1. Analiza stanja digitalne zrelosti v slovenskih mikro, malih in srednjih podjetjihNejc Valič, 2025, magistrsko delo Opis: Zaključno delo preučuje digitalno zrelost slovenskih mikro, malih in srednje velikih podjetij (MSP) ter razkorak med trenutnim in želenim stanjem digitalizacije; njen namen je prispevati k razumevanju rezultatov ocene digitalne zrelosti, kar nam nudi vpogled v stanje digitalizacije MSP.
V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni koncept digitalne zrelosti, strateški dokumenti EU in Slovenije ter modeli merjenja,ž s poudarkom na večkriterijskem modelu DEXi. Empirični del temelji na podatkih 1116 MSP, zbranih prek spletnega vprašalnika med letoma 2020 in 2022, analiziranih z deskriptivnimi in primerjalnimi statističnimi metodami.
Analiza razkoraka je pokazala, da si velika večina podjetij želi bistvenega napredka – več kot 90 % jih cilja na napredno stopnjo digitalizacije ali oceno »digitalni zmagovalec«. Največje razlike med trenutnim in želenim stanjem so bile zaznane pri strategiji digitalizacije, podatkovni strategiji, mobilnem poslovanju, odnosih s strankami ter pri optimizaciji prihodkov in stroškov. Kot najbolj kritične panoge so se izkazale gostinstvo, zdravstvo in socialno varstvo ter predelovalne dejavnosti, pri katerih so podjetja izrazila največje ambicije glede digitalnega preskoka. Analiza je tudi pokazala, da velikost podjetja in regija vplivata na trenutno stanje, ne pa na želeno stanje, kar kaže na enotno usmerjenost k digitalnemu napredku.
Rezultati potrjujejo, da so MSP še na začetku digitalne preobrazbe, a z visoko ambicioznostjo. Priporočila vključujejo krepitev strateškega pristopa, vlaganja v digitalne kompetence, uporabo naprednih tehnologij ter razvoj podpornega okolja. 2. Analiza priložnosti in tveganj ob uvedbi sistema za upravljanje odnosov s strankami v mikropodjetjuAna Lokar, 2025, diplomsko delo Opis: V diplomskem delu smo analizirali priložnosti in tveganja za uvedbo sistema za upravljanje s strankami v mikropodjetju. Našo analizo smo osredotočili na slovensko mikropodjetje France Turbo d.o.o., ki se ukvarja s prodajo kaminov in peči. V podjetju opažamo pomanjkanje namenske rešitve za upravljanje odnosov s strankami. Analiza je pokazala tri ključne pomanjkljivosti, in sicer zamudno ročno upravljanje podatkov, pomanjkanje avtomatizirane komunikacije s strankami in omejeno funkcionalnost spletne strani. Namen dela je podati konkretne predloge in s tem prispevati k možni optimizaciji poslovanja France Turbo, povečati njihovo konkurenčnost in poudariti pomen digitalizacije mikropodjetij.
Naloga temelji na pregledu literature in študiji primera z dvema polstrukturiranima intervjujema. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili CRM sisteme , digitalizacijo, ERP sisteme in spletno prisotnost, medtem ko smo v praktičnem raziskali možnost uvedbe mikropodjetju primernega CRM sistema. 3. Uvajanje poslovne informacijske rešitve v izbranem podjetjuKatja Markuta, 2025, diplomsko delo Opis: Diplomsko delo obravnava proces uvajanja poslovne informacijske rešitve v izbranem podjetju. Namen tega strokovnega dela je proučiti, kako lahko podjetje izboljša in si olajša poslovanje z uvedbo ERP sistema, ki omogoča integracijo ključnih poslovnih funkcij, kot so finance, nabava, proizvodnja in kadri. Podjetje se je zaradi naraščajočega števila naročil in potrebe po boljši organizaciji odločilo za uvedbo ERP rešitve, ki bi omogočila boljši nadzor nad poslovanjem in optimizacijo virov.
Analizirali smo obstoječe procese ter prilagodili izbrano rešitev specifičnim potrebam podjetja. Skozi proces smo opredelili ključne izzive, kot so usposabljanje zaposlenih, prilagoditev sistema in vnos podatkov v sistem.
Rezultati naloge kažejo, da je uvedba ERP sistema bistveno izboljšala učinkovitost podjetja, predvsem z zmanjšanjem ročnega dela, boljšim sledenjem delovnim nalogom in večjo preglednostjo nad delom v proizvodnji. Priporočila vključujejo nadaljnjo optimizacijo ERP sistema, vključno z digitalizacijo delovnih nalogov in uporabo naprednih tehnologij, kot je čitalec QR kod. 4. Exploring digital transformation journey among micro, small-, and medium-sized enterprisesMarjeta Marolt, Gregor Lenart, Mirjana Kljajić Borštnar, Andreja Pucihar, 2025, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: This paper aims to explore the patterns in micro, small-, and medium-sized enterprises’ (MSMEs) digital transformation journey during recent years. Using an emergent
concurrent mixed-methods approach, we combined insights from six in-depth interviews
with MSME managers and owners with survey data from 66 MSMEs. The findings reveal
major inhibitors and accelerators of MSMEs’ digital transformation and demonstrate how
they cope with them by engaging in digitalisation actions. This study also provides insights
into how inhibitors, accelerators, and digitalisation actions vary across MSME sizes. While
an increased adoption of digital technology was observed among the participating MSMEs,
this study identifies three distinct digital transformation paths: necessary, experimental,
and committed. Each path is shaped by a unique combination of inhibitors and accelerators. From the practical perspective, this research provides insights for MSME managers
and owners on how to tailor their digital transformation efforts to their unique inhibitors
and accelerators. In addition, our insights can help policy makers to promote the digital
transformation of MSMEs through appropriate measures and support mechanisms tailored

5. E-invoicing : a catalyst for digitalization and sustainabilityRok Bojanc, Andreja Pucihar, Gregor Lenart, 2024, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Background and Purpose: Digitalization brings a wide range of opportunities for both digital and sustainable
transformation. One of the first steps on this journey is the digitization of business documents and digitalization of business processes. The European Commission has recognised the advantages of digitalization, particularly in the
context of e-invoicing, which can contribute significantly to economic prosperity and align with public policy goals
such as deficit reduction and sustainable development. Despite the successful adoption of e-invoicing in the public
sector, the uptake of e-invoicing in business-to-business (B2B) transactions is surprisingly low. This research focuses on Slovenia, a small European country that imple-mented e-invoicing as mandatory between enterprises and the
public sector in 2015.
Methods: To investigate e-invoicing adoption in the wider population, we designed an online survey, which was
conducted among 284 organizations in Slovenia. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 28 software. One
sample t-test was used to evaluate the importance of identified advantages, barriers and incentives for e-invoicing
usage. Further, we ran an inde-pendent sample t-test to identify statistically important differences in the importance of ad-vantages, barriers, and incentives between organizations with lower and higher levels of e-invoicing usage.
Results: The results showed that organizations recognize the benefits of e-invoicing well and perceive them as
important. The most important barriers to e-invoicing adoption are related to the business environment, unawareness and lack of knowledge about how to implement e-invoicing. Desired incentives for wider e-invoicing adoption
are related to easier and lower costs of technical implementation, provided training and education, including best
practices, as well as the availability of government grants and other support measures on the state level, including
legislation, public directory of business entities using electronic document exchange and service providers.
Conclusion: The paper provides important information for decision-makers and public ad-min-istrations to take

6. Primerjava orodij in ocena digitalne zrelosti podjetjaTjaša Božičnik, 2025, magistrsko delo Opis: Magistrsko delo naslavlja ocenjevanje digitalne zrelosti podjetij v kontekstu industrije 4.0. Namen dela je bil raziskati pomen digitalne zrelosti za podjetja, predstaviti razpoložljiva orodja za njeno ocenjevanje in izvesti empirično raziskavo na primeru izbranega podjetja. Področje raziskovanja se osredotoča na mala in srednje velika podjetja, ki se v procesu digitalne preobrazbe pogosto soočajo z omejitvami, kot sta pomanjkanje sredstev in strokovnega znanja ter odpor do sprememb.
V okviru dela so bile prikazane teoretične osnove koncepta digitalne zrelosti, različne definicije, stopnje in pomen za podjetja. Predstavljena so bila različna orodja za ocenjevanje digitalne zrelosti, s posebnim poudarkom na orodjih DIH Slovenije in Gartnerjevem Digital Maturity Modelu, ki sta bila izbrana za uporabo v raziskavi.
Empirična raziskava je temeljila na izvedbi poglobljenega intervjuja z izbranim podjetjem in uporabi izbranih orodij za oceno njegove digitalne zrelosti. Obsegala je oceno trenutnega stanja podjetja in identifikacijo ključnih področij za izboljšave. Rezultati so pokazali, da podjetje na določenih področjih že izkazuje napredek, vendar potrebuje dodatno pozornost na področjih razvoja digitalnih kompetenc zaposlenih in uvajanja naprednih tehnologij.
Glavne ugotovitve magistrskega dela kažejo, da kombinacija orodij DIH Slovenije in Gartnerjevega modela omogoča celovit vpogled v digitalno zrelost podjetja. Poleg tega so bila oblikovana priporočila za podjetje, ki vključujejo sistematično razvijanje digitalnih strategij, povečanje naložb v tehnologije in krepitev usposabljanja zaposlenih.
Zaključno delo tako prispeva k boljšemu razumevanju digitalne zrelosti podjetij ter ponuja praktična orodja in smernice za podjetja, ki se soočajo z izzivi digitalne preobrazbe. 8. Exploring social customer relationship management adoption in micro, small and medium-sized enterprisesMarjeta Marolt, Hans Dieter Zimmermann, Anja Žnidaršič, Andreja Pucihar, 2019, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: With the emergence of social media, customer relationship management has undergone noticeable changes and gained a great deal of attention from researchers and practitioners in recent years. In this paper, we provide additional insights into how intensively business-to-customer micro, small and medium-sized enterprises adopt social customer relationship management. Based on the literature review and insights from interviews with six micro, small and medium-sized enterprise owners/managers, we developed a conceptual research model that integrates the antecedents, intensity of social customer relationship management adoption, and performance outcomes. For the intensity of social customer relationship management adoption, we applied process-based conceptualization consisting of the customer engagement process and customer data management process. Then we empirically tested a conceptual research model by using data collected in a survey of 119 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Slovenia. We found that not all antecedents are equally relevant to both processes of the intensity of social customer relationship management adoption. Additionally, we found that the intensity of social customer relationship management adoption has a positive effect on customer relationship performance. Based on these findings, we provide recommendations for further research and offer practical implications for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises considering social customer relationship management adoption. 9. Enhancing marketing performance through enterprise-initiated customer engagementMarjeta Marolt, Hans Dieter Zimmermann, Andreja Pucihar, 2020, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: The exponential speed of technological advancements and the ever-changing needs of customers have changed the way enterprises engage with their customers. However, despite the increasing scholarly interest in the enterprise-initiated perspective of customer engagement (CE) in recent years, it remains unclear what drives enterprises to initiate customer engagement and how enterprise-initiated customer engagement enhances enterprise performance. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate a conceptual model that consists of drivers and outcomes of enterprise-initiated customer engagement. After developing a conceptual model based on previous conceptual approaches to customer engagement, a quantitative survey was undertaken to gather the data from business-to-customer micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. The data were analyzed using the partial least square path modelling. The findings showed that external pressure and organizational readiness influence enterprise-initiated customer engagement. Enterprise-initiated customer engagement was also found to influence marketing performance. The empirical findings provide insights for managers that explain what drivers may influence enterprise-initiated customer engagement and what benefits they can expect. Overall, this research extends the understanding of the CE domain and provides additional insights for the drivers and outcomes of enterprise-initiated CE. Digitalna preobrazba v srednje velikem podjetjuNina Bučinel, 2024, magistrsko delo Opis: Magistrsko delo "Digitalna preobrazba v srednje velikem podjetju" preučuje vpliv digitalne preobrazbe na podjetje, ki se ukvarja s trgovino in večkanalnim poslovanjem s kupci v Srednji in Vzhodni Evropi. Osredotoča se na analizo organiziranosti informacijskega oddelka ter njegove vloge pri doseganju strateških ciljev podjetja skozi digitalno preobrazbo. Naloga izpostavlja vpliv sodobnih sprememb in izzivov na poslovni svet, še posebej po izbruhu pandemije Covid-19. Predstavi prilagoditev poslovne in IT strategije podjetja, vključno z uvedbo hibridnega dela in novih tehnologij. Teoretični del se posveča definiciji digitalne preobrazbe, njenemu pomenu, koristim in ključnim izzivom. Predstavi metodologijo in orodja za oceno stopnje zrelosti digitalne preobrazbe. Empirični del analizira organiziranost informacijskega oddelka, pregleda digitalno strategijo podjetja in implementacijo digitalne preobrazbe. Za oceno napredka se uporabi orodje za merjenje zrelosti. Zaključek ugotavlja napredek podjetja v digitalni preobrazbi, vendar izpostavi nekatere nezadovoljivosti in potrebo po prilagoditvah strategije. Predstavi predloge za izboljšave in kritično oceno uporabljenega orodja. Naloga prispeva k razumevanju vpliva digitalne preobrazbe v srednje velikih podjetjih ter k smernicam za uspešno implementacijo in spremljanje digitalnih strategij v prihodnosti.
