Programska oprema za ugotavljanje potenciala vetra

Opis: Spletna aplikacija omogoča oddaljen nadzor nad podatki posameznih merilnih celic. Opis: - pregled javljanj posameznih celic in kontrola lastnega napajanja, - pregled in izvoz meritev posameznih senzorjev, - analizo podatkov (intenzivnost turbulence "Turbulence intensity" in gostota vetrne energije "Wind power density"), - grafični prikaz posameznih merjenih in izračunanih veličin za potrebe analize (povprečna hitrost vetra, gostota vetrne energije, wind rose diagram), - klasični meteorološki graf z vsemi merilnimi vrednostmi na enem grafu z dodanimi minimalnimi, maksimalnimi in povprečnimi vrednostmi), - primerjavo med podatki istega tipa po različnih mikro-lokacijah.

A fuzzy model of power supply system control

Opis: In this article, a mathematical model of control of a dynamic system is described; one such system could be a power supply system. Analytical approaches that have been developed to describe the influence of production and stock, i.e. additional capacities, require a hierarchical spatial pattern and demand. Demand is usually an inherently stochastic process, but in this article we simulate it as an output fuzzy variable in a fuzzy system, in which all the input variables are also fuzzy. Furthermore, an interesting use of neural sets is shown, which is presented as an efficient method for the optimisation of the fuzzy system. At the end, a numerical example is given.

Design of electrical machines by using conformal mapping

Opis: The design of electrical machines requires good working knowledge of magnetic fields in air gaps, which is very difficult or analytically unsolvable in most cases. With the development of computers, numerical methods came to the fore, enabling very good approximations of real values to be calculated. One of the major disadvantages of numerical methods is the duration of the calculations, particularly with the construction of prototypes, in which the structure changes, thus requiring more calculations. With the goal of bringing about quicker calculations, analytical methods were used, and combinations of analytical methods with numerical methods were re-started. This article will present an analytical calculation of magnetic fields using conformal mappings.

Impact of pole pair number on the efficiency of an induction generator for a mini hydro power plant

Opis: The aim of this paper is to analyse the impact of pole pair number on the efficiency of an induction generator designed for a mini hydro power plant. Six induction generators with different number of poles were designed: 2, 3, 6, 10 and 14. The basic point of this study is Kaplan turbine, which considering its rotational speed can be directly connected to a 14-pole induction generator. All other induction generators need a speed reducer for appropriate operation with Kaplan turbine, but speed reduction decreases the efficiency of mechanical energy conversion into electrical energy. Consequently this paper presents the efficiencies of induction generators and the summary efficiencies of an induction generator and a speed reducer. At the design phase of the aforementioned induction generators the realization possibility of the prototypes was taken into account, including the mass of active components and used materials.

Analysis of rotor disc thickness in coreless stator axial flux permanent magnet synchronous machine

Opis: This paper presents the analysis of rotor disc thickness in coreless stator axial flux permanent magnet synchronous machine (AFPMSM) with double external rotor and internal stator. An important advantage of these types of machines is that rotors can be implemented by using massive ordinary construction steel. Due to the high possibility of large weight of AFPMSMs there is a tendency to implement as lightweight design as possible. In this work, the influence of rotor disk thickness on AFPMSM characteristics is investigated.

Acoustic noise emissions caused by transformer in a DC/DC converter for welding appliactaions [!]

Opis: This paper deals with the acoustic noise emissions caused by the transformer operating as a part of DC/DC converter in an industrial resistance spot welding system. The discussed DC/DC converter is schematically shown in Fig. 1. The three-phase alternating voltages (u1, u2 and u3) are rectified and smoothed in order to obtain almost constant DC-bus voltage UDC. The H-bridge inverter is used to supply the transformerćs primary winding with voltage pulses uH. The two transformerćs secondary windings are connected to the two output rectifier diodes (D1 and D2) which provide the direct welding current iL flowing through the load represented by LL and RL. A new control scheme forresistance spot welding systems was proposed in [1,2]. During the testing of the proposed control scheme it became evident that the proposed control scheme not only improves utilization of the iron core and prevent it from becoming saturated, but also substantially reduces the acoustic noise emissions caused by the transformer. The reasons for reduction of acoustic noise emission are discussed in this paper.
