1. Creating vector profile graph in ArcGIS Pro based on hiking trail tracking with AllTrails appKlemen Prah, 2024, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: This paper proposes a model for creating a vector profile graph in ArcGIS Pro based on AllTrails tracking. The vector profile graph is important for route’s geometric measurements and spatial analysis in GIS. The model was created in an Excel table, based on the AllTrails output Excel data, and implemented in ArcGIS Pro. A model needed to be equipped with several attributes, including the coordinates of the initial and all other points of the vector profile graph. The same Excel model was also used to create a vector profile graph based on the output of the Stack Profile tool. The two vector profile graphs were compared with each other. Comparison showed significant differences in elevation and surface distance between them. In general, the profile graph created using the Stack Profile tool shows lower elevations and shorter surface distance. This study also points out the issues of positional error that can occur when tracking routes with smartphones, and the discrepancies in creating vector profile graphs using different approaches.

3. Industrial tourism as a chance for the diversification of the tourism of the Pécs-Mecsek regionRéka Pintér, János Csapó, 2016, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: The present article intends to reveal the industrial tourism potential of the Pécs-Mecsek region in Hungary where we believe there is an adequate potential of the present industrial heritage but only a limited or rather poor utilisation is realised in the research area in this respect. The possible utilisation of the industrial heritage would be useful since the area is facing a stagnating tourism industry and position losses in the latter period so the authors believe that the chance for the renewal of tourism product development could also be provided by the industrial heritage tourism in the analysed region.

4. The challenges in new tourist destination development within the area of ecological network Natura 2000Duško Pavlović, Mladen Knežević, Božica Radoš, 2016, objavljeni znanstveni prispevek na konferenci Opis: Natura 2000 is often equated with protected areas where human activities are significantly limited or even excluded in order to preserve biodiversity. However, Natura 2000 is based on other settings. Most of the activities and projects in the Natura area can be carried out with the mitigation of possible negative impacts. Sometimes they need only minor adjustments. Proposals of major development projects or changes in land use should undergo the evaluation of acceptability for the ecological network. If the assessment is positive, the procedure will be allowed if it is in the Natura area. As such, the Natura 2000 can provide new opportunities for rural areas, for example through eco-tourism and recreation. The paper will provide a SWOT analysis of micro location of building a new transport route, which is aimed at the development of new tourist destinations in the protected area.

5. Vergleich des Morphologieerwerbs bei Kleinkindern und ErwachsenenŠtefan Kouter, 2016, diplomsko delo Opis: In dieser Diplomarbeit wurde der Schwerpunkt auf einen Teilbereich der Morphologie, den Plural, gelegt. Die Pluralmarkierung deutscher Substantive gehört mit Sicherheit zu den schwierigsten Bereichen, die ein Nicht-Muttersprachler als auch ein Muttersprachler im Laufe der Aneignung der deutschen Sprache zu bewältigen hat.
Im theoretischen Teil der Arbeit wurden einige theoretische Grundlagen gelegt. Zuerst sind einschlägige Spracherwerbstheorien und die Entwicklungsphasen des Grammatikerwerbs beschrieben worden. In den folgenden Kapiteln wurde, als Teilaspekt im kindlichen Spracherwerb, der Plural näher beschrieben. Für den Pluralerwerb existieren nämlich mehrere Modelle, die sich entweder an den Grundkonzepten der Dual-Route-Modelle oder der Single-Route-Modelle orientieren. Weiterhin konnten anhand des Pluralerwerbs noch die möglichen Pluralmarkierungen, ihre Fehlbildungen und die Pluralbildung an Kunstwörtern näher beleuchtet werden.
Den Fokus dieser Diplomarbeit bildet der empirische Teil, in dem anhand der Spontansprachdaten (CHILDES Korpus) von zwei Kindern (Erstsprache = Deutsch), deutschen Erwachsenen (ZEIT-Textkorpus) und den Aufsätzen von slowenischen Deutsch-als-Fremdsprache-Lernern (Grundschülern, Mittelschülern und Germanistikstudierenden) mit den Computerprogrammen CLAN (Computerized Language Analysis) und AntConc die Präferenzen und Übergeneralisierungen der Pluralmarkierungen analysiert wurden. Als Abschluss sind die Ergebnisse der Analyse dargestellt, diskutiert und die Ausgangshypothesen bestätigt bzw. verworfen worden.

6. Republic of Macedonia as a transit country for the illegal trafficking in the "Balkan route"Zlate Dimovski, Kire Babanoski, Ice Ilijevski, 2013, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Purpose:
This study aims to give an empirical overview of the illegal trafficking with human beings, drugs and weapons in the Republic of Macedonia and its involvement in the transnational crime within the “Balkan Route”.
Design/Methods/Approach:
A qualitative-quantitative approach will be used, using analysis of the current scientific literature, academic publications and scientific papers from this area, and statistical methods using statistical analysis and interpretations of data on committed crimes and the perpetrators of illegal trafficking (with national and international elements).
Findings:
The scope and structure of this crime in the Republic of Macedonia and its international character will be seen through empirical data and discussions.
Research limitations / implications:
Difficulties in the study of the transit position of the Republic of Macedonia within the “Balkan Route” especially in terms of illegal trafficking, are related to limitations in revealing the dark figure in this type of crime. Our research is largely based on existing scientific expertise and expert estimates and prognosis.
Practical implications:
The practical aim here is to enable the prevention of the transnational illegal trafficking in the Republic of Macedonia as a transit country and its exclusion from the “Balkan Route”.
Originality/Value:
The conclusions which arise from this study should contribute to creating and updating of the national strategy and optimal measures in combating trafficking in Macedonia by law enforcement agencies, thereby preventing the transit of criminality from the Middle East, through Macedonian territory into the Western countries.
