UVEDBA CENTRALNEGA UPRAVLJANJA INFORMACIJSKIH SISTEMOV NA ZAVODU RTV SLOVENIJA

Opis: Na RTV Slovenija je trenutno v uporabi strežniški sistem, ki temelji na Windows 2008 in platformi Exchange 2007. V domeni je 2500 uporabnikov z različnimi operacijskimi sistemi (Windows 2000, Windows XP in majhen delež Windows 7). Raznolikost okolja narekuje potrebo po uvedbi centralnega sistema za nadzor in distribucijo popravkov, popis strojne in programske opreme, distribucijo programske opreme ter avtomatizirano namestitev operacijskih sistemov. Z implementacijo orodja Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Server (ConfigMgr) 2007 v okolje RTV Slovenija lahko zagotovimo večjo skladnost IT-okolja z zahtevami uporabnikov in poslovanja ter s tem izboljšajmo njegovo učinkovitost, razpoložljivost in varnost. Orodje System Center Configuration Manager je grajeno na ključnih Microsoftovih tehnologijah, kot so Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), Windows Server Active Directory (AD), in Windows arhitekturi. Vse te tehnologije so že bile predhodno nameščene v okolje RTV Slovenija.

ELEKTRONSKO UPRAVLJANJE DOKUMENTOV V PROCESIH Z UPORABO ODPRTOKODNIH REŠITEV

Opis: V današnjem času je na voljo je ogromno poslovnih rešitev, od splošnih do specifičnih, od poceni do dragih, in je težko izbrati najbolj primerno, saj nihče ne more zagotoviti, ali bo izbrana rešitev dejansko najbolj primerna v določenem okolju. Uspeh uvedbe poslovnih rešitev je odvisen od veliko dejavnikov in je sestavljen iz množice aktivnosti, ki morajo biti izvedene v pravem trenutku na pravilen način. Komercialne rešitve lahko predstavljajo visok finančni zalogaj, saj imajo time ljudi, podporo in veliko primerov dobre prakse, kar končnim uporabnikom v fazi uvedbe zagotavlja visoko mero zanesljivosti in prenos odgovornosti na izvajalca. Na drugi strani pa so na voljo brezplačne, odprtokodne rešitve, ki so tehnično in tehnološko še bolj razvite in varne, saj jih razvija številčna odprtokodna skupnost po celem svetu. Vendar te večinoma nimajo uradne podpore in za uvedbo le teh potrebujemo kar nekaj znanja. V svoji magistrski nalogi sem želela na konkretnem primeru upravljanja dokumentov v procesih predstaviti možnost implementacije le teh z uporabo odprtokodnih poslovnih rešitev. Upravljanje dokumentov v procesih je v današnjem času eno pomembnejših področij informatizacije in je vsekakor trend. Zaradi kompleksnosti področja uvedbe pri uvedbi sistemov za upravljanje z dokumenti govorimo o stroškovno in časovno zahtevnih projektih, zato je izbira ustrezne rešitve še toliko bolj pomembna. Posledice nepravilne izbire rešitve in partnerja pri uvedbi so lahko za organizacijo katastrofalne. Zato sem želela v svoji nalogi podrobneje predstaviti možnost uvedbe odprtokodnih rešitev za upravljanje z dokumenti, konkretneje na primeru prejetih dokumentov, prednosti tovrstnih rešitev in tudi morebitne pasti. Ne glede na dejstvo, da je odprta koda najbolj domača na področju operacijskih sistemov in infrastrukture, je področje poslovnih informacijskih rešitev vsekakor področje, kjer so se in se še bodo odprtokodne rešitve pokazale kot primerne za uporabo v produkcijskih, poslovnih okoljih.

Databases for technological information systems

Opis: Organization of tool management for mixed production includes today, in particular, the computer-supported management and organization of the flow of tools and data on them. The system supports the entire flow of tools in a production process including the tool store management, commissioning, mounting, dismantling and pre-setting of tools. The system contains the management of the tool database with all vital data on tools and ensures adaption of production requirements for meeting the needs for tools. The integral model for the selection of optimal cutting conditions in the computer aided tool management system (TOMS) is proposed. The integration of technological databases and tool management systems is urgently necessary. The target function for the OPTIS programme, worked out by the programme package Microsoft Visual Basic, is selection of optimal cutting conditions from commercial databases with respect to the lowest costs of machining by taking into account the technological limitations of the metal removal process. The newly developed OPTIS programme selects optimal cutting conditions with respect to the tool maker, workpiece material, type of machining, cutting machine, smallest and greatest cutting conditions, tool, data on series, type of clamping and workpiece geometry.

Relational database as a cogitative part of an intelligent manufacturing system

Opis: An intelligent manufacturing system is intended to produce one or more subjects that it is designed for in an optimal way. This means that it has to find a proper production process to produce the subject in an optimal way. The manufacturing system can be called "intelligent" when it is able to find applicable optimisation criteria upon its past experiences thus improving its performance in future. Therefore, an intelligent manufacturing system needs capabilities to store data and make decisions upon them. Such a "brain" can be established by a proper design of a technological database and its database management system (DBMS). Examining all constitutive parameters of a work operation a model of a production process organization can be made, which can serve as a basis for a suitable database design. In addition, an application programme that will check the existence and availability of work operations in the database has to be added to the DBMS. What remains are some optimisation criteria upon which we will choose an operation among suitable and available work operations. This task is fulfilled by a genetic algorithm optimisation technique that would consider work operations' data as parameters of optimisation and on this basis search the optimal one out of the set of available operation.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT AS A TOOL FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN THE COMPANY KOPUN SIMTO Ltd.

Opis: The problem we referred to is great and mostly uncontrolled energy consumption in the public and private sector not just in Slovenia but also in other countries around the world. In Europe some restrictions were met, which resulted in 2009 in a new standard, the EN 16001:2009, two years later the International Standardization Body issued the ISO 50001:2011, energy management standard. With the help of a case study potential in energy and emissions as well as overall environmental protection was presented. All anticipated research methods were followed, hypothesises set in the introduction were carefully researched and mainly proven to be right whereas some, hypothesis one and two, connected with the increase of energy consumption in Slovenia and hypothesis two, number of certificates per capita, were refuted. The overall consumption of energy in Slovenia decreased (table 2, page 15) in the year 2011 compared to 2010. Slovenia is also not the country with the lowest number of issued energy certificates per capita; Portugal has two (picture 1, page 35). Hypothesises three to five linked to the study case were fully proven to be right; the company did not have an energy management programme but the owners were fully aware of the possibilities of energy savings. There was as well energy savings potential, proven to be even more that the first anticipated 50-percent. Our conclusion is that energy management plays a key role in sustainable development and environment conservation practices, as it helps the country move towards an energy efficient economy. With the help of the case study we made a good illustration how a micro company saved 75-percent of energy costs in the first year, by using energy management as a tool. The main and general changes enhanced the company’s energy efficiency, taught employees some basic techniques for achieving greater energy efficiency and cost reduction not just inside the organization but also in family homes. It is important, that expenditures concerning energy purchase and consumption are exactly defined. Before the implementation and certainly after it, energy management accounting and energy management audits should be performed. This serves as a tool to realize and understand the full spectrum of the environmental costs and helps to create internal demand in businesses for cleaner and less wasteful production processes. It gives organizations a preferential position to engage in pollution prevention activities mainly because it makes good business sense due to the immediate financial benefits it delivers. The prime goal of the thesis was to stimulate organizations to implement the concepts of energy management practices into their organizational structure and to use energy management systems for lowering energy and other environmental costs, no matter the size or segment the organization. There is no need to get certified if not wanted; just performing these activities is enough, as it brings all the benefits to the environment. Helping to achieve this goal is now mainly in the hands of others, it is important how the country will act and react and help organizations to achieve this goal. Different restrictions can be met on the field of law and taxes, subsidies, etc. We believe that, for meeting all the required goals (Kyoto protocol and other) and help the economy to move towards a sustainable one, organizations will have to reorganize their structures and implement energy management. There are big potentials in reduction of emissions and energy consumption, with energy management, organizations can get the help and knowledge how to keep the budget of energy consumption as low as possible, how to meet all the critical objectives and also important, reduce their operational costs on a long-term basis.

UČINKOVITO OBVLADOVANJE DOKUMENTACIJE V SISTEMIH VODENJA

Opis: Danes na veljavi vse bolj pridobiva elektronsko obvladovanje dokumentacije, saj se informacijska tehnologija iz dneva v dan bolj razvija in tako podjetjem omogoča boljši in cenejši zajem ter shranjevanje dokumentov, boljši pretok in nadzor ter skupno rabo znanja. Zato sem podrobneje raziskala, kako bi lahko v podjetju Grammer Automotive Slovenija d. o. o. z vpeljavo elektronskega obvladovanja dokumentacije izboljšali sistem vodenja dokumentacije, kakšni organizacijsko-managementski problemi pri tem nastajajo ter katera bi bila najustreznejša programska rešitev.

UVEDBA SISTEMA ZA UPRAVLJANJE Z DOKUMENTI PAM-STORAGE

Opis: Diplomsko delo obravnava implementacijo elektronskega dokumentnega sistema v večjem leasing podjetju v Sloveniji, ki se srečuje z ogromnim številom dokumentov na dnevni ravni. Zaradi tega smo v delu predstavili vpeljavo dokumentnega sistema, saj je pred tem leasing podjetje uporabljalo klasično papirno poslovanje. V diplomskem delu so obširno predstavljena področja DMS in programska rešitev, ki smo jo uporabili pri sami implementaciji. Uporabljena programska rešitev je Pam-Storage, modul Vhodna pošta. V diplomskem delu smo najprej preučili delovanje dokumentnega sistema, ki smo ga uvedli v leasing podjetje. V praktičnem primeru smo predstavili leasing podjetje Summit leasing d. o. o. Opisali smo dejavnost podjetja, njegov tržni položaj ter vizijo in poslanstvo. Predvsem smo se osredotočili na dokumentni sistem. Raziskali smo samo vpeljavo dokumentnega sistema v leasing podjetje, odziv uporabnikov, funkcije, dobre in slabe strani vpeljave novega sistema ter analizirali stroške, koristi in cilje. Primarna metoda za raziskovalni del dela je anketa, katere analizo smo predstavili v diplomskem delu. V zaključku bomo podali predloge za izboljšave in možnosti za nadaljnje nadgradnje.
