IZGORELOST KADROV PRI OPRAVLJANJU ADMINISTRATIVNIH DEL V PODJETJU PRIGO D.O.O.

Opis: POVZETEK Diplomska naloga bo govorila o izgorelosti kadrov na delovnem mestu. Z mojo diplomsko naloga bi rada približala bralcem, kako pomembno je prepoznavanje začetnih simptomov stresa. Glede na to, da je to bolj ko ne moderen problem, ki se ga raziskuje šele kratek čas, bi bilo dobro vedeti vsaj nekaj osnov, kako do izgorelosti pride in kake so lahko posledice. Namreč posledice so lahko za podjetje zelo pogubne. Zato želim bralcu, ki bi rad zadevo razumel predvsem iz menedžmentskega vidika, prikazati kako izgorelosti pri kadru prepoznati, kako se učinkovito spopasti z njo in kako jo preprečiti. Ker pa sta pomembna dejavnika pri izgorelosti utrujenost in spanje, sem na kratko opisala tudi ta dva pojma. Z anketo, sem predvsem želela dobiti nek splošni vzorec in pa ugotoviti kako je stanje v podjetju Prigo d.o.o. Poleg tega, vodjo kadrovske službe v tem podjetju zelo zanimajo rezultati moje raziskave, saj jih bo poskušala uporabit in si z njimi pomagati pri motivacijskimi ukrepi v prihodnosti. Seveda pa menim, da je moje diplomsko delo primerno in koristno za vsakega bralca. Namreč mnogi se ne zavedajo, kateri so simptomi in kako se z izgorelostjo spopasti, tako da menim, da bo branje mojega diplomskega dela za mnoge prelomno.

VPLIV STRESA NA DELO V MODNI INDUSTRIJI

Opis: Z modo se intenzivno ukvarjam že osem let, in sicer kot vizažistka. V tej industriji sem doživela že marsikatero zanimivo pa tudi težko izkušnjo in prav zato sem si tudi izbrala za diplomsko nalogo temo, povezano s tem področjem. Odločila sem se preučiti stopnjo in prisotnost stresa udeležencev v modni industriji in ugotiviti, kako le-ta vpliva na produktivnost in motivacijo za delo. Že kot otrok sam imela rada umetnost in vedno sem hotela početi nakaj, kar bi bilo povezano z modo ali umetnostjo. Pot življenja me je kot absolventko na Fakulteti za organizacijske vede popeljala v tujino, kjer so se moje sanje tudi uresničile in kjer živim še danes. Pričela sem delati kot vizažistka, najprej kot svobodna umetnica, nato pa še s podjetjem MAC, ki je eno od vodilnih podjetij v svetu vizažistva, predvsem na profesionalni ravni, in z njim še danes sodelujem. Poučujem tudi vizažistvo na londonskem Central St. Martins Collegu, predvsem pa delam kot svobodna umetnica. V tem poslu se srečujem z najrazličnejšimi vsakdanjimi problemi vseh udeležencev v procesu ter s hitro se spreminjajočim trgom in neverjetno konkurenco, torej tudi s stresom, ki ga vsi ti dejavniki povzročajo. Sama industrija teži k perfekcionizmu s stalnimi spremembami trendov, ki jim moramo kot posamezniki slediti in k temu dodajati svoje prispevke. Industrija vseskozi zahteva od posameznika kreativnost in sveže ideje, ki jih je mogoče realizirati na trgu. Poleg tega vsak udeleženec v industriji skrbi za svoje materijale, ki pa se nenehno spreminjajo in posodabljajo, kar včasih za posameznika pomeni kar velike stroške. Kot svobodni umetnik si mora vsak sam iskati zaposlitev, ki je večinoma kratkoročna. To velikokrat povzroči stres pri udeleležencih zaradi trenutne situacije, ki pa je lahko stanje osebne prezaposlenosti in prevelikega števila zaposlitev ali pa stanje pomankanja zaposlitev. Nekateri udeleženci imajo svoje agente, ki skrbijo za njihovo zaposlitev. Vendar je veliko odvisno od njih samih, kako bodo prodrli v svet mode, ne glede na sodelovanje z agencijo.

The effect of small flaws on the fatigue strength of HAZ at the weld toe

Opis: The effects of small artificial surface flaws on the fatigue strength of HAZ material are studied. The samples of coarse grain HAZ material were prepared using a welding thermal-cycle simulator. The artificial flaws were produced byindenting with a Vickers pyramid at different loads as either single indentations or as a series. The size of the flaws did not exceed the primary austenitic grain size of the material, which is the most relevant microstructural unit of carbon steels. The dependence of the experimentally determined bending fatigue strength of treated coarse grain HAZ materials on the properly evaluated size of the artificial flaws was compared with the law of long-crack propagation. The biggest flaws evaluated with the flaw-size parameter ?area ? 100 m are still small for the studied coarse grain HAZ. In further experimental work, the effects of flaw size and the effects of residual stresses should be analysed separately.

Measurement of strain using stereometry

Opis: This paper presents measurement of strain using stereometry method. It describes the use of digital stereometry to measure microstrains on the surface. This can be achieved by comparison of the images of point distribution on faced surface at different load levels. The examples present the possibility to measure strain concentration in the vicinity of crack tip on metallic sample. Applying two video cameras and corresponding software the image of strain distribution can be obtained in different forms, in 2D and 3D formats.

Numerical analysis of constraint effect on ductile tearing in strength mismatched welded CCT specimens using micromechanical approach

Opis: In this paper, constraint effect on ductile fracture initiation and propagation has been studied. Three-dimensional finite element analyses of mismatched welded joints made of high strength steel, have been performed for centre-cracked tensile (CCT) specimens. Different weld widths and material mismatching ratios have been considered. Ductile fracture parameter, crack tip opening displacement at crack growth initiation (CTODi), has been obtained for centre-cracked tensile (CCT) specimens using local approach to fracture and compared with experimental results of single edge bend specimens. Micromechanical complete Gurson model has been applied to investigate fracture behaviour of cracked welded joints. Crack tip constraint has been analysed through stress triaxiality in order to study transferability of fracture parameters from one geometry to another.

Effect of vibration on weld metal hardness and toughness

Opis: Vibration of welded parts is usually applied to achieve effects similar to thermal stress relief. With vibration, it is not only residual stresses that are affected. Using two different welding processes, the influence of vibration on hardness and toughness of the weld was measured. For each weldingprocess, two series of Charpy specimens were made over the temperature range from -60 to +20°C. The only difference between the two series was in performing welding with or without vibration. Slight differences in weld metalhardness were observed. Toughness measurements show an increase in impacttoughness and a significant increase in fracture toughness in samples which were vibrated during welding.

Modelling of surface crack growth under lubricated rolling-sliding contact loading

Opis: The paper describes modelling approach to computational simulation of surface crack growth subjected to lubricated rolling-sliding contact conditions. The model considers the size and orientation of the initial crack, normal and tangential loading due to rolling-sliding contact and the influence of fluid trapped inside the crack by a hydraulic pressure mechanism. The motion of the contact sliding load is simulated with different load cases. The strain energy density (SED) and maximum tangential stress (MTS) crack propagation criteria are modified to account for the influence of internal pressure along the crack surfaces due to trapped fluid. The developed model is used to simulate surface crack growth on a gear tooth flank, which has been also experimentally tested. It is shown that the crack growth path, determined with modified crack propagation criteria, is more accurately predicted than by using the criteria in its classical form.

Predicting stress distribution in cold-formed material with genetic programming

Opis: In this paper we propose a genetic programming approach to predict radial stress distribution in cold-formed material. As an example, cylindrical specimens of copper alloy were forward extruded and analysed by the visioplasticity method. They were extruded with different coefficients of friction. The values of three independent variables (i.e., radial and axial position of measured stress node, and coefficient of friction) were collected after each extrusion. These variables influence the value of the dependent variable, i.e., radial stress. On the basis of training data set, various different prediction models for radial stress distribution were developed during simulated evolution. Accuracy of the best models was proved with the testing data set. The research showed that by proposed approach the precise prediction models can be developed; therefore, it is widely used also in other areas in metal-forming industry, where the experimental data on the process are known.

The pre-cracking of wide plate specimens

Opis: The behaviour of uniformly thick small- and large-scale fracture-toughness specimens was analysed during fatigue-crack progression. Because of the increasing crack length, the stiffness of the specimens decreases. If cyclic loading is applied in the load-control mode, the stress-intensity factor range, ▫$Delta$▫K, and crack growth per cycle, da/dN, increase, which is not appropriate for controlling the size of the crack. The increase in ▫$Delta$▫K for the wide plate (WP) specimens discussed is three times lower than for single edge notch bend (SENB) and compact tension (CT) specimens. The loading range decreases if cyclic loading is applied in the displacement-control mode. The values of ▫$Delta$▫K and da/dN for SENB and CT specimens then decrease, which is helpful for controlling the crack size; however, they increase for the WP specimens in spite of lowering the loading range. This increase is one third lower than for the load-control mode, which means that it is somewhat easier to control the size of crack.

Closed form expression for fatigue life prediction at combined HCF/LCF loading

Opis: For combined HCF/LCF loading, whose stress history is simplified so that it consists of one LCF stress block with a number of cycles equal to the number of start-up in-service operations and one HCF stress block with all HCF cycles summed-up, we derived the closed form expression for estimating both the crack initiation life and the crack propagation life at combined HCF/LCF loading. As an example of use, Smith and Haigh diagrams were obtained for titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) components, which enable to estimate the fatigue strength for the designed fatigue life, known load ratio and certain number of HCF cycles per one combined stress block.
