Tržna analiza in razvoj rezalno-cepilnega stroja z metodologijo vrednostne analize v podjetju Fortis Maribor d.o.o.

Abstract: Vsa podjetja, ne glede na gospodarsko panogo, morajo izdelke izpopolnjevati ali izvajati projekte razvoja novega izdelka. Vrednostna analiza se je najbolj uveljavila pri razvoju novih proizvodov, omogoča pa predvsem občutno skrajšanje časov in znižanje stroškov. Pogoj za uspešno izvedeno vrednostno analizo je učinkovita tržna analiza. Podjetje Fortis Maribor d.o.o. želi dopolniti svoj prodajni repertoar z inovativnim rezalno-cepilnim strojem. V diplomski nalogi sem uporabil znanstveno-raziskovalne metode, kot so analiza podatkov in zbiranje informacij, pa vse do eksperimentalnih metod. S pomočjo tržne analize in vrednostne analize sem določil najboljšo rešitev variante novega izdelka in potrdil soodvisnost navedenih raziskovalnih metod.

Behaviour of short cracks emanating from tiny drilled holes

Abstract: Specimens with martensitic microstructure were defected by tiny drilled holes with the existing local residual stresses induced by drilling and without them. The objective of this research was to determine the cyclic stress level for the crack initiation and fatigue limit of the defected and smooth specimens' dependence upon the residual-stress field. Compressive residual stresses retarded the crack initiation. Immediately after the crack initiation, residual stresses decelerated the short-crack propagation, but later, when the residual-stress sign was changed, they accelerated it. Non-propagating short-crack size and fatigue limit also depend on the residual-stress field.

Vključitev metode QFD v vrednostni management

Abstract: Z vsakim izdelkom ali s storitvijo, ki jo razvijemo, želimo doseči največjo vrednost izdelka v očeh kupca, s čimer ga prepričamo v nakup. Metoda QFD inženirjem omogoča predstavitev zahtev kupcev v obliki tehničnih karakteristik. Z metodo QFD dobimo vodilo skozi proces vrednostnega managementa in tako so zahteve kupcev prisotne od začetka procesa razvoja. V diplomskem delu sem izdelal hišo kakovosti s pomočjo diagrama FAST za lažjo predstavo o integraciji obeh procesov. Po opredeljenih funkcijah izdelka s pomočjo diagrama FAST preverimo ujemanje funkcij z zahtevami kupcev in njihovo pomembnost v hiši kakovosti.

Fast single domain-subdomain BEM algorithm for 3D incompressible fluid flow and heat transfer

Abstract: In this paper acceleration and computer memory reduction of an algorithm for the simulation of laminar viscous flows and heat transfer is presented. The algorithm solves the velocity-vorticity formulation of the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in 3D. It is based on a combination of a subdomain boundary element method (BEM) and single domain BEM. The CPU time and storage requirements of the single domain BEM are reduced by implementing a fast multipole expansion method. The Laplace fundamental solution, which is used as a special weighting function in BEM, is expanded in terms of spherical harmonics. The computational domain and its boundary are recursively cut up forming a tree of clusters of boundary elements and domain cells. Data sparse representation is used in parts of the matrix, which correspond to boundary-domain clusters pairs that are admissible for expansion. Significant reduction of the complexity is achieved. The paper presents results of testing of the multipole expansion algorithm by exploring its effect on the accuracy of the solution and its influence on the non-linear convergence properties of the solver. Two 3D benchmark numerical examples are used: the lid-driven cavity and the onset of natural convection in a differentially heated enclosure.

Comparison between wavelet and fast multipole data sparse approximations for Poisson and kinematics boundary - domain integral equations

Abstract: The boundary element method applied on non-homogenous partial differential equations requires calculation of a fully populated matrix of domain integrals. This paper compares two techniques: the fast multipole method and the fast wavelet transform, which are used to reduce the complexity of such domain matrices. The employed fast multipole method utilizes the expansion of integral kernels into series of spherical harmonics. The wavelet transform for vectors of arbitrary length, based on Haar wavelets and variable thresholding limit, is used. Both methods are tested and compared by solving the scalar Poisson equation and the velocity-vorticity vector kinematics equation. The results show comparable accuracy for both methods for a given data storage size. Wavelets are somewhat better for high and low compression ratios, and the fast multipole methods gives better results for moderate compressions. Considering implementation of the methods, the wavelet transform can easily be adapted for any problem, while the fast multipole method requires different expansion for each integral kernel.

UČINKOVITO UPRAVLJANJE VSEBIN V FARMACEVTSKIH PODJETJIH

Abstract: Diplomsko delo obravnava problematiko velike količine urejenih in neurejenih podatkov, s katero se srečuje sodobno farmacevtsko podjetje. Opisuje vpeljavo skupnega iskalnika na ravni podjetja, ki bo znal iskati po podatkih, ki so v različnih sistemih in po navadi tudi v različnih virih. Uporabniku naj bi vrnil pomembne in točne zadetke ter obenem upravljal tudi dostope in varnostno politiko. V našem podjetju smo postavili in preizkusili dva trenutno vodilna iskalnika. S ključnimi uporabniki smo naredili podrobno funkcionalno in tudi stroškovno analizo.
