1. Evolution of organisational agility : a bibliometric studyVasja Roblek, Vlado Dimovski, Maja Meško, Judita Peterlin, 2022, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Purpose: This study applies bibliometric analysis to explore the evolution of the research paradigm of agility related to management and organisations.
Design/methodology/approach: Authors prepared a quantitative study of the review of selected articles using co-citation analysis and bibliographic coupling. Based on the bibliometric analyses, the evolution of the agility field (past, present, and future of agility research) was prepared.
Findings: Emergent themes focus on the importance of agility in interpreting organisational responses in the context of issues as diverse as information systems and business intelligence systems, market orientation, strategic alignment and social computing. Future research needs to focus on digitisation in conjunction with informatisation, an important topic for creating a new organisational culture and knowledge management through increased collaboration between humans and machines.
Originality/value: As the authors are aware, this study is one of the first to choose to show the overall development and importance of agility through quantitative bibliometric methods used to assess the value and contribution of scientific productivity and its impact on development.

This study aims to apply the Delphi method to explore the possibilities for implementing agility management concepts in Slovenian health-care organisations. Design/methodology/approach
The research is based on a qualitative Delphi study encompassing 15 employees in different Slovenian health-care organisations.
Findings
Slovenian health-care organisations need to be more agile currently. For this reason, it is necessary to begin with organisational changes and organisational learning concepts to educate employees about the meaning and content of agile processes. It is essential to ensure that accepting employee mistakes and offering help to employees becomes normal practice, and it is necessary to ensure the greater trust of the management towards the employees.
Originality/value
The research empowers health-care professionals with new management and leadership concepts, such as agile management, sustainable leadership and leadership development methods in health care.

Sodobni pristopi inženiringa poslovnih sistemov2022 Opis: Sodobni pristopi inženiringa poslovnih sistemov so pomemben dejavnik bodi si pri ohranjanju ali oblikovanju konkurenčne prednosti organizacije. Pri tem je pomembno, da tako vodstvo kot zaposleni v organizaciji, poznajo koncepte posameznih pristopov. V pričujoči monografiji predstavljamo sodobne pristope, ki delovanje organizacije obravnavajo iz različnih vidikov njene konkurenčnosti in smo jim do sedaj morebiti namenili premalo pozornosti. Digitalizacija projektnega okolja, novi pogledi na razvoj produktov, obvladovanje premoženja, učinkovitosti in uspešnosti poslovnih procesov, uporaba sodobne informacijsko komunikacijske tehnologije in njen vpliv na oblikovanje in delovanje organizacije ter zagotavljanje ustreznih delovnih pogojev in delovnega okolja za varnost in zdravje zaposlenih, so pristopi, ki jih bodo organizacije v prihodnje morale osvojiti, v kolikor želijo ohraniti svojo konkurenčnost. Poleg teoretičnih predstavitev vzpostavitve in uporabe posameznih pristopov, so predstavljeni tudi posamezni primeri uporabe le-teh v praksi.

4. Authentic leadership in contemporary Slovenian business environment : explanatory case study of HERMES SoftLabVlado Dimovski, Barbara Grah, Sandra Penger, Judita Peterlin, 2010, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: The paper explores the authentic leadership in learning organization in Slovenian business environment. The purpose of the paper is to present relationship between authentic leadership and learning organization. Main research thesis is focused on characteristics of authentic leadership in company HERMES SoftLab. The main thesis of this paper is that authentic leadership in learning organization enables the growth of leaders in organizational surroundings through a constant dedication to authenticity and organizational learning that will be explored through the qualitative research method of case study research approach. Key research finding is that authentic leaders can be identified in company HERMES SoftLab and that there is a mutual influence between learning organization and authentic leadership. Therefore, the main research finding is that the learning organization leverages the authentic leadership, which in turn leverages the learning organization.
