommodation facilities should contain luxury while also the same time minimal infrastructure as it should not damage the environment with a lot of infrastructures. In addition, the respondents preferred anti-stress treatments, contact with nature, new experience, and authenticity in the holistic glamping. Relaxation and adventure are the main motivations that motivate the people to do glamping in Pomurska. Because of its focus on understanding glamping from the perspective of potential customers, this paper contributes to broadening the conceptual understanding of glamping and provides a platform for further research. 7. Godinje settlement - adaptive reuse and revitalizationJovana Dragović, 2019, magistrsko delo Opis: The Master’s thesis deals with the valorization and restoration of Godinje, the first village in Montenegro with the status of immovable cultural property. The project encompasses an analysis of the present state of the cultural heritage, research of traditional architectural elements of the crmnica house, as well as the role of man in space. An important factor in the development and preservation of architecture is the awareness of space and the factors that define it. With the aim of encouraging the proper maintenance of cultural heritage, while giving purpose to certain objects, the village planning has been resolved. By emphasizing the spatial principles and traditional techniques of construction, and thus the education thereof, the value is emphasized and further development of Godinje is made possible. 9. Relation between plant species diversity and landscape variables in Central-European dry grassland fragments and their successional derivatesIgor Paušič, Danijel Ivajnšič, Mitja Kaligarič, Nataša Pipenbaher, 2017, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: A systematic field survey of an area of 843 ha in the traditional Central-European agricultural landscape of Goričko Nature Park in Slovenia revealed 80 fragments of dry semi-natural grasslands. Vascular plant species diversity was studied in relation to landscape variables and to threat (Slovenian red-listed species). Our results show that fragment size does not affect plant species diversity. In addition, fragment shape index is not related to Alpha diversity. Higher Alpha diversity was observed for abandoned grassland fragments. The lowest Alpha diversity was perceived on more mesic fragments, where habitat specialists are much scarcer. It was confirmed that the highest diversity of specialists are in the driest fragments, both still mowed and abandoned. With an increase in the number of distinctly different bordering habitat types, the total number of species per fragment generally does not increase, except in the case of those fragments that are already in different succession stages. Abandoned and typical dry grasslands are associated with a higher number of bordering habitats. Typical dry grassland fragments and abandoned ones, which probably derived mostly from drier (less productive) grasslands, are found on lower altitude and have a lower shape index. Habitat specialists Sedum sexangulare, Polygala vulgaris and Spiranthes spiralis have higher frequency in fragments with a lower shape index. This means that these oligotrophic specialists occur in smaller fragments. But Orchis morio has higher frequencies of occurrence on polygons with a higher shape index, which confirms the observation that this species occurs in larger and more irregular fragments, as well as close to houses and fields and along the roads.
