Strategije in pristopi večanja odpornosti in prožnosti oskrbovalnih verig
2025

Abstract: Visokošolski učbenik "Strategije in pristopi večanja odpornosti in prožnosti oskrbovalnih verig" je celovit vodnik, namenjen podpiranju večanja odpornosti pri oskrbi in izboljšavam znotraj logstičnih procesov. Poudarek je na modernih pristopih in konceptih večanja odpornosti, strategijah za nabavo, distribucijo, oceni ergonomskega okolja in izobraževanju o soodvisnosti posameznih členov oskrbovalne verige s sočasnim povečevanjem dodane vrenosti in produktivnosti zaradi večje odpornosti in prilagodljivosti v logističnih podjetjih. Interdisciplinarni pristop združuje znanja iz več področij –management, logistika, distribucija, ergonomija, nabava in delo z ljudmi Bralci so opremljeni s praktičnimi znanji in veščinami za izboljšanje odpornosti in prilagodljivosti posameznih procesov. Učbenik pokriva teme, kot so: Strategije za oskrbovalno verigo in povečanje odpornosti; 2) Mestna logistika; 3) Večanje zavedanja o pomeni oskrbovalnih verig; 4) Strateški nabavi; 5) Pametni distribuciji in 6) Ergonomiji na delovnem mestu v logistiki. Celotna vsebina je usmerjena v krepitev kompetenc za odpornost, ki so ključne za zeleni in digitalni prehod logističnih podjetij in močnejše gospodarstvo EU temelječe na odpornih oskrbovalnih verigah.

Abstract: Visokošolski učbenik "Interdisciplinarna in uporabna znanja za zelene in digitalne logistične procese" je celovit vodnik, namenjen podpiranju trajnostnih in digitalnih pristopov v logistiki. Poudarek je na zmanjševanju okoljskega vpliva logističnih procesov ter izboljšanju njihove učinkovitosti s pomočjo uporabe različnih podpornih mehanizmov. Interdisciplinarni pristop združuje znanja iz več področij, kar omogoča celovito razumevanje sodobne logistike in aplikacijo uporabnih znanj tudi na področja izven logistike. Bralci so opremljeni s praktičnimi znanji in veščinami za izboljšanje učinkovitosti in trajnosti posameznih procesov. Učbenik pokriva teme, kot so vodenje in komunikacija, poslovno odločanje na podlagi podatkov, informacijska in računalniška pismenost, pomen promocijskih videovsebin, organizacija trajnostnih potovanj, trajnostna mobilnost ter logistika razpršenega hotela. Celotna vsebina je usmerjena v krepitev kompetenc, ki so ključne za uspešno upravljanje sodobnih logističnih izzivov.

Digitalna transformacija v logistiki in managementu oskrbovalnih verig

Abstract: Visokošolski učbenik "Digitalna transformacija v logistiki in managementu oskrbovalnih verig" je celovit vodnik, namenjen podpiranju digitalizacije in digitalnih pristopov v logistiki. Poudarek je na digitalizaciji procesov, uporabi orodij za za digitalno obdelavo podatkov in simulacije ter na avtonomnih vozilih ter strojnem učenju v logističnih procesih in kibernetski varnosti. Interdisciplinarni pristop združuje znanja iz več področij - računalništva, informatike, mehatronike, strojnega učenja in simulacijskih postopkov ter poslovnega odločanja, kar omogoča celovito razumevanje izzivov digitalne logistike in aplikacijo uporabnih znanj tudi na področja izven logistike in oskrbovalnih verig. Bralci so opremljeni s praktičnimi znanji in veščinami za izboljšanje učinkovitosti, preglednosti posameznih procesov. Učbenik pokriva teme, kot so: 1) Digitalizacija procesov - načrtovanje; 2) Digitalizacija procesov - izvedba; 3) Poslovno-informacijski sistemi; 4) Simulacije in digitalni dvojčki; 5) Avtonomna vozila v logistiki in 6) Informacijska varnost. Celotna vsebina je usmerjena v krepitev digitalnih kompetenc, ki so ključne za uspešno upravljanje sodobnih logističnih podjetij in odpornih oskrbovalnih verig.

Influence of socio-demographic profiles on attitudes toward sustainability and digitalization in logistics and supply chains

Abstract: This study examines the impact of socio-demographic factors on attitudes towards sustainability and digitalization in logistics and supply chain management. Since a significant gap was identified in this field, study explores how company size, industry sector, and workforce diversity influence strategic planning and operational efficiency within these pivotal sectors of global commerce. The main novelty of the research is to set the roles of technological readiness and knowledge-based factors in shaping organizational responses to sustainability challenges and digital transformation opportunities. By analyzing the correlation between socio-demographic profiles and technological adoption behaviors, the paper aims to provide insights that could help organizations tailor their strategic initiatives to better align with diverse stakeholder needs, enhancing operational efficiency and promoting sustainable practices. This study seeks to fill the gaps in current research by offering a detailed exploration of how sociodemographic diversity impacts the adoption of innovative technologies and sustainability measures within the logistics and supply chain sectors. Results revealed that gender, sector, work position and company size contribute to different understanding and prioritisation of sustainability topics. Managers and team leaders are more focused towards sustainability than the rest of employees and logistics and supply chain sector prefer digitalization over sustainability.

Bioekonomija v logistiki in oskrbovalnih verigah : diplomsko delo

Abstract: Študija preučuje, kako bioekonomija deluje v oskrbovalnih verigah in logistiki, s posebnim poudarkom na uporabi bioplastike. Cilj študije je določiti ključne elemente, ki vplivajo na ustvarjanje trajnostnih poslovnih modelov, z analizo besedišča in postopkov, povezanih z bioekonomijo, zlasti v kontekstu logistike. Študija se osredotoča na povezovanje glavnih konceptov, pri čemer postopoma prehaja iz splošnih pojmov o bioekonomiji na bolj specializirane teme, kot sta recikliranje in ponovna uporaba bioplastike. Raziskovalna metodologija temelji na kombinaciji informacij, zbranih iz različnih znanstvenih virov, in rezultatov lastne ankete med udeleženci. Ta kombinacija omogoča temeljito analizo, ki upošteva različne poglede in izkušnje. Študija preučuje pomen bioekonomije kot razvijajočega se družbenega in gospodarskega pojava, s poudarkom na njenem prispevku k varovanju okolja. Posebej je izpostavljena vloga bioplastike kot inovativnega materiala. Ugotovitve poudarjajo potrebo po nadaljnjem raziskovanju in tehnološkem napredku, da bi omogočili širšo uporabo bioplastike v industrijskih procesih, pa tudi izboljšanju zakonodaje, ki spodbuja okolju prijazne oskrbovalne verige in logistiko. Rezultati kažejo na možne prednosti, hkrati pa tudi na izzive, povezane z bioplastiko.

Trajnost in učinkovitost poslovnih procesov spletnih platform : primerjalna analiza treh različnih platform

Abstract: Tema "Trajnostnost in učinkovitost poslovnih procesov spletnih platform: primerjalna analiza treh različnih platform" raziskuje dinamične pristope, ki jih vodilne e-trgovine, kot so eBay, Amazon in AliExpress, uporabljajo za zagotavljanje trajnosti in učinkovitosti svojih poslovnih procesov. Osredotočajoč se na integracijo naprednih tehnologij, raziskava razkriva, kako umetna inteligenca in avtomatizacija preoblikujeta načine upravljanja zalog ter izboljšujeta uporabniško izkušnjo, kar omogoča hitrejše in bolj personalizirane storitve. Poleg tehnoloških vidikov diplomsko delo poudarja pomen trajnostnih praks, ki jih izvajajo te platforme. Analiza ekoloških embalažnih materialov, strategij recikliranja in zmanjšanja emisij toplogrednih plinov prikazuje, kako te iniciative ne le zmanjšujejo ekološki odtis, ampak tudi povečujejo zaupanje in zadovoljstvo uporabnikov, kar pozitivno vpliva na prodajne rezultate. Poleg tega raziskava kaže na potrebo po prilagoditvi lokalnim tržnim razmeram, pri čemer poudarja, kako lahko platforme optimizirajo svoje ponudbe v skladu s specifičnimi potrebami potrošnikov in zakonodajnimi okviri različnih regij. Ta primerjalna analiza ne le obogati razumevanje poslovnih procesov v kontekstu e-trgovine, temveč tudi ponuja smernice za prihodnje raziskave in razvoj strategij, ki bodo omogočile nadaljnje izboljšanje trajnosti in učinkovitosti poslovanja. Na ta način diplomsko delo prispeva k razumevanju delovanja platform na trgu ter zagotavlja njihov dolgoročni uspeh v dinamičnem okolju.

The role of communication skills in the development of digital literacy competences using the "DigInGreen"

Abstract: The paper deals with the field of developing communicationand digital literacy with the help of the lifelong learning model "DigInGreen" for all layers of modern society, including people with special needs. The aim of the authors is a targeted search for new solutions in the field of using digital learning and communication tools for the development of digital competences in the light of"Society 5.0". We focus on a unique way of connecting paradigms,such as: inclusive society, competences, digital, special needs, literacy and lifelong learning. We want to connect the thinking about the communicative ability, an indispensable part of which is an individual's digital literacy and point out,that the circumstances of living in a modern, but still partially exclusive society, limit the development of an individual's communicativeand digital literacy,due to a demonstrated special need or disability. We believe,that the activities we carry out,are a unique example of good practice, because they connect many scientific disciplines and fields into a modern concept of competence development without excluding or conditioning the end user. We combine the paradigms of logistics, informatics, statistics, social studies, linguistics and didactics. All the above and more represent the concept of "Society 5.0", which cannot exist as a scientific construct,if it does not consider the key aspect of one's own identification -social equality and the provision of equal opportunities.

Eco-design processes in the automotive industry

Abstract: Every year approximately 70 million passenger cars are being produced and automotive industry is much bigger then just passenger cars. The impact of automotive industry on the environment is tre-mendous. From extracting raw materials through manufacturing and assembly processes, exploitation of the vehicle to the reprocessing irreversible, extensive environmental damage is done. The goal of this study is to show how implementing eco-design processes into supply chain management can re-duce the impact of automotive industry on the environment by e.g. reducing the use of the fuel, in-creasing the use of recycled materials. Focus is on evaluation of current state, environmental impacts and potential improvements for design, raw materials, manufacturing and distribution and end-of-life phase.

Sustainable synergy: unveiling the symbiotic relationship between personal lifestyles and corporate sustainable business practices

Abstract: This study, conducted among 596 employees across various industries, investigates the interplay between personal sustainable lifestyle scores and corporate sustainable business practices, including energy consumption and renewable energy use. The research reveals a strong correlation between individuals’ personal sustainable lifestyles and their organisations’ sustainable business practices. Notably, employees consistently practising personal sustainable behaviours, including energy efficiency, tend to work in companies with robust sustainability initiatives and low-carbon strategies. Women, in particular, displayed higher engagement in sustainable behaviours. Age-related trends suggest younger employees prioritise corporate sustainability policies more than older counterparts, who focus more on personal sustainable behaviour. Among all studied sectors the production sector stands out for its high sustainable lifestyle and sustainable business practices, reflecting the impact of industry-specific sustainability trends like lean and green operations. On the one hand, sustainable lifestyle involves making choices and taking actions that enable rational consumption of goods and products, protecting natural resources, using renewable energy sources, and utilising low-emission transport means. These findings underscore the critical link between personal sustainability habits and organisational sustainability business practices, highlighting a significant avenue for promoting sustainability and reduced energy consumption in the workplace and at home

The perception of sustainability competences in logistics and supply chains

Abstract: The European Union (EU) has adopted a huge number of guidelines and policies to promote sustainability in different sectors. The study focuses on the twin green and digital transformation, which is particularly highlighted in the context of the European Green Deal, a comprehensive strategy to tackle climate change and environmental degradation while embracing digital innovation for economic growth and societal progress. These guidelines and policies show the EU's commitment to promoting sustainability in different sectors and to achieving the objectives of climate change, environmental protection and sustainable development. One of the areas that plays an important role for the individuals as well as for the economy is logistics and supply chain management. The main research question of this study is to investigate the relationship between the basic sociodemographic characteristics and their perception of the importance of sustainability competences in logistics and supply chains in the future. The study was carried using survey questionnaire on employees in the field of logistics and supply chains in Slovenia. The results show the main statistically significant differences in these perceptions are primary based on differences in employees demographic characteristics, such as gender, age and level of education of the employees.
