Razvoj izdelka in njegovi vplivi na okolje skozi celoten življenjski cikelLuka Zupan, 2025, diplomsko delo Opis: Diplomsko delo obravnava problematiko vplivov izdelkov na okolje v vseh fazah njihovega življenjskega cikla. Osrednji predmet raziskave so litij-ionske baterije, ki imajo ključno vlogo pri razvoju električne mobilnosti in prenosne elektronike, vendar hkrati predstavljajo pomembne okoljske izzive. V nalogi so analizirani vplivi posameznih faz življenjskega cikla baterij od pridobivanja surovin in proizvodnje do uporabe ter končne obdelave ali recikliranja. Posebna pozornost je namenjena porabi naravnih virov, emisijam toplogrednih plinov, nastanku odpadkov in možnostim ponovne uporabe materialov.
Cilj naloge je razviti metodološki pristop za oceno in zmanjšanje okoljskih vplivov izdelkov z uporabo ocene življenjskega cikla. Pri tem se upoštevajo mednarodni standardi SIST EN ISO 14040:2006 in SIST EN ISO 14044:2006. Rezultati naloge vključujejo podrobno oceno vplivov litij-ionskih baterij v vseh fazah življenjskega cikla in priporočila za njihovo zmanjšanje, kar lahko prispeva k trajnostnemu razvoju izdelkov. 2. The influence of auditory dysfunction on ergonomic workplace design for aging employeesMatjaž Maletič, Albin Kotnik, Zvone Balantič, 2025, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Background/Objectives: This research focuses on the increasing presence of older workers in the labor market, a group particularly vulnerable to hearing problems due to age-related changes and prolonged noise exposure. Methods: The research combines theoretical and empirical approaches to investigate the impact of noise on the workplaces of older employees. The empirical component is based on two primary methods: a survey and audiometric testing to assess participants’ hearing abilities. The study included a sample of 50 older workers, all with diagnosed hearing loss. Results: The results of the survey showed that most older workers are regularly exposed to noise at work, which has long-term negative effects on their hearing. This highlights the need to introduce appropriate protective measures such as personal protective equipment, insulation of noise sources, and raising awareness about the dangers of noise. In addition to the questionnaire survey, the analysis of hearing measurements revealed that all respondents had significant bilateral hearing loss, with sensorineural hearing loss being the most prevalent type. Conclusions: This study highlights the negative impact of chronic noise exposure in the workplace on the hearing, communication and productivity of older workers and emphasizes the importance of combining preventive measures, hearing protection and workplace adaptations to promote their well-being and performance. 3. Identifying the critical success factors for the introduction of an asset management system : a Delphi study in the healthcare sectorDamjan Maletič, Justyna Trojanowska, Matjaž Maletič, 2025, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Purpose: For decades, attention has been paid to standardized management
systems, both in academia and in practice. This study focuses on an asset
management system (AMS), specifically the key critical success factors (CSFs)
for implementing an AMS in healthcare organizations.
Methodology/Approach: The study is based on a Delphi method with 15
participants from various Slovenian healthcare organisations who validated and
defined the most important CSFs.
Findings: The study shows a strong consensus among the experts with regard to
specific CSFs in the areas of management and leadership, employee competencies
and methods and tools for process improvement.
Research Limitation/Implication: The Delphi study method is based on a
selected sample of experts, which could have an impact on the generalizability and
replicability of the research.
Originality/Value of paper: This study provides a better understanding of CSFs
for the implementation of AMS based on the opinion and consensus of experts
holding different positions and professions in healthcare. As this topic has received
little attention in healthcare research and practice, this study serves as a preliminary

4. Analiza uporabe in poznavanja vitkih pristopov med zdravstvenimi delavciKristina Leskovar, 2025, magistrsko delo Opis: Magistrsko delo obravnava uporabo in poznavanje vitkih pristopov med zdravstvenimi delavci v slovenskih zdravstvenih ustanovah. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri zdravstveni delavci poznajo metode vitkih pristopov, kot so 5S, KAIZEN, KANBAN, SMED in 7 IZGUB, ter kako pogosto in na kakšen način jih uporabljajo v praksi.
Z empirično raziskavo, izvedeno s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika med 160 zdravstvenimi delavci, so bile analizirane razlike v poznavanju glede na vrsto zdravstvene ustanove, stopnjo izobrazbe in delovno mesto. Rezultati so pokazali nizko raven splošnega poznavanja vitkih pristopov – več kot dve tretjini anketiranih zanje še ni slišalo. Kljub temu je večina anketirancev izrazila pripravljenost za dodatno izobraževanje in prepoznala potencial teh metod za izboljšanje delovnih procesov.
Statistične analize so potrdile, da obstajajo razlike v poznavanju metod glede na vrsto ustanove: največje poznavanje je bilo zaznano v bolnišnicah, najmanjše pa v domovih za starejše. Ugotovljena je bila tudi povezava med zaznavo koristi vitkih pristopov in pripravljenostjo za izobraževanje, medtem ko povezava s stopnjo izobrazbe ni bila statistično značilna. Najpogosteje uporabljena metoda je bila 5S, medtem ko so druge metode uporabljali redkeje.
Najpogostejše ovire za uvedbo vitkih pristopov so bile pomanjkanje časa, izobraževanja in podpore vodstva. Kljub temu rezultati nakazujejo, da obstaja visoka raven interesa za njihovo uporabo, kar predstavlja pomembno priložnost za nadaljnje usposabljanje in organizacijske spremembe.
Delo poudarja potrebo po večji ozaveščenosti, strateški podpori in sistematični uvedbi vitkih pristopov, saj ti lahko prispevajo k boljši organizaciji dela, večji učinkovitosti in višji kakovosti zdravstvene oskrbe. 5. Razvoj modela vključenosti mladih pri vpeljavi ciljev trajnostnega razvojaTatjana Borojević, 2024, doktorska disertacija Opis: Predmet doktorske disertacije je razvoj modela za povečanje sodelovanja mladih pri doseganju ciljev trajnostnega razvoja (SD) in trajnostnega razvoja (SDG). Rezultati, pridobljeni z izvedeno raziskavo, so pripomogli k prepoznavanju soodvisnosti ter opredelitvi elementov in dejavnikov, ki naj bodo izhodišče za aktivnejše sodelovanje mladih pri doseganju ciljev trajnostnega razvoja in področij trajnostnega razvoja.
Mladi imajo odločilno vlogo pri učinkovitem oblikovanju in izvajanju politik in strategij SD. Glede na aktualne družbene, ekonomske in okoljske izzive je potrebno mlade prepoznati kot nosilce insektnih sprememb in bodoče voditelje na tem ključnem področju, ki bodo omogočili otipljive rezultate v SD.
Rezultati raziskav so pokazali, da na stopnjo sodelovanja mladih pri doseganju ciljev trajnostnega razvoja ugodno vpliva vzpostavljen institucionalni okvir (na nacionalni in lokalni ravni). Razvoj modelov participacije mladih pomeni visoko stopnjo ozaveščenosti in znanja o SD ter pozitiven odnos mladih do SD. Na ta način so pridobljeni predpogoji za proces določanja prednostnih ciljev trajnostnega razvoja. Glede na to, da imajo številne lokalne skupnosti omejena sredstva za uresničevanje vseh ciljev trajnostnega razvoja, je opredelitev prioritet neizogiben in nujen proces. The impact of individuals’ involvement in environmental conservation, community development, and social change initiatives for sustainable value creation is of considerable importance in the pursuit of the sustainable development goals (SDGs). The objective of this study is to examine the contribution of youth engagement in the creation of sustainable value by analyzing their comprehension and prioritization of the 17 SDGs, with the goal of achieving sustainable development and sustainability. The researchers conducted a study on a sample of 1085 individuals between the ages of 14 and 30, who were selected from three distinct countries within the Western Balkan region—the Republic of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Republic of Northern Macedonia. The data were analyzed using factor analysis in conjunction with descriptive and inferential statistics. The survey findings indicate that poverty, hunger, and access to adequate healthcare are the primary SDGs and societal challenges confronting the youth in these nations. Furthermore, it emphasizes the significance of both formal and informal education among youth as a catalyst for societal transformation for sustainable value creation. 8. An analysis of physical asset management core practices and their influence on operational performanceDamjan Maletič, Matjaž Maletič, Basim Al-Najjar, Boštjan Gomišček, 2020, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: The commitment of organisations to physical assets management (PAM) has recently received considerable attention in theory and practice. Indeed, PAM plays a key role in asset-intensive organizations and is also considered as a principal actor within Industry 4.0. Therefore, this paper aims to examine the PAM core practices and the performance implications of integrating these practices into business, in particular by assessing their impact on operational performance. Survey data were collected from managers in 138 international and local organisations. The data was analysed using Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-PM). The study validates the second-order construct consisting of PAM latent variables, namely Strategy and Planning, Risk management, Lifecycle Delivery, Asset Information, and Asset Review. The results have shown that PAM core practices directly influence operational performance. This paper is a response to recent calls for empirical studies on the organisational approaches that can increase the success of organisations. 9. The link between asset risk management and maintenance performance : a study of industrial manufacturing companiesDamjan Maletič, H. Pačaiová, A. Nagyová, Matjaž Maletič, 2020, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine risk management practices and their impact on performance. Specifically, the study aimed to examine risk management practices as part of physical asset management and their impact on maintenance management and its performance.
Methodology/Approach: The empirical data were obtained from 76 manufacturing companies. Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-PM) was applied to evaluate the measurement and structural model.
Findings: The results emphasized the importance of integrating risk management practices into asset management processes in order to improve performance outcomes.
Research Limitation/Implication: This study contributes to a better understanding of how companies could achieve higher performance results by implementing risk management practices. The results of this study can help managers identify key asset risk management practices. Despite the important implications that can be derived from this study, further research that would extend the model to include additional performance measures and/or asset management dimensions would be of great importance.
Originality/Value of paper: By analyzing the interrelationships between asset risk management practices and their direct and indirect effects on maintenance performance, the study provides important insights for the development of strategies to promote the novel and important discipline of asset management. 10. Pristopi medicinske sestre - manager pri obvladovanju odklonov in krepitvi kulture varnosti v sistemu kakovosti v zdravstveni dejavnostiTia Zagernik, 2024, magistrsko delo Opis: Odkloni v zdravstvu predstavljajo velik problem, ki lahko pri bolnikih vodijo v pojav zdravstvenih komplikacij, invalidnosti ali smrti in pomembno vplivajo na kakovost zdravstvene obravnave. Namen zaključnega dela je bil raziskati pristope MS – manager pri obvladovanju odklonov v zdravstveni dejavnosti in njihovo vlogo pri gradnji kulture varnosti.
Metode: Izvedli smo pregled literature, ki smo jo iskali v podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CINAHL, ScienceDirect, Cochrane Library in dodatno z Google Scholar. Uporabili smo deskriptivno in komparativno metodo ter metode kompilacije, analize in sinteze. Z JBI in MMAT ocenjevalnima lestvicama smo podali kritično oceno člankov. Za prikaz sistematičnega pregleda literature smo uporabili PRISMA diagram.
Rezultati: V pregled in analizo smo vključili 8 člankov - glede na hierarhijo dokazov smo 1 članek umestili v prvi nivo, 2 članka v četrti nivo, 3 v peti nivo in 2 v sedmi nivo. Vsi članki potrjujejo, da je MS – manager, poleg organiziranja ZN in neposrednega dela z bolniki, vpeta v številne aktivnosti, katerih skupni imenovalec je varna in kakovostna oskrba bolnikov, usmerjena k minimiziranju odklonov in njihovih negativnih posledic.
Razprava in zaključek: Ugotovili smo, da MS – manager z zagotavljanjem zadovoljivih delovnih pogojev, organiziranjem ZN, standardizacijo dela, odpravljanjem odstopanj, vzpodbujanjem izobraževanja, nudenjem podpore zaposlenim, idr., deluje v vsakodnevni praksi ZN, pri čemer se nenehno sooča z varnostnimi vprašanji in vprašanji, povezanimi s kakovostjo zdravstvene obravnave bolnikov.
