1. Vpliv modelov izmenskega dela na počutje medicinskih sester, zaposlenih v urgentnih ambulantahAnja Janežič, 2025, magistrsko delo Opis: Izmensko delo predstavlja nepogrešljiv del zdravstvene obravnave, pri čemer je kontinuirana oskrba pacientov ključna. Zdravstveno-negovalno osebje, ki dela v urgentnih ambulantah, je pri svojem delu soočeno z izzivi, kot so neskladja urnikov z biološkimi in s socialnimi ritmi, kar lahko vodi do slabšanja fizičnega in psihičnega počutja. Namen magistrskega dela je raziskati vpliv izmenskega dela na spanje in zadovoljstvo, ugotoviti, kakšen je vpliv različnih modelov izmenskega dela na zdravje, počutje in zadovoljstvo medicinskih sester, ter oblikovati priporočila za izboljšanje njihovega delovnega okolja.
Raziskava je vključevala 105 zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi, potekala je v štirih urgentnih ambulantah. Uporabljen je bil kvantitativni pristop, pri čemer smo podatke zbirali z anonimnimi pisnimi vprašalniki. Anketiranci so bili razdeljeni glede na dva različna modela izmenskega dela: 12 ur dnevna, 12 ur nočna izmena ter 7 ur dopoldne, 7 ur popoldne in 7 ur ponoči. Zbrani podatki so bili analizirani s pomočjo deskriptivne statistike.
Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da zaposleni v zdravstveni negi, ki delajo po 12-urnem modelu, nekoliko bolje ocenjujejo organizacijo prostega časa, medtem ko pogosteje poročajo o slabšem zdravju in večjem nezadovoljstvu v primerjavi s 7-urnim modelom. Vendar so razlike zelo majhne in statistično neznačilne. Ugotovili smo, da zaposleni, ki opravljajo več nočnih izmen zapored med izmenami, spijo dlje, a ne nujno kakovostneje. Subjektivna ocena kakovosti in dolžine spanja je bila višja pri osebah, ki se po nočni izmeni odpravljajo prej spat. Pokazalo se je, da so osebe, ki spijo manj kakovostno in manj časa, bolj nezadovoljne. Povezave med daljšanjem delovne dobe in nižanjem zadovoljstva nismo mogli dokazati.
V raziskavi nismo odkrili bistvenih prednosti enega samega modela izmenskega dela, zato priporočamo, da se izbira modela prilagaja specifičnim potrebam delovnega okolja, zaposleni pa naj pri izbiri delovnega mesta upoštevajo svoje individualne potrebe. Za izboljšanje kakovosti spanja po nočnih izmenah predlagamo omogočanje zgodnjega spanca takoj po koncu izmene. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da je področje izmenskega dela kljub njegovi pomembnosti razmeroma slabo raziskano, zato spodbujamo nadaljnje raziskave, ki bi prispevale k izboljšanju delovnih pogojev in večjemu zadovoljstvu zaposlenih. 2. Oskrba akutne kirurške rane po vstavitvi totalne endoproteze kolenaAnja Zdolšek, 2025, diplomsko delo Opis: Uvod: Totalna endoproteza kolena je eden izmed najbolj učinkovitih ter najuspešnejših načinov zdravljenja na področju ortopedije, katere cilj je obnoviti anatomsko in funkcionalno celovitost kolenskega sklepa. Z operativnim posegom se pacientu omogoči ponovno vzpostavitev mobilnosti in zmanjšanje neznosne bolečine. Namen zaključnega dela je ugotoviti, kako oskrba akutne kirurške rane po vstavitvi totalne endoproteze kolena vpliva na celjenje rane.
Metode: V zaključnem delu smo pregledali literaturo, ki smo jo z iskalnim nizom našli v podatkovnih bazah CINAHL Ultimate, PubMed, Medline in Scopus. Potek izbora člankov smo prikazali s pomočjo PRISMA diagrama ter analizo in sintezo dobljenih rezultatov.
Rezultati: V končno analizo smo vključili sedem raziskav. Različne metode spajanja ran, kot so tkivna lepila in tehnika Zip, zmanjšajo možnost nastanka zapletov ter morebitno bolečino v primerjavi s šivi in sponkami. Ključnega pomena je aplikacija profilakse pred operativnim posegom, saj v bistveni meri zmanjša možnosti nastanka pooperativnih infekcij. Celostna obravnava pacienta izboljša obvladovanje pooperativne bolečine, zgodnje vstajanje ter gibanje pacienta pa pospeši krvni obtok in celjenje rane.
Razprava in zaključek: Ozaveščanje bi bilo pomembno usmeriti na dodatno izobraževanje in izpopolnjevanje zdravstvenih delavcev, ki delujejo na področju kirurgije. Posebno pozornost bi lahko prav tako namenili pacientom, da bi bili ti ozaveščeni o pravilni oskrbi in negi rane po odhodu iz bolnišnice. 3. Pospeševanje prodaje v živilskih trgovskih centrih po SlovenijiNina Urankar, 2025, diplomsko delo Opis: Diplomsko delo opisuje metodo pospeševanja prodaje. V njem je predstavljen pomemben stik med potrošnikom in svetovalcem, ki pripomore k višji prodaji izdelkov. Diplomsko delo obsega teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni pojmi, ki so neposredno vezani na pospeševanje prodaje, promocijo in svetovalca. V nadaljevanju pa je predstavljena empirična raziskava. Na podlagi analize anketnega vprašalnika so podani predlogi za izboljšanje, ki lahko pripomorejo k povečanju prodaje.
Ugotovili smo, da potrošniki kupujejo poznane izdelke, ker so jim všeč, prav tako smo ugotovili, da ima več kot četrtina potrošnikov željo po večji možnosti osebnega svetovanja, ter da je potrošnikom najbolj všeč svetovalec, ki je strokovno usposobljen in dobro pozna izdelke, ki jih predstavlja. Ugotovili smo tudi, da je vljudnost, všečnost in prepričljivost svetovalca povezana z nakupom, da je potrošnikom pomembno pridobiti informacijo o bistvenih konkurenčnih prednosti od svetovalca in da se moški pogosteje odločijo za svetovanje glede novega izdelka kot ženske. The specimens were experimentally investigated during uni-axial quasi-static and dynamic loading.
A split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) apparatus was used for the dynamic experiments. The
experiments were observed using a high-resolution (quasi-static loading) or a high-speed visible-light
camera and a high-speed thermographic camera (dynamic loading) to allow for the quantitative and
qualitative analysis of the deformation processes. Digital image correlation (DIC) software was used
for the evaluation of displacement fields. To assess the deformation behaviour of the 3D-printed
bulk samples and strain rate related properties, an analysis of the true stress–true strain diagrams
from quasi-static and dynamic experiments as well as the thermograms captured during the dynamic
loading was performed. The results revealed a strong strain rate effect on the mechanical response of
the investigated material. Furthermore, a dependency of the strain-rate sensitivity on the printing

7. Exploring social customer relationship management adoption in micro, small and medium-sized enterprisesMarjeta Marolt, Hans Dieter Zimmermann, Anja Žnidaršič, Andreja Pucihar, 2019, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: With the emergence of social media, customer relationship management has undergone noticeable changes and gained a great deal of attention from researchers and practitioners in recent years. In this paper, we provide additional insights into how intensively business-to-customer micro, small and medium-sized enterprises adopt social customer relationship management. Based on the literature review and insights from interviews with six micro, small and medium-sized enterprise owners/managers, we developed a conceptual research model that integrates the antecedents, intensity of social customer relationship management adoption, and performance outcomes. For the intensity of social customer relationship management adoption, we applied process-based conceptualization consisting of the customer engagement process and customer data management process. Then we empirically tested a conceptual research model by using data collected in a survey of 119 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Slovenia. We found that not all antecedents are equally relevant to both processes of the intensity of social customer relationship management adoption. Additionally, we found that the intensity of social customer relationship management adoption has a positive effect on customer relationship performance. Based on these findings, we provide recommendations for further research and offer practical implications for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises considering social customer relationship management adoption. pohodniški poti Juliana. Izhajajoč iz analize
trajnostnih praks in referenčnih arhitekturnih
primerov naloga obravnava prostorski kontekst štirih
izbranih lokacij – Rabeljsko jezero, Naravni rezervat
Zelenci, Srednji Vrh in Dovje. Cilj je vzpostaviti sistem
souporabe koles, umestiti nove infrastrukturne
objekte ter razviti programe, ki spodbujajo trajnostno
mobilnost, aktivni turizem in ohranjanje naravnih
vrednot.
Na vsaki lokaciji je predlagan program, ki vključuje
kombinacijo lokacijsko specifičnih, montažnih in
dopolnitvenih objektov. Objekti so zasnovani z
uporabo trajnostnih gradbenih materialov in
tehnologij, pri čemer arhitekturni izraz črpa iz lokalne
alpske tradicije in ga preoblikuje v sodoben kontekst.
Zasnova poudarja minimalen vpliv na okolje,
izboljšanje uporabniške izkušnje ter povezanost z

Effect of Lactobacillus spp. on adhesion, invasion, and translocation of Campylobacter jejuni in chicken and pig small-intestinal epithelial cell linesMaja Šikić Pogačar, Tomaž Langerholc, Dušanka Mičetić-Turk, Sonja Smole Možina, Anja Klančnik, 2020, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Background : Campylobacter spp. are a major cause of bacterial food-borne diarrhoeal disease. This mainly arises through contamination of meat products during processing. For infection, Campylobacter spp. must adhere to epithelial cells of the mucus layer, survive conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, and colonise the intestine of the host. Addition of probiotic bacteria might promote competitive a dhesion to epithelial cells, consequently reducing Campylobacter jejuni colonisation. Effect of Lactobacillus spp. (PCS20, PCS22, PCS25, LGG, PCK9) on C. jejuni adhesion, invasion and translocation in pig (PSI cl.1) and chicken (B1OXI) small-intestine cell lines, as well as pig enterocytes (CLAB) was investigated.
Results : Overall, in competitive adhesion assays with PSI cl.1 and CLAB cell monolayers, the addition of Lactobacillus spp. reduced C. jejuni adherence to the cell surface, and negatively affected the C. jejuni invasion. Interestingly, Lactobacillus spp. significantly impaired C. jejuni adhesion in three-dimensional functional PSI cl.1 and B1OXI cell models. Also, C. jejuni did not translocate across PSI cl.1 and B1OXI cell monolayers when co-incubated with probiotics. Among selected probiotics, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LGG was the strain that reduced adhesion efficacy of C. jejuni most significantly under co-culture conditions.
Conclusion : The addition of Lactobacillus spp. to feed additives in livestock nutrition might be an effective novel strategy that targets Campylobacter adhesion to epithelial cells, and thus prevents colonisation, reduces the transmission, and finally lowers the incidence of human campylobacteriosis. 10. Global projections of plastic use, end-of-life fate and potential changes in consumption, reduction, recycling and replacement with bioplastics to 2050Monika Dokl, Anja Copot, Damjan Krajnc, Yee Van Fan, Annamaria Vujanović, Kathleen B. Tan, Zdravko Kravanja, Lidija Čuček, 2024, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Excessive production, indiscriminate consumption, and improper disposal of plastics have led to plastic pollution and its hazardous environmental effects. Various approaches to tackle the challenges of reducing the plastic footprint have been developed and applied, such as the production of alternative materials (design for recycling), the production and use of biodegradable plastic and plastics from power-to-X, and the development of recycling approaches. This study proposes an optimisation strategy based on regression to evaluate and predict plastic use and end-of-life fate in the future based on historical trends. The mathematical model is formulated and correlations based on functions of time are developed and optimised by minimising the sum of squared residuals. The plastic quantities up to the year 2050 are projected based on historical trends analysis, and for improved sustainability, projections are additionally based on intervention analyses. The results show that the global use of plastics is expected to increase from 464 Mt in 2020 up to 884 Mt in 2050, with up to 4725 Mt of plastics accumulated in stock in 2050 (from the year 2000). Compared to other available forecasts, a slightly lower level of plastic use and stock are obtained. The intervention analysis estimates a range of global plastics' consumption between 594 Mt and 1018 Mt in 2050 by taking into account its different increment rates (between −1 % and 2.65 %). In the packaging sector, the implementation of reduction targets (15 % reduction in 2040 compared to 2018) could lead to a 27.3 % decrease in plastic use in 2050 as compared to 2018, while achieving recycling targets (55 % in 2030) would recycle >75 % of plastic packaging in 2050. The partial substitution of fossil-based plastics with bioplastics (polyethylene) will require significant land area, between 0.2 × 106 km2 for obtaining switchgrass and up to around 1.0 × 106 km2 for obtaining forest residue (annual yields of 58.15 t/ha and 3.5 t/ha) in 2050. The intervention analysis shows that proactive policies can mitigate sustainability challenges, however achieving broader sustainability goals also requires reduction of footprints related to energy production and virgin plastic production, the production of bio-based plastics, and the full implementation of recycling initiatives.
