The developed system comprises a Photovoltaic panel, a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) charger, a 2.5 kWh/24 V high-performance LiFePO4 battery bank with a Battery Management System, an embedded controller with IoT connectivity, and DC/DC and DC/AC converters. The PV panel serves as the primary energy source, with the MPPT controller optimizing battery charging, while the DC/DC and DC/AC converters supply power to the connected electrical devices. The article includes a case study of a developed platform for powering an information and advertising system. The system features a predictive energy management algorithm, which optimizes the appliance operation based on daily solar irradiance forecasts and real-time battery State-of-Charge monitoring. The IoT-enabled controller obtains solar irradiance forecasts from an online meteorological service via API calls and uses these data to estimate energy availability for the next day. Using this prediction, the system schedules and prioritizes the operations of connected electrical devices dynamically to optimize the performance and prevent critical battery discharge. The IoT-based controller is equipped with both Wi-Fi and an LTE modem, enabling communication with online services via wireless or cellular networks. 2. Use of chatbots in human resource management for more efficient knowledge sharing – systematic literature reviewNejc Bernik, Polona Šprajc, 2025, review article Abstract: Purpose: This study examines how chatbots, as part of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), can assist human resource (HR) professionals in supporting more effective knowledge management (KM), especially knowledge sharing (KS). The research aims to understand the strategic roles of chatbots in Human Resource Management (HRM). It offers propositions for their effective deployment to support KS and enhance their utilisation within organisations. Methodology: A systematic literature review (SLR) was carried out using the databases Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus. After applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, 16 relevant articles were selected for detailed analysis. Results: The findings show that chatbots can significantly enhance KS by automating HRM processes. They enable personalised training, offer continuous support, and promote employee performance, engagement, and innovation. Furthermore, chatbots assist HR professionals in focusing on strategic tasks by lowering administrative workload. Several challenges are also identified, including ethical concerns, privacy issues, data quality problems, reduced social interaction, and risks to creativity and critical thinking. Conclusion: Chatbots offer a transformative opportunity for HRM to enhance KS, organisational memory, and digital learning, thereby supporting competitive advantage in knowledge-intensive settings. By integrating the DeLone and McLean IS success model with established PS frameworks, the research examined how IS components—system quality, user satisfaction, and use/ intent to use—influence key PS dimensions: project management success, impact on the team, impact on the customer, and project investment success. Data from 198 employees were analyzed using structural equation modeling, confirming all hypothesized relationships. Results revealed that IS net benefits significantly enhance PS across all dimensions, while system quality and user satisfaction further drive IS effectiveness. The study underscores the critical role of robust digital infrastructure in optimizing project outcomes, offering theoretical insights and practical recommendations for organizations navigating hybrid work models. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed. 4. From zero to one: a new perspective on the fuzzy front end of innovation and the Stage-Gate® modelPeter Alešnik, Igor Vrečko, Iztok Palčič, 2025, original scientific article Abstract: The Stage-Gate® model has historically provided a systematic framework for New Product Development (NPD). However, the evolving landscape of innovation necessitates continuous enhancement. This paper redefines the model's foundational structure by advocating for the recognition of the Discovery Phase as Stage 1, emphasizing its essential role in aligning initial ideation with strategic goals, streamlining processes, and enhancing NPD efforts. Using a mixed-methods approach, including a systematic literature review, synthesis of illustrative examples and secondary data and case study analysis, the research demonstrates that formalizing the Discovery Phase improves earlystage decision-making, enhances alignment between front-end exploration and downstream execution and mitigates risks by supporting more informed project development. Synthesised sectoral examples show that incorporating the Discovery Phase improves feasibility, reduces risk, and boosts efficiency. For example, simulation planning early in innovation process increased manufacturing throughput by 52 %, while early IP checks lowered infringement risk. The proposed revision boosts the Stage-Gate® model's adaptability and integration with modern methodologies such as AI, Agile, Lean Startup, Design Thinking and TRIZ. The findings highlight how this change promotes a comprehensive approach to NPD. The implications extend to practical applications and future research, offering organizations a flexible framework that meets modern market and technological demands. Analiza procesa prodaje prodajalca v organizaciji Zavarovalnica Sava d.d.Samanta Vogrin, 2025, undergraduate thesis Abstract: Diplomsko delo obravnava prodajni proces zavarovalnega agenta v Zavarovalnici Sava d. d., pri čemer so analizirani tako teoretične osnove kot tudi praktični vidiki izvedbe. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni ključni pojmi prodaje, managementa prodaje in osebne prodaje, ki je zaradi neposrednega stika s stranko ena najpomembnejših oblik tržnega komuniciranja. Poseben poudarek je namenjen fazam prodajnega procesa, od iskanja potencialnih strank, priprave na stik in prve predstavitve do obravnavanja ugovorov, sklenitve pogodbe in ponakupnega spremljanja. Opredeljene so tudi značilnosti uspešnega prodajalca, med katerimi izstopajo strokovnost, komunikacijske veščine, videz in odnos do strank.
Empirični del se osredotoča na analizo prodajnega procesa v praksi na primeru Zavarovalnice Sava d. d. Ugotovitve prikazujejo, da sta za stranke ključna dejavnika strokovnost in empatičen pristop agenta ter vzdrževanje stika po sklenitvi pogodbe, ki krepi zaupanje in dolgoročno zvestobo. Nekateri drugi elementi, kot je hitrost predstavitve ponudbe, se izkazujejo kot manj odločilni. Sklepi dela potrjujejo, da uspešnost prodajnega procesa ni odvisna zgolj od same ponudbe storitev, temveč predvsem od osebnih lastnosti in komunikacijskih sposobnosti prodajalcev, kar predstavlja pomembno izhodišče za nadaljnje izboljšave pri razvoju prodajnega osebja in krepitvi konkurenčne prednosti podjetja. The impact of cross-border tourism in Ulcinj : a study of tourism development between Montenegro and Albania : a study of tourism development between Montenegro and AlbaniaAjla Bajramspahić, 2025, undergraduate thesis Abstract: This thesis investigates how Ulcinj's growth within the Montenegro–Albania corridor is influenced by cross-border tourism. First, a theoretical analysis demonstrated the connections between demand for tourism, employment, and investment; the significance of cooperation and governance; the interdependence of tourism and mobility; and the consequences of seasonality and sustainability. Next, we interviewed emergency services, public administration, local politicians, and business sector stakeholders in lodging and hospitality. The results show distinct advantages for turnover, employment, and small-scale investment, but they also show enduring drawbacks, such as poor public transportation and car-free accessibility, border lines and procedural unpredictability, disjointed governance, irregular electronic payments and taxi rates, noticeable summer peaks, and peak-season strain on municipal services. Targeted last-mile infrastructure improvements planned off-season events, operational mayor/DMO collaboration, direct cross-border public transportation links with basic one-stop/digital facilitation, and harmonized coastal standards were all recommendations made by interviewees. In order to establish a more stable, higher-value, year-round destination system, the thesis concludes by highlighting the necessity of strengthening operational environmental management, integrating mobility and border facilitation, improving governance coordination, and packaging and jointly marketing cross-border products. Vpliv umetne inteligence na destinacijski management slovenskih destinacij : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijaKatarina Novak, 2025, undergraduate thesis Abstract: Umetna inteligenca postaja pomemben dejavnik v turizmu, saj omogoča razvoj novih rešitev, ki izboljšujejo uporabniško izkušnjo in povečujejo konkurenčnost destinacij. V zadnjih letih se je uporaba umetne inteligence v turizmu močno razširila, kar je spodbudilo raziskavo o njenem vplivu na destinacijski management v Sloveniji. Cilji v teoretičnem delu zajemajo pregled strokovne in znanstvene literature o destinacijskem managementu, tehnološkem napredku v turizmu in vlogi umetne inteligence. Posebej je opredeljena oblike umetne inteligence in njene aplikacije, kot so personalizacija ponudbe, digitalni marketing, podatkovna analitika in napovedovanje trendov. V empiričnem delu so z metodo kvalitativnega raziskovanja bili izvedeni polstrukturirani intervju s predstavniki enajstih slovenskih destinacij. Zbrani odgovori so bili analizirani s pomočjo tematskega kodiranja, in sicer je na ta način bila raziskana trenutna praksa, priložnosti in ovire pri uporabi umetne inteligence v destinacijskem managementu. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da destinacije umetno inteligenco prepoznavajo kot ključno za prihodnji razvoj, vendar se pri implementaciji soočajo z izzivi, kot so pomanjkanje finančnih sredstev, znanja in vprašanja varstva podatkov. V zaključku so bila podana priporočila za nadaljnjo digitalno transformacijo slovenskega turizma. Načrtovanje in upravljanje destinacije predstavljata podlogo za razvoj le-te, pri tem pa je pomembno, da se tega lotimo strateško. Skozi magistrsko delo smo opredelili turistično destinacijo, destinacijski management in organizacije za destinacijski management. Naš fokus je predstavljala možnost vzpostavitve organizacije za destinacijski management v zasavski regiji. Skozi nalogo smo predstavili dobre prakse destinacijskega managementa v Sloveniji, nato pa smo se fokusirali na Zasavje in dosedanje poskuse vzpostavitve krovne organizacije za razvoj turizma ter na potenciale regije. V empirični raziskavi smo izvedli dva sklopa intervjujev. Prvi sklop je bil namenjen predstavnikom destinacij, ki smo jih predstavili kot primere dobrih praks, drugi pa turističnim deležnikom znotraj Zasavja. Kot rezultat našega dela smo na podlagi ugotovitev iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela predlagali model destinacijskega managementa Zasavja in podali predloge za vzpostavitev destinacijskega managementa znotraj Zasavja. primer Samobora analizira sodelovanje med turističnimi in gasilskimi organizacijami na
območju Samobora z namenom zagotavljanja varnosti destinacij in uspešnega
upravljanja v kriznih razmerah. Glede na podnebne spremembe in vse pogostejše
naravne nesreče, kot so potresi, poplave in požari, diplomsko delo poudarja pomen
proaktivnega pristopa z osredotočanjem na analizo tveganja in razvoj učinkovitih
strateških partnerstev. Z uporabo polstrukturiranih intervjujev s ključnimi deležniki je
bila izvedena poglobljena analiza trenutnega stanja v Samoboru, opredeljene so bile
dobre prakse in podani predlogi za izboljšanje sodelovanja. Proučeni so bili
pripravljenost gasilcev v smislu izobraževanja in opreme ter odzivi na različne nesreče,
kot sta neurje leta 2023 in nevarnost poplav, ter pripravljenost turističnih ponudnikov
na morebitne nesreče v objektih. Cilj je bil zagotoviti varno in privlačno destinacijo, ki se
bo lahko hitro in učinkovito odzvala na morebitne izzive s poudarkom na preventivnem
delovanju in ozaveščanju o pomenu varnosti, vse ob medsebojni podpori ključnih

10. Upravljanje človeških virov v zdravstvu: strategije za preprečevanje izgorelostiKsenja Videnšek, 2025, master's thesis Abstract: Uvod: Izgorelost je med zdravstvenimi delavci resna težava, ki negativno vpliva na njihovo zdravje, kakovost oskrbe in učinkovitost organizacije. Magistrsko delo raziskuje, kako lahko strategije upravljanja človeških virov prispevajo k preprečevanju izgorelosti v zdravstvu.
Metode: Izveden je bil sistematični pregled literature z uporabo metod deskriptivne analize in tematske sinteze. Iskanje je potekalo v podatkovnih bazah CINAHL, Web of Science in SAGE, z upoštevanjem vključitvenih in izključitvenih kriterijev. Kakovost člankov je bila ocenjena s pomočjo CASP orodja.
Rezultati: Analiza je pokazala, da so ključni dejavniki izgorelosti stres, slabo delovno okolje in pomanjkanje podpore. Učinkovite strategije za preprečevanje izgorelosti vključujejo čuječnost in tehnike sproščanja (npr. joga, glasba), ravnovesje med delom in zasebnim življenjem, izboljšanje komunikacije in timskega dela ter oblikovanje delovnega okolja, ki spodbuja dobro počutje.
Razprava in zaključek: Rezultati kažejo, da je celostni pristop bistven pri zmanjševanju izgorelosti. Vodstvo mora spodbujati psihosocialno varnost, zagotavljati usposabljanja in spremljati počutje zaposlenih. Prihodnje raziskave bi se morale osredotočiti na dolgoročne učinke teh strategij ter na njihovo izvajanje v različnih zdravstvenih okoljih.
