62. Codes of ethics and codes of conduct for using ICT in educationFranci Pivec, 2011, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Codes of conduct (and ethical codes) are a way of ensuring that positive impact in the community prevails. Higher education environments that have standardized ICT management show higher quality of performance if compared to those who have not. Also characteristic for these environments is their strong willingness for change. A university is a place of scientific communication and, thus, ICT and especially the Internet represent access to a new development phase to which the best universities are strongly dedicated. In this way, also ethics returns to the core of the mission undertaken by higher education institutions. Many countries around the world are adopting National Educational Technology Standards (NETS), which have been developed and are continuously updated within the ISTE Association and at the same time represent a code of conduct for students, teachers, administrators and all others involved in high-quality study. These standards must be supported with code of ethics, because they depend on considerations of important moral values. 67. Primary school students´ and teachers´ opinions about interactive boards and their possible utilization in tuitionMilan Klement, Martina Rešková, 2012, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Nowadays, the utilization of information and communication technologies in all types of schools has become obvious. Information and communication technologies bring a significant number of positive effects which appropriately complete and support education. The generally declared necessity for integration of new media and new educational technologies into the educational process is a prerequisite for further development of pedagogical sciences and practice. Since, in this context, it is essential to promote new didactic techniques and methods derived from them, it is equally important to follow the development of target groups opinions and attitudes. As the authors of the presented study are not aware of an overall study dealing with this issue, we have decided, based on research execution, to find out primary school students and teachers opinions about the introduction of modern didactic tools such as interactive boards into teaching practice. The presented study introduces the progress, the process, and the results of this significant research. 68. Searching for information on the internet: how do elementary school students use search engines on the webUroš Drnovšek, 2009, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: The Internet has become one of the most popular sources of finding diverse information, even among elementary school students. One of the primary goals of our research was to closely observe students' web searching strategies while they searched for knowledge about life science. We then analyzed different variables, such as the number of keywords students used when they were searching, time spent browsing different web pages, time spent selecting web pages, etc. We measured students' success in completing different web searching tasks and tried to find some factors that are important that led to this success. Students had the most success with the fact-finding task, while research-oriented and semi self-generated tasks proved to be much challenging. Most students were satisfied with the information they got within the first two search attempts and, on average, they browsed only three websites per task. Age was an important factor in determining students' overall success and time for browsing the web. 69. Underground coal gasification - the Velenje coal mine energy and economic calculationsDamjan Konovšek, Zdravko Praunseis, Jurij Avsec, Gorazd Berčič, Andrej Pohar, Simon Zavšek, Milan Medved, 2017, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Underground coal gasification (UCG) is a viable possibility for the exploitation of vast coal deposits that are unreachable by conventional mining and can meet the energy, economic and environmental demands of the 21st century. Due to the complexity of the process, and the site-specific coal and seam properties, it is important to acknowledge all the available data and past experiences, in order to conduct a successful UCG operation. Slovenia has huge unmined reserves of coal, and therefore offers the possibility of an alternative use of this domestic primary energy source. According to the available underground coal gasification technology, the energy and economic assessment for the exploitation of coal to generate electricity and heat was made. A new procedure for the estimation of the energy efficiency of the coal gasification process, which is also used to compare the energy analyses for different examples of coal exploitation, was proposed, as well as the technological schemes and plant operating mode in Velenje, and the use of produced synthetic coal gas (syngas). The proposed location for the pilot demonstration experiment in Velenje Coal Mine was reviewed and the viability of the underground coal gasification project in Velenje was determined. 70. Reactive sintering of $MnZn$ ferritesTomaž Kosmač, Mihael Drofenik, 2001, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Reaction-formed $MnZn$ ferrite was prepared and the decrease in shrinkage after sintering due to the volume expansion accompanying iron oxidation was studied.
Green compacts consisting of the milled raw oxides $Fe_2O_3$, $Mn_3O_4$, $ZnO$ and metallic iron powder were sintered at 1350 °C in air. During the first hold at 800 °C, $Fe$ was oxidized to $\alpha-Fe_2O_3$ and $Zn$ ferrite was formed. Above 1300 °C the reaction bonding was completed and $MnZn$ ferrite, exhibiting a relatively low shrinkage, was formed. The chemical reactions involved during reaction bonding were associated with a volume expansion and porosity formation, compensating for the shrinkage on sintering. Intensive milling decreases the porosity after sintering but induces the oxidation of iron, and partially removes the shrinkage compensation caused by the presence of metallic iron.
