POSODOBITEV LINIJE ZA RAZVRŠČANJE IZDELKOV V NOVEM CENTRALNEM SKLADIŠČU ''HZA'' V DRUŽBI GORENJE D.D.

Abstract: Diplomsko delo zajema opis posodobitve naprave za komunikacijo vozičkov v novem centralnem skladišču NAVIS v družbi Gorenje d.d. V prvem delu diplomske naloge sem predstavil odvoz gotovih izdelkov iz proizvodnih linij preko razvrščanja, navedel razloge za njeno posodobitev, hkrati pa predstavil komponente, ki so uporabljene za komuniciranje vozičkov, kot je močnostni tirni ojačevalnik (PWB) in opisal zakaj ga potrebujemo. V drugem delu sem predstavil novo stanje naprave in programske rešitve krmilnika ter rešitve za izvedbo Profineta.

MERITEV KAKOVOSTI ELEKTRIČNE ENERGIJE

Abstract: Diplomsko delo zajema meritev kakovosti električne energije na merilnem mestu TP-051, ki je v neposredni bližini Splošne bolnišnice dr. Jožeta Potrča Ptuj. Na TP-051 je priključen celoten elektroenergetski sistem bolnišnice Ptuj, ki je opisan v diplomskem delu. Za analizo kakovosti električne energije smo se odločili v sklopu izdelave razširjenega energetskega pregleda Splošne bolnišnice Ptuj. Namen izdelave razširjenega energetskega pregleda je prikazati dejansko energetsko stanje zgradbe in podati rešitve, kako znižati stroške porabljene električne in toplotne energije s primernimi organizacijskimi in investicijskimi ukrepi. Meritev smo izvedli z dvema različnima merilnima instrumentoma. Prvi instrument je ameriškega proizvajalca DRANETZ-MBI Power Visa, drugi pa francoskega proizvajalca CHAUVIN ARNOUX Power & Quality Analizer C.A 8334B. Meritev smo izvedli po standardu SIST EN 50160 in je trajala 7 dni. Na osnovi rezultatov meritev smo naredili analizo in primerjavo rezultatov.

Influence of small solar power plants on power quality

Abstract: The solar power plants are usually connected to the distribution network in node with transformer. Small, mini and micro solar power plants are connected as real dispersed production in the middle or at the end of line as consumers.This paper describes measurements, according to standard SIST EN 50160, at 274 m long line, fed at one side from 20/0,4 kV transformer and at the other side from small solar power plant and in between are 15 users (houses).

Cost estimation, optimization and competitiveness of different composite floor systems

Abstract: This paper presents self-manufacturing cost estimation, cost optimization and competitiveness of different composite floor systems: composite I beams, composite trusses produced from rolled channel sections and composite trusses made from cold formed hollow sections. Part 1 of this two-part series of papers presents the estimation of the self-manufacturing (direct production) costs for composite and steel structures. The self-manufacturing costs are proposed to be defined as the sum of the material, the power consumption and the labour costs. The material costs of the structural steel, concrete, reinforcement, the shear connectors, electrodes, the anti-corrosion, fire protection and top coat painting, the formwork floor-slab panels and gas consumption are presented in detail. The power consumption costs comprise costs of sawing the steel sections, edge grinding, drilling, welding, stud welding and vibrating the concrete. The labour costs (times) presented define the costs of metal cutting, edge grinding, preparation, assembling and tacking, welding, welding of shear connectors, steel surface preparation and protection, drilling, cutting, placing and connecting the reinforcement, concreting, consolidating and curing the concrete. New approximation functions are proposed for the calculation of some manufacturing times and material consumptions. As the discussed costs vary significantly around the world, the proposed cost expressions are given in the open form to be used for cost estimation in different economic conditions. A numerical example of the estimation of the self-manufacturing costs for a composite I beam floor system shows the suitability of the proposed approach. On the basis of the defined self-manufacturing costs, introduced in Part 1, the cost optimization and the competitiveness of different composite floor systems are discussed in Part 2.

Improved frequency characteristics of the randomized PWM boost rectifier

Abstract: A randomized pulse width modulation (RPWM) algorithm is applied in the control unit of the boost rectifier to achieve improved frequency characteristics in the wide band. First, the introduction of the RPWM switching is reflected in a smaller increase of the total harmonic distortion (THD) factor in the input current. Nevertheless, decrease of the power factor is negligibly small. Second, the power spectrum density (PSD) of the input current is estimated and measured to evaluate the influence of randomization in the high-frequency range. This approach offers an effective and credible prediction method for reduction of conductive electromagnetic interference (EMI) by using the RPWM switching.
