Abstract: V svoji nalogi so opredeljene teoretične osnove nabavnega poslovanja in so primerjane s praktičnim primerom nabavnega poslovanja v podjetju Krka, d.d., Novo mesto (v nadaljevanju Krka). Na začetku je predstavljeno podjetje Krka, njen začetek in razvoj, njene dejavnosti in poslovanje v letu 2008. Nato je poudarek na samem nabavnem poslovanju v farmacevtski industriji. Na konkretni organiziranosti Službe nabave je preučena skladnost teorije s prakso, ki se izvaja v nabavi za proizvodnjo, ki ga opravlja Služba nabave. Preverjeno je kako se izvaja sam proces nabave, kako poteka načrtovanje nabave v teoriji in v podjetju Krka. V sklepnem delu naloge je predstavljen in analiziran problem operativnega načrtovanja nabave. Delo nabave je tesno povezano s prodajo in logističnim centrom. Opisano je na kakšen način je Krka prišla do bistvenega izboljšanja in zmanjšanja stroškov odpisa nepotrebne embalaže z nadgradnjo že vpeljanega sistema SAP. SAP je bil nadgrajen z APO-m in dosežena je večja optimizacija proizvodnih kapacitet. Vpeljano je tudi tako imenovano »zamrznjeno« obdobje planiranja, kar pripomore k večji točnosti planiranja in daje nabavi možnost boljšega operativnega načrtovanja.

Gold in the past, today and future

Abstract: This paper deals with gold, which is described as a chemical element. Special attention is paid to its physical-chemical properties and, furthermore, where or in what form it can be found in nature. We discuss the role it has played through history and we inform how gold has been developed to the level it has reached today's value. Still more, when gold is broken into nanoparticles, this form could be highly useful for a wide range of processes, including general nanotechnology, electronics manufacturing and the synthesizing of different functional materials. It is important that we know that gold is also used in industry in many engineering applications (contacts in micro-electronics) and medicine (dental alloys, implants).

Topochemical modification of cotton fibres with carboxymethyl cellulose

Abstract: The research reported in this paper demonstrates that the capacity of cotton fibres to adsorb cationic surfactants as well as the rate of the adsorption process can be increased by adsorbing carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) onto the fibre surfaces; in addition, the adsorption can be restricted to the fibre surface. CMC was deposited by means of adsorption from an aqueous solution. The adsorption of N-cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) from an aqueous solution onto the CMC-modified fibres was measured using UVspectrometric determination of the surfactant concentration in the solution. Adsorption onto the cotton fibres was studied in a weakly basic environment (pH 8.5) where cotton fibres are negatively charged and the CPC ion is positively charged. Modification of the fibres by adsorption of CMC introduces new carboxyl groups onto the fibre surfaces, thereby increasing the adsorption capacity of the fibres for CPC. The initial rate of adsorption of CPC increased proportionally with the amountof charge; however, this rate slowed down at high degrees of coverage onfibres with a high charge. The adsorption of cationic surfactant to the anionic surface groups was stoichiometric, with no indication of multilayer oradmicelle formation. It was evident that the acidic group content of the fibres was the primary factor determining cationic surfactant adsorption to these fibres.

Computer-aided analysis of the forging process

Abstract: This paper presents computer simulation of the forging process using the finite volume method (FVM). The process of forging is highly non-linear, where both large deformations and continuously changing boundary conditions occur. In most practical cases, the initial billet shape is relatively simple, but the final shape of the end product is often geometrically complex, to the extent that it is commonly obtained using multiple forming stages. Examples of the numerical simulation of the forged pieces provided were created using Msc/SuperForge computer code. The main results of the analysis are deformed shape, temperature, pressure, effective plastic strain, effective stress and forces acting on the die.
