Prenova skladiščne tehnologije računalniške opreme : diplomsko delo

Abstract: V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na skladiščno tehnologijo računalniške opreme v izbranem podjetju. Podjetje se poleg razvijanja programskih rešitev za optimiziranje poslovanja trgovskih podjetij ukvarja tudi s prodajo računalniške in blagajniške opreme ter servisnimi storitvami. Z rastjo podjetja raste tudi pomen uspešnega skladiščnega poslovanja, zato je potrebno, da je notranja ureditev skladišča čim bolj optimalna in skladiščni procesi čim bolje organizirani. Najprej smo s pomočjo strokovne literature predstavili teoretične osnove o skladiščnem poslovanju, nato smo podrobno opisali skladiščne površine in potek skladiščnih procesov v izbranem podjetju. S kritično analizo smo predstavili vzroke za neučinkovito skladiščenje in v naslednjem poglavju predlagali rešitve za njegovo izboljšanje. Menimo, da je najpomembnejši ukrep za preglednejše skladiščenje uvedba tehnologije skladiščenja transportno skladiščne enote v skladiščne paletne regale. Ti omogočajo boljši izkoristek prostora in pripomorejo k boljši preglednosti in dostopnosti zalog. Posledično smo predlagali tudi nakup novega transportnega sredstva, ki bo omogočil manipulacijo blaga na predlagano višino regalov. Skupaj z označenimi transportnimi potmi, urejenim prevzemnim in izdajnim prostorom smo skladišče organizirali tako, da dosežemo preglednost in dostopnost zalog ter neoviran potek skladiščnih procesov.

Abstract: The 4th International Conference on Technologies & Business Models for Circular Economy (TBMCE) was organized by the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, University of Maribor in collaboration with the Strategic Research and Innovation Partnership - Networks for the Transition into Circular Economy (SRIP- Circular Economy). The conference was held in Portorož, Slovenia, at the Grand Hotel Bernardin from September 13th to September 15th, 2021. TBMCE 2021 was devoted to presentations of circular economy concepts, technologies and methodologies that contribute to the shift of business entities and society as a whole to a more responsible, circular management of resources. The conference program included panel discussions, plenary and keynote sessions, oral and poster presentations on the following topics: Sustainable energy, Biomass and alternative raw materials, Circular business models, Secondary raw materials and functional materials, ICT in Circular Economy, Processes and technologies. The event was under the patronage of Ministry of Economic Development and Technology.

Abstract: The 2nd International Conference on Technologies & Business Models for Circular Economy (TBMCE) was devoted to presentations of circular economy concepts, technologies and methodologies that contribute to the shift of business entities and society as a whole to a more responsible, circular management of resources. In the framework of TBMCE 2019, we presented the Strategic Research and Innovative Partnership –Network for the Transition to Circular Economy (SRIP-CE) as a platform for establishing a successful long-term public-private partnership. The conference program included panel discussions, plenary and keynote sessions, oral and poster presentations on the following topics: Sustainable energy, Biomass and alternative raw materials, Circular business models, Secondary raw materials and functional materials, ICT in Circular Economy, Processes and technologies. TBMCE 2019 was organized by Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, University of Maribor and held in Portorož, Slovenia at the Grand Hotel Bernardin from October 24th to October 25th, 2019. The event was under the patronage of Ministry of Economic Development and Technology.

PIVO V PET EMBALAŽI

Abstract: Magistrsko delo podaja bistvene podatke o vrstah sprememb v živilih in pogojih, ki jih indicirajo — s poudarkom na segmentu piva. Delo vsebuje informacije in primerjave (prednosti in slabosti) med dvema vrstama embalaže za pivo (steklena in PET embalaža). Glavni vplivi, ki so bili preučevani tekom študije so migracije plinov (kisik in ogljikov dioksid), odpornost materiala na zunanje vplive (svetloba, vlaga, transport,...) ter eventualne sekundarne migracije iz materiala v živilo. Poleg klasičnih fizikalno-kemijskih metod raziskovanja je bila na testiranih vzorcih izvedena tudi senzorična ocena končnega proizvoda, v odvisnosti od časa skladiščenja in vrste embalaže. Prvi del študije obravnava prvotna testiranja z različnimi enoslojnimi PET embalažami (različni aktivni in pasivni dodatki) in inertno stekleno embalažo. Kar pa ni ustrezalo zahtevam glede ohranjanja kvalitete piva. Nato so v delu navedeni rezultati primerjav med stekleno in večslojno PET embalažo, ki se je glede na določene zahteve, pokazala za ustrezno. V zadnjem delu študije je izvedena primerjava med novo vrsto enoslojne PET embalaže (cenovno sprejemljivejša od večslojne), z dodano aktivno in pasivno zaščito, večslojno plastenko in stekleno embalažo. Novo izbrana plastenka se je v primerjavi s stekleno in večslojno PET embalažo, izkazala kot dobra aktivno pasivna zaščita za produkt (migracije v okviru zahtevanih meja). S stališča organoleptike pa je bilo pivo v testirani embalaži, po preteku štirih mesecev, ocenjeno slabše kot pivo v stekleni embalaži. Organoleptične razlike med pivi so se postopoma zmanjševale in so bile ob koncu roka uporabnosti minimalne, oziroma jih ni bilo ali pa so se celo obrnile v prid piva v enoslojni PET embalaži.
