Current control of battery pack modules in parallel connection according to SoC

Opis: Electric vehicles, especially cars, have been in the spotlight for some time now. In the focus of environmentalists, engineers, users, media, etc. With the growth and advancement of the market for such vehicles, other electric vehicles are also focussing on. One of such vehicles is boats, particularly smaller boats up to 8–10 meters in length. Of course, the biggest problem here is charging. The general idea is to use battery modules that can be easily carried and enable hot swapping. This paper investigates scenarios and simulations of the control system for hot swapping of the battery module. Simulations of connection of two and three battery modules to parallel operation and current control are presented in this paper, as well as applied control rules.

Strategy of cross curricular connection at technology education as a factor of modern school

Opis: This contribution deals with the topic of inter-subject planning and connecting in technique and technology and as a factor of modern school by emphasizing the strategies of training-educational work in technique and technology. In this context the most suitable project task is being regarded as that strategy of training-educational work, in which the development of divergent thinking, creative compatibilities, acquiring, deepening, practicing and using the knowledge in the field of technique, technology, work organization, economics, ergonomics, ecology, informatics and computer science, industrial design, etc. is concerned. In such a constructed strategy the inter-subject planning and connecting can be represented and the tendency to acquire better knowledge can also be realized, because of the opinion of the constructivists who think that knowledge in its final form can neither be "given " to somebody else, nor it can be "accepted" by somebody else, but it should be rebuilt by everybody with his/her own mental activity and exactly in technique and technology the objective and subjective conditions for such a style and didactic system of training - educational work are being created.

On the rainbow connection of Cartesian products and their subgraphs

Opis: Rainbow connection number of Cartesian products and their subgraphs are considered. Previously known bounds are compared and non-existence of such bounds for subgraphs of products are discussed. It is shown that the rainbow connection number of an isometric subgraph of a hypercube is bounded above with the rainbow connection number of the hypercube. Isometric subgraphs of hypercubes with the rainbow connection number smaller as much as possible than the rainbow connection of the hypercube are constructed. The concept of c-strong rainbow coloring is introduced. In particular it is proved that the so-called ▫$\Theta$▫-coloring of an isometric subgraph of a hypercube is its unique optimal c-strong rainbow coloring.

Penitentiary institution in Bar

Opis: This Master's Dissertation offers an idea for a new penitentiary institution in Bar. The idea is based on an analysis of the current situation in Montenegro, regarding the capacity and conditions in existing prisons. The results of these analyses pinpointed the location of the new facility, as well as the conceptual approach in design. The concept relies on new trends in designing of prison facilities that focus on rehabilitation rather than emphasizing punishment. Architects play an important role in creating such a space, where good design helps in improving society and serves them. A Penitentiary institution offers a unique space: specially designed prison cells, common areas for sports, education, religion and work, courtyards and spaces to interact with employees. Such an environment is used to achieve objectives such as rehabilitation and peaceful coexistence, promote human rights and enrich society, as well as to prepare prisoners for life after prison.

Project of central station in Podgorica

Opis: This Masterʼs Dissertation proffered the idea of designing a central station in Podgorica. The idea was to create a facility that would be functional, connect urban sectors and become a landmark of the city. Podgorica is a rapidly developing city and it needs a modern central station which would integrate bus and rail stations, provide faster and safer connection, together with additional content. In the latter regard there would be a complex incorporating an administrative block, a spa hotel with restaurant, a conference centre and a shopping area. The building would have free form with transparency regarding public spaces. The aim would be that the passengers would have control over the trains and buses in arrivals and departures. The base of the skyscraper would be an ellipse that rotate and thereby would have an interesting elegant form that would dominate the city.

Nexus between manifest motor indicators and fluid intelligence in prepubertal boys

Opis: The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between manifest motor indicators and the fluid intelligence of boys. The sample comprised 550 boys aged 10 to 14. A battery of 26 tests was used for measuring motor performance. Intelligence testing was implemented with the test TN-20. A multiple regression analysis indicated that association between motor variables and fluid intelligence exists. The closest connection was the one between fluid intelligence and motor tasks which demand the coordination of movement in rhythm and the speed of movement. The associations between motor performance and fluid intelligence were age dependent: in 12 year old boys the connection between motor variables and fluid intelligence is the highest, followed by 14 year old boys, where it is a little lower; the connection is the lowest in 10 year old boys. The results suggest that developmental changes have a significant influence on the relations between motor performance and fluid intelligence.

Numerical analysis of the crack growth in a high loaded bolt connection

Opis: The paper deals with the research on the crack growth in a bolt connection of a lug for crane counter weight bars. Counter weight bars are structural elements subjected to very heavy loads and therefore need special attention. The main purpose of this research is to determine the number of load cycles required for a crack to propagate from initial to criticakl crack length, whenthe final failure can be expected to occur. All required material parameters and experimental results were determined in our previous research. The influence of the initial crack siye upon the remaining life of the lug is reserched numericallu by means of FE analysis and analytically by use of the corrected analystical model.
