Načrtovanje in izdelava merilnega sistema za validacijo naprednih sistemov za pomoč vozniku in analiza dobljenih podatkov : magistrsko delo

Abstract: V magistrskem delu se najprej osredotočimo na pregled osnovne terminologije ter standardov, ki se uporabljajo pri vozilih z naprednimi sistemi za pomoč vozniku ter avtonomnih vozilih, in kratek opis uporabljenih oziroma vgrajenih tehnologij v teh vozilih ter potrebnih testiranj za zagotovitev delovanja in varnosti vozil. Temu sledi glavni del in sicer zahteve, koncept, razvoj, sestava proizvodne dokumentacije, izdelava ter sestava celotnega referenčnega merilnega sistema za verifikacijo delovanja sistemov za pomoč vozniku. Na koncu je opisanih še nekaj primerov dobave in sprejemnih testov za zagotovitev pravilnega delovanja in točnosti celotnega sistema ter meritve z rezultati enega izmed mnogih testov po Euro NCAP standardu.

Sistemski stres v evrskem območju

Abstract: Finančne krize so moteči dogodki, ki pomenijo veliko izgubo v blaginji in zahtevajo hiter in učinkovit pristop držav z ukrepi, ki zagotavljajo dodatno likvidnost med krizo. Pokazatelj finančne krize je sistemski stres, ki nam pove količino uresničenega sistemskega tveganja. To izmerimo s sestavljenim kazalnikom sistemskega stresa (CISS), ki se osredotoča na sistemsko razsežnost finančnega stresa. CISS ima v evrskem območju veliko napovedno moč za makroekonomske spremenljivke, kot so inflacija, rast realnega BDP ipd. Drugi kazalnik, s katerim lahko izmerimo sistemski stres v evrskem območju, je VSTOXX. Ko prevladuje finančna kriza in nastopi finančna nestabilnost (finančni sistem ni odporen na gospodarske šoke in ni sposoben nemoteno izpolnjevati svojih temeljnih funkcij), je kazalnik CISS visok (velik sistemski stres). V nasprotnem primeru je sistemski stres majhen. V povečanem sistemskem stresu se posledice odražajo v nestabilnosti finančnega trga, ki se znajde v težavah zaradi krize ali česar koli drugega, ki negativno vpliva na finančni sistem. Finančno nestabilnost merimo z različnimi kazalniki, kot so FSRI, CISS in VIX. Prehod finančne stabilnosti v finančno nestabilnost pa imenujemo Minskyjev trenutek. Do pojava Minskyjevega trenutka je prišlo v nekaterih državah po svetu zaradi novonastalega koronavirusa. Pandemija covida-19 je povzročila izjemne padce vrednosti na finančnih trgih, posledica tega pa je bilo povečanje finančne nestabilnosti. V delu diplomskega projekta bomo v uvodu predstavili osnovno problematiko, cilje, namen in hipoteze. V drugem poglavju bomo predstavili definicijo finančne nestabilnosti in spoznali Minskyjev trenutek. Na kratko bomo spoznali ključne ranljivosti evrskega območja, ki privedejo do finančne nestabilnosti. Prav tako bomo obravnavali nekatera tveganja za gospodarsko rast v evrskem območju, ki bi ogrozila finančno stabilnost. Za ugotavljanje finančne nestabilnosti pa uporabljamo kazalnike FSRI, CISS in VIX. Predstavili bomo tudi, kako je pandemija covida-19 vplivala na finančno nestabilnost. V drugem poglavju bomo obravnavali sistemski stres in z njim povezana kazalnika CISS, ki se uporablja za evrsko območje, ter VSTOXX. Prav tako bomo spoznali posledice sistemskega stresa za gospodarstvo. V zadnjem, četrtem poglavju, bomo obravnavali delniške indekse CAC 40, DAX in EURO STOXX 50 in analizirali njihovo gibanje. Prav tako bomo analizirali gibanje CISS a za evrsko območje. V empiričnem delu bomo izračunali koeficient korelacije med delniškimi indeksi in CISS-om za evrsko območje.

Primerjava obdavčitve motornih vozil v Sloveniji, Nemčiji, na Danskem in Finskem

Abstract: Pričujoč diplomski projekt analizira davek na motorna vozila v Republiki Sloveniji. Slovenska ureditev je primerjana z ureditvijo tega davka v Nemčiji, na Danskem in na Finskem. Motorna vozila v teh državah so ob nakupu obdavčena z davkom na dodano vrednost, poleg tega pa še z davkom na motorna vozila. Davek se plačuje od prometa novih in tudi rabljenih vozil ter drugih rabljenih cestnih motornih vozil, za katere je obvezna registracija, če od njihovega prometa ni bil obračunan davek na dodano vrednost. Med primerjanimi obdavčitvami vozil izstopa Danska, kjer so motorna vozila obdavčena z najvišjimi stopnjami, saj je potrebno ob nakupu novega motornega vozila poleg davka na dodano vrednost, plačati še davek na registracijo vozila, ki se plača samo enkrat ob nakupu vozila in še letni zeleni davek, ki se plačuje vsako leto. Sledi Nemčija, ki izstopa z veliko nižjimi davčnimi stopnjami v primerjavi obravnavanih držav. Ne glede na to, da je primarni cilj precej visokih obdavčitev motornih vozil polnjenje državnih proračunov, se vseeno kaže težnja držav, da bi z reformo zakonodaje spodbudile večjo uporabo javnih potniških prevozov ali nakup vozil, ki imajo nizke emisijske vrednosti, in so ocenjene z najvišjimi EURO standardi ali pa vozil na električni pogon.

Primeri dobrih praks pri poslovanju z euro paletami v različnih podjetjih in predlog izboljšav pri poslovanju s paletami

Abstract: Glavni cilj podjetij je zmanjšati stroške poslovanja v vseh procesih, pri tem pa si še vedno veliko podjetij pomaga pri poslovanju z euro paletami. Danes imamo na trgu veliko alternativ, s katerimi želimo zamenjati standardizirane euro palete. Skozi diplomsko delo smo raziskali obstoječe stanje poslovanja z euro paletami v podjetju Gorenje, d. d., ter raziskali, kako poslujejo druga logistična podjetja v Sloveniji. Na podlagi raziskav in opisa poslovanja s paletami v podjetju Gorenje, d. d. in drugih logističnih podjetjih v Sloveniji, bomo videli, kje so največji problemi pri poslovanju. Ugotovili smo, da danes še zmeraj največ podjetji uporablja pri poslovanju standardizirane euro palete. Vendar opazijo problem predvsem z vidika menjave. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da je uporaba palet najbolj razširjena oblika transporta blaga v Sloveniji. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da v podjetju Gorenje, d. d., prihaja do dolga pri internem zadolževanju palet.

Contribution to the collaborative work in virtual organization : a case study

Abstract: A virtual organization is a community of people who interact together socially on a technical platform. These kinds of communities are built on a common interest, a common problem or a common task of its members that is pursued on the basis of implicit and explicit codes of behavior. The six dimensions that are normally used to analyze virtual organizations are the use of technologies, sense of belonging, success factors, level of trust from members, virtual community management, and contents of the virtual community. The virtual organizations defined in the literature are not defined separately for non-profit research virtual organization. Here we present analysis of non-profit research virtual organization, European Working Group on Operational Research for Development (EGW ORD). This paper provides a summary of achievements and challenges faced in building a virtual organization. This kind of analysis plays a vital role in establishing new non-profit virtual organizations to serve the research community in their field of interest. It is also helpful to the group in broadening its presence and involving more researchers, practitioners and students in the field of operational research.

Attitudes towards Euro-English in a European Union institution

Abstract: This study deals with the attitudinal aspect of Euro-English, denoting a specific form of the English language that is frequently used within the institutions of the European Union. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 285 representatives who work for one of these institutions in Brussels. The respondents were asked to rate several deviations from Standard English, identified in a corpus-based analysis of EU texts, as either "acceptable" or "unacceptable" English usage. The findings reveal that the high acceptability rates of the proposed features among the non-native English-speaking respondents were mainly related to their proficiency in English and/or mother tongue interference. Moreover, since native speakers of English also accepted most of the proposed deviations, it follows that the participants did not seem to be aware of non-standardness in the test sentences. Euro-English must be regarded as EU jargon due to its technical, administrative or legal nature and not as a separate non-standard form of English for EU institutional settings.

Euro-English in the European Commission: Language Use and Attitudes

Abstract: This dissertation deals with a sociolinguistic analysis of attitudes towards Euro-English (E-E), denoting a specific variety of the English language as is primarily used within the multicultural and multilingual professional contexts of the European Union (EU) institutions. Particularly within the European Commission (EC) English has acquired the role of the primary working language. This is apparent from the most recent figures provided by its translation service, according to which as many as 81.3% of source documents were written in English in 2014 (as compared to 77.6% in 2012 and 62% in 2004), followed by French with only 5%. Consequently, 285 EC representatives from different EU member states were surveyed on their attitudes towards E-E, primarily focusing on those respondents whose mother tongues are not English. Crucially, they were asked to evaluate several sentences that deviated from Standard English according to their perceptions of what is acceptable English usage and what is not. Beforehand, a corpus-based analysis was conducted in order to determine which potentially E-E features to integrate within the acceptability test. Importantly, the authors of the examined EU material are deemed congruent as much as possible with the participants of the attitudinal analysis, as they all work for one of the main EU institutions. The main findings reveal that the high acceptability rates of the proposed deviant sentences among the surveyed non-native English-speaking EC representatives were primarily related to their lower proficiency in the English language and/or mother tongue interference, whereas we argue that the surveyed native speakers accepted most of them because they failed to apply a known language system accurately. Accordingly, we found out that the participants as a whole generally adhere to native models of English, i.e. British English, and thus do not personally endorse a European variety of English as a standard of linguistic correctness in their minds. Although specific usage that differs from the standard use of English has to an extent been developed within the EU institutions, the identified features must be regarded as EU jargon; which may be more or less obvious; rather than a particular E-E variety already expressing common EU culture and identity. We conclude that an independent variety of English, comparable to the Inner or Outer Circle Englishes, neither exists to date nor is in its earliest stage of development within the EU institutions.

PREDLOGI SCCIC - EKONOMSKIH UKREPOV ZA VZPOSTAVITEV OKOLJSKE CONE V MESTNI OBČINI MARIBOR

Abstract: V diplomski nalogi smo proučili gospodarske in obrtniško-podjetniške dejavnosti na območju okoljske cone s pomočjo registriranih vozil v Mestni občini Maribor, da bi predstavili nabor ukrepov in pravnih podlag, s katerimi bi bilo mogoče zmanjšati socio-ekonomske vplive okoljske cone na te dejavnosti. Predstavili smo odstotek vozil, ki spadajo v prepovedan emisijski razred Euro, nato smo izpostavili kritične obrtniško-podjetniške dejavnosti in jih prostorsko omejili na kartah. Proučili smo ukrepe pomoči v evropskih mestih in naredili nabor možnih ukrepov pomoči za Maribor. Te ukrepe smo podprli z analizo pravnih podlag in bolj podrobno predstavili oblike subvencij in način uvajanja subvencij. Predlogi ukrepov so strokovna podlaga za lažjo prilagoditev dejavnosti ob vzpostavitvi okoljske cone v Mariboru in drugih slovenskih mest.
