Opis: Supply chain management is one of the most important elements of sustainable development. And due to the fact that the world market is driven by supply and demand, and the determinant of access to products is regional and international logistics, this paper focuses on the possibilities of implementing a green transport strategy in the context of sustainable development in logistic enterprises. This paper presents the results of the SWOT anal-ysis pointing out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats of green vehicles market for the transport enterprises. It was noticed that the situation on the green vehicles market for the transport enterprises is charac-terized by the advantage of strengths and these strengths should be used to maximize the use of green vehicles. It emphasized that subsidies for green vehicles would allow to invest in a modern fleet, new solutions (e.g. own charging stations) can have an impact on the greater energy efficiency (self-sufficiency), increase of social aware-ness would force enterprises to take appropriate actions in the field of environmental protection and develop-ment of publictransport based on green vehicles.

Opis: The 20th European Meeting on Supercritical Fluids (EMSF 2024) was hosted by the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of the University of Maribor from 26 May to 29 May 2024 in Maribor, Slovenia. The EMSF 2024 was a joint event of the International Society for the Advancement of Supercritical Fluids (ISASF) and the European Federation of Chemical Engineering (EFCE) Working Party on High Pressure Technology (WP HPT) Event No. 807. This symposium provided an excellent opportunity for engineers, chemists, physicists, food technologists, and biologists to meet and discuss new ideas, review ongoing challenges, present potential solutions, and identify future issues related to high pressure technologies and supercritical fluids. The aim of the meeting was to deepen connections between researchers, establish new contacts, and promote synergies and partnerships between researchers. The symposium presented the latest advances in high-pressure process technologies that can contribute to the further development of the field.

Opis: Although Olympic athletes are celebrated for their sports achievements, they often face serious difficulties in their post-sport career employment. Factors of development that are affecting the quality of post-sport career transition of Olympic athletes are important to acknowledge in the dual career (DC) development perspective. Due to the side lining of academic activities, athletes are often not well prepared for the labor market. If they do not gain sufficient financial background in their careers, it can lead to a lack of proper economic inclusion of athletes in their post-sport career employment and further impact their lives. Career transitions of athletes have been the subject of research in different aspects of DC support (e.g., athletic, psychological, psychosocial, academic/vocational, financial), but most research is linked to the student-athlete DC perspective. Therefore, the aim of our research was to examine the impact of factors directly contributing to the quality of the post-sport career transition in Slovenian elite and Olympic athletes and the social class position and employment of these athletes after the termination of their sports career. From DC support practice, we learned that although athletes often have a proper level of education, their post-sport career transitions were not successful. To fill this gap, 168 elite athletes (Mage = 33.34, SD = 13.1) from Slovenia were asked to complete online questionnaires. The results showed a significant contribution of education and DC support-related finances (e.g., employment of athletes in public administration) to the quality of post-sport career transition. Regarding developing a national DC model and based on empirical research, this study identifies the social class position and employment status of former elite athletes from Slovenia. It also identifies opportunities for further research on the quality of the post-sport career transitions and perspectives on DC support. Understanding how different factors contribute to the integrated development of individual athletes to reach their potential in sports, education, and their post-sport career employment is important for theorists, DC practitioners, and stakeholders working with DC athletes. To develop a sufficient mechanism, DC support providers should consider supporting education along with the financial support of athletes during their sports careers and recognizing study-training ecosystems, based on good practices to successfully transition to their post-sport careers. These findings can also be useful for athletes and their athletic triangle support network (e.g., coaches and parents) as a support in the decision-making.

Opis: The digitalization of industrial processes is being driven forward worldwide. In parallel, the education system must also be transformed. Currently, education does not follow the opportunities and development of technologies. We can ask ourselves how we can integrate technologies into a traditional learning process or how we can adapt the learning process to these technologies. We focused on robotics education in secondary vocational education. The paper contains research results from a modern learning model that addresses student problem-solving using cyber-physical systems. We proposed a reference model for industrial robotics education in the 21st century based on an innovative cyber-physical didactic model (CPLM). We conducted procedure time measurements, questionnaire evaluations, and EEG evaluations. We could use VR to influence the improvement of spatial and visual memory. The more intense representation of the given information influences multiple centers in the brain and, thus, the formation of multiple neural connections. We can influence knowledge, learning more effectively with short-term training in the virtual world than with classical learning methods. From the studied resources, we can conclude that the newer approach to teaching robotics is not yet available in this form. The emerging modern technologies and the possibility of developing training in this area should be investigated further.

Opis: Objective While other models focus more on disease and pathophysiology, the biopsychosocial approach emphasises the importance of human health and disease in their fullest contexts. If we are to gain an insight into physical and psychological health needs, and address them quickly and adequately, it is important that we recognise them already at the family practice stage. An approach that assesses needs at patient level could also be seen as patient-centred care, which is one of the key elements of high-quality care. To the best of our knowledge, no scale for measuring the biopsychosocial approach of family physicians has yet been developed. Design The aim of this study was to develop and validate a scale that measures the biopsychosocial approach of family physicians to their patients through the Delphi and validation process. Setting The scale was developed through the Delphi study and validated by means of significant statistical methods. Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Cronbach’s alpha, the intracorrelation coefficient, the Spearman-Brown coefficient and exploratory factor analysis were applied. Participants Five family physicians took part in a brainstorming process and 24 family medicine experts took part in the Delphi study. For the first part of the validation process, there were 31 family medicine trainees in the first group and 32 in the second group. For the last part of the validation process, 164 family physicians completed the scale. Result Through the Delphi study, 39 final items covering three areas within the biopsychosocial approach were identified. Construct validity was high, with positive linear correlation and good face validity. The intraclass correlation coefficient for test–retest reliability was 0.862. The Spearman-Brown coefficient was the highest (0.931) on an even and odd division. Factor rotation showed that three factors on 35 items explained 39.5% of variances. The final internal consistency on 35 items was 0.911. Conclusion The developed scale measures the biopsychosocial dimension of family physicians’ work with high Cronbach’s alpha measures and good validity.
