INFORMATIZACIJA SKLADIŠČNEGA POSLOVANJA V PODJETJU MERKUR

Opis: Diplomsko delo z naslovom Informatizacija skladiščnega poslovanja v podjetju Merkur je razdeljeno na teoretični in praktični del. Teoretični del se nanaša na dve poglavji: Osnove skladiščenja in Informatizacija. V poglavju Osnove skladiščenja smo opisali cilje in politiko skladiščenja, našteli vrste skladišč, pojasnili pomen lokacije skladišč, notranje ureditve in razporeditve blaga ter opisali ekonomičnost skladiščnega poslovanja. V okviru poglavja Informatizacija smo predstavili zahteve za uvedbo informatizacije. Te zahteve zajemajo analizo procesov, lokacijsko opremljenost, informacijsko tehnologijo in izmenjavo elektronskih dokumentov. V praktičnem delu smo opisali skladiščne procese v podjetju Merkur in njihovo informacijsko podprtost. Najprej smo podjetje predstavili, nato smo navedli vrste in lokacije njihovih skladišč. Potem smo opisali skladiščne procese in obstoječe stanje v skladišču, kar se tiče informatizacije. Na koncu smo opisali vlogo informacijske tehnologije pri izboljšanju skladiščnega poslovanja.

Svetlobni opozorilniki hitrosti v cestnem prometu : diplomsko delo

Opis: V diplomski nalogi smo se osredotočili na področje povečanja prometne varnosti s pomočjo svetlobnih opozorilnikov hitrosti. Na kratko smo poskušali povzeti trenutno stanje varnosti v cestnem prometu na področju Evropske unije in jo primerjali z nacionalno problematiko. Pod drobnogled smo vzeli problematiko omejevanja hitrosti, ki je ključni faktor prometnih nesreč s hudimi telesnimi poškodbami in s smrtnim izidom, ki puščajo posledice tako na ljudeh kot tudi na samem gospodarstvu. Po študijah, ki smo jih opravili (pri izdelavi diplomskega dela), smo prišli do zaključka, da bi uporaba svetlobnih opozorilnikov hitrosti pripomogla k izboljšanju prometne varnosti, še zlasti na črnih točkah. Z uporabo takšnih naprav se izboljša percepcija prometne signalizacije zaradi osvetlitve iz sekundarnega vira svetlobe. Uporabljamo jih lahko v namene statističnih analiz stanja na cestah. Zaradi omejevanja hitrosti se posledično izboljša tudi kakovost življenja ljudi, ki živijo neposredno ob cesti, hkrati pa se doseže zmanjšanje izpustov strupenih plinov iz vozil. Z modifikacijo bi lahko svetlobne opozorilnike hitrosti uporabljali tudi na nivojskih prehodih čez železnico, ki bi nadomestili drage zapornice. Prednost svetlobnih opozorilnikov hitrosti je možnost njihove nadgradnje in uporabe za prihajajoče inteligentne prometne sisteme.

MLC-kinase/phosphatase control of Ca[sup]2+ signal transduction in airway smooth muscles

Opis: In airway smooth muscles, kinase/phosphatase-dependent phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of the myosin light chain (MLC) have been revealed by many authors as important steps in calcium ▫$(Ca^{2+})$▫ signalling pathway from the variation of ▫$Ca^{2+}$▫ concentration in cytosol to the force development. Here, a theoretical analysis of the control action of MLC-kinase (MLCK) and MLC-phosphatase (MLCP) in ▫$Ca^{2+}$▫ signalling is presented and related to the general control principles of these enzymes, which were previously studied by Reinhart Heinrich and his co-workers. The kinetic scheme of the mathematical model considers interactions among ▫$Ca^{2+}$▫, calmodulin (CaM) and MLCK and the well-known 4-state actomyosin latch bridge model, whereby a link between them is accomplished by the conservation relation of all species of MLCK. The mathematical model predicts the magnitude and velocity of isometric force in smooth muscles upon transient biphasic ▫$Ca^{2+}$▫ signal. The properties of signal transduction in the system such as the signalling time, signal duration and signal amplitude, which are reflected in the properties of force developed, are studied by the principles of the metabolic control theory. The analysis of our model predictions confirms as shown by Reinhart Heinrich and his co-workers that MLCK controls the amplitude of signal more than its duration, whereas MLCP controls both. Finally, the simulations of elevated total content of MLCK, a typical feature of bronchial muscles of asthmatic subjects and spontaneously hypertensive rats as well as potentiation of MLCP catalytic activity, are carried out and are discussed in view of an increase in the force magnitude.

Prenova bolnišničnega informacijskega sistema “IS VZE-MEDIC”

Opis: Tema diplomskega dela je prenova bolnišničnega informacijskega sistema z nazivom IS VZE MEDIC Vojaško zdravstvene enote. V prvem delu je opisan sistem in predstavljene specifičnosti povezovanja z ostalimi informacijskimi sistemi znotraj zaprtega intranetnega omrežja. V drugem delu je opisana interoperabilnost bolnišničnega informacijskega sistema z različnimi sistemi v zvezi NATO za povezovanje doma in v tujini. Preučena je bila različna domača in tuja literatura, dokumenti organizacije in predpisani standardi zveze NATO (STANAG – angleško Standardization Agreement).

Effect of base sequence on G-wire formation in solution

Opis: The formation and dimensions of G-wires by different short G-rich DNA sequences in solution were investigated by dynamic light scattering (DLS) and polyacrilamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). To explore the basic principles of wire formation, we studied the effects of base sequence, method of preparation, temperature, and oligonucleotide concentration. Both DLS and PAGE show that thermal annealing induces much less macromolecular self-assembly than dialysis. The degree of assembly and consequently length of G-wires (5-6 nm) are well resolved by both methods for DNA sequences with intermediate length, while some discrepancies appear for the shortest and longest sequences. As expected, the longest DNA sequence gives the longest macromolecular aggregates with a length of about 11 nm as estimated by DLS. The quadruplex topologies show no concentration dependence in the investigated DNA concentration range (0.1 mM–0.4 mM) and no structural change upon heating.

Simulation of crossroad traffic

Opis: It is difficult to find the right tool for making traffic regime models because so many different situations are involved. Simulink has proved to be one of the best. The paper shows the design and the use of components and models in the program Matlab/SIMULINK. It presents the simulation results for the model of a traffic light controlled crossroad and indicates the possibilities for the study of traffic optimisation in junctions.

Cooling analysis of a light emitting diode automotive fog lamp

Opis: Efficiency of cooling fins inside of a light emitting diode fog lamp is studied using computational fluid dynamics. Diffusion in heat sink, natural convection and radiation are the main principles of the simulated heat transfer. The Navier-Stokes equations were solved by the computational fluid dynamics code, including Monte Carlo radiation model and no additional turbulence model was needed. The numerical simulation is tested using the existing lamp geometry and temperature measurements. The agreement is excellent inside of few degrees at all measured points. The main objective of the article is to determine the cooling effect of various heat sink parts. Based on performed simulations, some heat sink parts are found to be very ineffective. The geometry and heat sink modifications are proposed. While radiation influence is significant, compressible effects are found to be minor.

Impact of various types of anti-hail nets on light exposure in orchards and quality parameters of apples

Opis: The new Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) has been designed to shrink funds that Hungarian agricultural reform will in Nowadays, anti-hail nets are a part of basic equipment in a modern apple orchards. They decrease the risks of apple production and thus allow regular and quality apple harvest. Colours of nets differently obstruct the passing of light through the net, which directly affects some quality parameters of the yield, especially the fruit skin colour. The article includes a brief overview of studies associated with the impact of light exposure under different types of anti-hail nets on quality of apple fruits, as well as investigations which deal with adaptation of various technological measures, such as the use of reflective ground foil. A part of data from the existing literature explains the effect of anti-hail net usage on forming a microclimate under the net, and consequently, its effect on the development and dynamics of diseases and pests.
