1. The sustainable socially responsible society : well-being society 6.0Simona Šarotar Žižek, Matjaž Mulej, Amna Potočnik, 2021, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: The purpose of this study is to introduce Sustainable Socially Responsible Society 6.0 as a new concept that is supposed to extend ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ to the entire society for humankind to gain a new chance to survive beyond the dangerous neoliberalism that abuses the market and democracy to the benefit of very few humans—the richest one percent and a few around them—and beyond Society 5.0. This study aims to define the framework conditions of ‘Well-being Society 6.0’, where humans can both achieve and define their targeted quality of life, including work–life balance, etc. Mulej’s Dialectical Systems Theory provides requisite (i.e., sufficient and necessary) integrity/holism of approach that leads to a Sustainable Socially Responsible (SSR) Society without overlooking the necessity of personal, including managerial, responsibility. Most humans try to satisfy their basic survival needs by management, which is requisitely holistic; it can and shall contribute to setting the framework conditions, foremost with non-technological innovation management. The Economy for the Common Good can contribute to SSR Society 6.0, including ‘Well-being society’. In addition, in 2019–2021 humankind is experiencing the ‘new Corona Virus’ crisis, killing millions, but also enabling a crucial step toward a well-being society by returning worldwide economic governance from neoliberalism to Keynes-based state capitalism with no loud objections. 2. Model of socially responsible transfer of parent organization culture to the subsidiary organization in a foreign cultural environment concerning internal communication, stress, and work satisfactionDarja Kukovec, Borut Milfelner, Matjaž Mulej, Simona Šarotar Žižek, 2021, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: The organizational culture is a significant construct in a time of change during the organizational transition, and it plays an important role in achieving goals of social responsibilities, which is an important part of sustainability. The literature shows the gap of socially responsible transfer of organizational culture with the impact on employee’s well-being. The cultural changes of the organization during the transition are particularly in connection with the impact on internal communication where organizational culture presents a part of values, norms, and ethics, which influences successfully implemented changes and in such a way has an influence on the stress and work satisfaction. The main purpose of the presented study is the development of the model of socially responsible transfer of organizational culture to the foreign subsidiaries on a basis of adjusted internal communication, which reduces stress and increases work satisfaction. Impacts of organizational culture on internal communication, stress, and work satisfaction are clearly presented, as well as inter-related impacts of the constructs concerning national culture, leadership, and organizational knowledge. Thus, the new holistic model of socially responsible transfer of the parent organization culture to foreign subsidiaries clearly defines steps of organizational culture, internal communication, stress management, and work satisfaction. Managerial implications are discussed. 3. Odpravljanje neoliberalistične protireformacije državnega kapitalizmaViljem Merhar, Viktor Žakelj, Matjaž Mulej, 2014, polemika, diskusijski prispevek, komentar Opis: Živimo v neoliberalnem kapitalizmu; vladajo globalno monopolna podjetja, ne trg. Ukinjajo konkurenco in omejujejo plače, zaposlovanje in kupno moč 85 % človeštva. Uničujejo tržno gospodarstvo kot družbeno-ekonomski sistem: vodijo ga z etiko enostranskosti in zlorabe vpliva, ne z Smithovo etiko soodvisnosti nevidne roke. Množice tega ne bodo več dolgo prenašale. Nujno bo povezati Smithova, Ricardova, Marxova, Keynesova, Galbraithova in Felberjeva spoznanja ter spoznanja Evropske unije in drugih, ki vidijo pot iz sedanje krize izobilja in bede v novem družbeno-ekonomskem redu: družbeni odgovornosti, integralni zeleni ekonomiji, ekonomiji skupne koristi/blaginje in ekosocializmu, ki zanika državni socializem 20. stoletja. 4. Obvladovanje sistemskih strateških kriz za preprečevanje poslovnih krizIgor Vrečko, Matjaž Mulej, 2012, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: V prispevku je obravnavana problematika prepoznavanja in razreševanja strateških kriz v poslovnih sistemih. Prepoznavanje strateških kriz je glede na obstoječe opredelitve pogosto stvar subjektivne interpretacije, kar otežuje oblikovanje in izvajanje potrebnih ukrepov za njihovo razreševanje. V prispevku opredeljujemo nova miselna izhodišča za opredelitev strateških kriz in uvajamo pojem sistemske strateške krize. Te pojasnimo in opredelimo kot vzrok za nastanek poslovnih strateških kriz in posledično operativnih kriz. Z opredelitvijo sistemske strateške krize ustvarjamo podlago za uvajanje celovitega pristopa k razreševanju strateških kriz z integracijo strateškega in projektnega menedžmenta, delujočega na konceptih sistemskega razmišljanja in kreativnosti, kar na kratko orišemo v predlaganem dvodimenzionalnem modelu obvladovanja sistemskih strateških kriz. 9. Vloga šolskega pedagoga kot svetovalnega delavca pri razvoju družbene odgovornosti učencevMaša Kolenko, 2017, magistrsko delo Opis: Magistrska naloga predstavlja vključenost družbene odgovornosti v šolsko prakso s strani pedagogov šolskih svetovalnih delavcev. Delo šolskih svetovalnih delavcev temelji na zakonih, pravilnikih in smernicah ter sledi sprejetim nacionalnim vrednotam. Ostaja pa vprašanje, v kolikšni meri se delo pedagogov šolskih svetovalnih delavcev sklada s šolsko doktrino in njenim konceptom ter v kolikšni meri je družbena odgovornost vpeta v njihovo delo. Empirično zaključno delo je zasnovano na šestih intervjujih pedagogov šolskih svetovalnih delavcev iz osnovnih in srednjih šol. Namen je bil preučiti pojmovanje družbene odgovornosti pedagogov šolskih svetovalnih delavcev, pomen družbene odgovornosti, kakor jo zaznavajo pedagogi in oceno šolske prakse z vidika družbene odgovornosti. Uporabljena je deskriptivna metoda empiričnega pedagoškega raziskovanja. Raziskava je pokazala, da pedagogi velik poudarek pri družbeni odgovornosti dajejo prenosu vrednot na otroke, uresničujejo pa jo ali sami ali v sodelovanju z drugim svetovalnim delavcem, ravnateljem in s starši. Zavedajo se odgovornosti v svojem delu, vendar ločijo med doprinosom družbene odgovornosti v okviru pristojnosti in lastnim doprinosom. Znatnega pomena so jim tudi človeška solidarnost, zavzemanje za lastno avtonomnost, uporaba lastnih načel, postavljanje mej v sodelovanju z drugimi ter sprejemanje in potrditev njihovega dela. Srečujejo se tudi z neodgovornimi praksami v šoli, ki jih rešujejo dolgoročno, preventivno ali kurativno, kot oviro pa navedejo čas in vladavino prava, ki senči bistvo pedagoškega dela. Thus, internal communication and employee adaptation to changing business environments ask what a successful socially responsible internal communication requires. This contribution discusses theoretical foundations of qualitative research, how the organizational culture can define which direction the organization should chose to attain social responsibility, and how internal communication can improve understanding of professional language and be decisive in a working environment. The generated model offers insights into understanding social responsibility and organizational culture to improve internal communication.
