1. Uvajanje novo zaposlenih diplomiranih medicinskih sester za delo s citostatikiNatalija Berlič, 2025, master's thesis Abstract: Onkološka nega se razvija zaradi napredka zdravljenja raka. Medicinske sestre potrebujejo strokovna znanja za celovito obravnavo pacienta. Zaradi pomanjkanja kadra uvajalni programi niso vedno kakovostni, mentorji pa pogosto niso na voljo. Namen zaključnega dela je raziskati proces uvajanja novo zaposlenih medicinskih sester za delo s citostatiki.
Metode: Uporabljena je bila kvalitativna metodologija in opisna metoda dela. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili delno strukturiran intervju. V raziskavi je sodelovalo šest novo zaposlenih diplomiranih medicinskih sester. Analiza je bila opravljena z metodo tematske analize.
Rezultati: V analizi smo izpostavili pet glavnih tem: »Uvajanje v delo s citostatiki, informacije in podpora med uvajanjem, izzivi in težave med uvajanjem, mentorstvo in program uvajanja v delo s citostatiki«. Ugotovili smo, da vsi navajajo dober uvajalni sistem razen pri mentorstvu, kjer bi želeli zmanjšati pogoste menjave mentorjev.
Razprava in zaključek: Kljub zahtevnosti onkološkega področja, večanju števila obolelih ter pomanjkanju kadra je raziskan uvajalni program dobro zastavljen. Še zmeraj pa se najde prostor za izboljšave mentorskega programa. MERILA ZA IZBOR NAJUGODNEJŠE PONUDBE - RAZMERJE MED NAJNIŽJO CENO IN EKOLOŠKIMI IN OKOLJEVARSTVENIMI MERILIAleš Korez, 2009, undergraduate thesis Abstract: V postopku javnega naročanja je naročnik glavna oseba, ki določi merila za izbor ponudbe v razpisni dokumentaciji. Na podlagi razpisne dokumentacije ponudnik sestavi ponudbo. Merilo za izbor ponudbe je merilo najnižja cena ali ekonomsko najugodnejša ponudba, znotraj katerega se določijo različna merila v povezavi s predmetom naročila. V postopku javnega naročila se lahko izberejo izdelki in storitve, ki so okoljsko manj obremenjujoči. Tako se v merilu ekonomsko najugodnejše ponudbe določijo merila z okoljskimi lastnostmi. Zakonitost ter način in pogoje uporabe okoljskih in okoljevarstvenih meril je obravnavalo Sodišče Evropskih skupnosti, sodno prakso sta povzeli direktivi o javnih naročilih, določbe iz direktive je implementiral Zakon o javnih naročilih (ZJN-2). ZJN-2 dodatno določa razmerje med merili pri oddaji naročila na podlagi ekonomsko najugodnejše ponudbe, in sicer med ceno in drugimi merili. To razmerje pa z okoljskega vidika z uporabo metode izračunavanja stroškov življenjskega kroga proizvoda dobi nov pomen in razsežnosti. 3. Rešitve za tovorni promet v sistemih pametnih mest v Sloveniji : magistrsko deloNejc Krajnc, 2025, master's thesis Abstract: Koncept pametnega mesta postaja vedno bolj priljubljen pri reševanju najzahtevnejših urbanih problemov in spodbujanjem ekonomskega razvoja. Ker delujemo na področju tovornega prometa, smo se v raziskavi osredotočili zlasti na ključne rešitve za uspešno implementacijo v slovenskih pametnih mestih v povezavi s tovornim prometom. Pri raziskovanju smo se najprej lotili pregleda literature glede uspešnosti implementacije tovornega prometa v sistem pametnih mest v Sloveniji, nato smo poiskali primere v večjih evropskih mestih in si jih podrobneje pogledali. Te smo primerjali s slovenskimi ter ugotavljali, kako bi jih lahko uspešno implementirali na naših tleh in kaj vse bi potrebovali za implementacijo. Ključne rešitve vključujejo pametno logistiko, uporabo električnih in avtonomnih vozil ter optimizacijo prometnih tokov s pomočjo naprednih tehnologij in algoritmov. V Sloveniji se koncept pametnih mest šele začenja razvijati, vendar že obstajajo številni primeri, ki kažejo na potencial za uspešno implementacijo pametnih rešitev, zlasti v povezavi s tovorno logistiko. Mestne oblasti v Sloveniji, na primer Ljubljana in Maribor, so že začele uvajati nekatere pametne elemente, kot so pametni parkirni sistemi, digitalni prometni nadzor in razvoj infrastrukture za električna vozila. Vendar pa Slovenija zaostaja v primerjavi z večjimi evropskimi mesti, ki že uporabljajo napredne tehnologije za optimizacijo tovornega prometa. mercaptopropionate) (TT) were polymerised via a thiol-ene radical initiated photopolymerisation
using emulsions with a high volume fraction of internal droplet phase and monomers in the continuous phase as precursors. The porous structure derived from the high internal phase emulsions
(HIPEs) followed the precursor emulsion setup resulting in an open porous cellularly structured
polymer. Changing the emulsion composition and polymerisation conditions influenced the resulting
morphological structure significantly. The investigated factors influencing the polymer monolith
morphology were the emulsion phase ratio and surfactant concentration, leading to either interconnected cellular type morphology, bicontinuous porous morphology or a hollow sphere inverted
structure of the polymerised monoliths. The samples with interconnected cellular morphology had
pore diameters between 4 µm and 10 µm with approx. 1 µm sized interconnecting channels while
samples with bicontinuous morphology featured approx. 5 µm wide pores between the polymer
domains. The appropriate choice of emulsion composition enabled the preparation of highly porous
poly(thiol-enes) with either polyHIPE or bicontinuous morphology. The porosities of the prepared

Med ključnimi dejavniki za razvijanje bralnih kompetenc in bralne kulture pri otrocih ter mladih je odrasli, ki spremlja njihov razvoj in je bralni zgled. V prvi vrsti so to starši in skrbniki, a s(m)o tudi strokovni delavci v izobraževalni in knjižnični dejavnosti izredno pomembni spodbujevalci bralnih navad otrok, učencev, dijakov, študentov in drugih odraslih v izobraževalnem procesu. V projektu Bralni vzori: bralne navade strokovnih delavcev v vrtcih, šolah in fakultetah ter splošnih knjižnicah smo se posvetili proučevanju in vrednotenju pomena ter vloge, razumevanja, razširjenosti in razvitosti ter prisotnosti bralnih navad strokovnih delavcev v izobraževanju in knjižnicah. Projekt traja 24 mesecev (od oktobra 2023 do septembra 2025), v njem pa sodeluje 17 raziskovalcev s Pedagoške fakultete Univerze v Mariboru in Filozofske fakultete Univerze v Ljubljani. Natural Deep Eutectic Solvent-Based Matrix Solid Phase dispersion (MSPD) extraction for determination of bioactive compounds from sandy everlasting (Helichrysum arenarium L.) : a case of stability studyMilena Ivanović, Peter Krajnc, Aleš Mlinarič, Maša Islamčević Razboršek, 2022, original scientific article Abstract: In the present study, vortex-assisted matrix solid-phase dispersion (VA-MSPD) extraction
was used to isolate the major bioactive compounds from H. arenarium. To reduce the negative environmental impact of the conventionally used organic solvents, four different choline chloride-based
natural deep eutectic solvents (NADES) were investigated as possible eluents. The most influential
VA-MSPD extraction parameters: stationary phase (adsorbent), adsorbent/sample ratio, vortex time,
and volume of extraction solvent were systematically optimized. Ultrasound-assisted extraction
with 80% MeOH was used as the standard method for the comparison of results. The stability of the
obtained extracts was studied over a period of 0 to 60 days at three different temperatures (−18 ◦C,

◦C, and 25 ◦C). All extracts were evaluated both spectrophotometrically (determination of total
phenolic content (TPC) and antioxidant activity by ABTS and FRAP assay) and chromatographically
(HPLC-UV). NADES based on choline chloride and lactic acid (ChCl-LA) was selected as the most
effective extractant, with a determined TPC value of its extract of 38.34 ± 0.09 mg GA/g DW (27%
higher than the methanolic VA-MSPD extract) and high antioxidant activity. The content of individual phenolic compounds (chlorogenic acid, dicaffeoylquinic acid isomers, naringenin isomers,
and chalcones) in the ChCl-LA extract, determined by HPLC-UV, was comparable to that of the
conventionally obtained one. Moreover, the stabilization effect of ChCl-LA was confirmed for the
studied compounds: chlorogenic acid, naringenin-40
-O-glucoside, tomoroside A, naringenin-5-Oglucoside, isosalipurposide, and naringenin. The optimum VA-MSPD conditions for the extraction of
H. arenarium polyphenols were: florisil/sample ratio of 0.5/1, a vortex time of 2 min, and an elution

Interaktivno upodabljanje digitalnega modela reliefa s štiriškim drevesom : diplomsko deloAnej Krajnc, 2025, undergraduate thesis Abstract: Diplomsko delo opisuje implementacijo upodabljanja digitalnega modela reliefa s štiriškim drevesom, trikotniško mrežo, z Blinn-Phongovo osvetlitvijo in sivinsko barvo. Cilj je pohitriti prikaz digitalnega modela reliefa s štiriškim drevesom. Ugotovili smo, da je prikaz s štiriškim drevesom hitrejši od prikaza celotnega modela reliefa, vendar ima večjo pomnilniško zahtevnost. Hitrost izrisa je odvisna tudi od števila oglišč, kar smo ugotovili z uporabo treh digitalnih modelov reliefa z različnim številom oglišč. 8. The environmental and biodiversity impacts of a new cableway system : a comprehensive life cycle assessmentAnnamaria Vujanović, Andrea Mio, Rok Pučnik, Nicola Blasuttigh, Damjan Krajnc, Maurizio Fermeglia, 2024, original scientific article Abstract: Cars are still used as the primary mode of transportation for daily commuting, with their emissions significantly affecting urban air quality, contributing to overall greenhouse gas emissions. Efforts to reduce car dependency have led to exploration of alternative transportation options such as cableway systems in urban areas. However, limited information exists regarding the environmental impacts and biodiversity implications of such systems. This study conducted a comparative life cycle assessment between a proposed cableway system for the city of Trieste, Italy and its current car transportation mode. The analysis considered both daily operational profiles and passenger occupancy rates of the cableway system. Drawing from similar cableway systems worldwide, it was calculated that the proposed Trieste cableway would accommodate 2007 daily passengers, on average. Results from the environmental assessment revealed that the cableway's operational phase had by far the greatest impact on all environmental categories, followed by its construction and by land clearance. Additionally, the use phase was found to be the major cause for most biodiversity loss, particularly towards terrestrial ecosystems. Comparisons of life cycle GHG emissions between the cableway and car transportation indicated that the cableway system would be a preferable option if the daily average passengers would reach at least 3,908, which is almost double than the expected ones. Furthermore, the cableway system exhibited larger environmental impacts across most categories compared to current car transportation. Thus, this study challenges the perception that the cableway system is a more sustainable option compared to conventional modes of transport, as additional factors need to be considered for a broader overview of the environmental performances. Composition of proteins and phenolics in the leaves of differente mulberry species (Morus alba L., M. alba x rubra, M. australis Poir., M. nigra L.)Špela Jelen, Andreja Urbanek Krajnc, 2023, original scientific article Abstract: The leaves of the mulberry (Morus sp.) have a variety of medicinal, culinary, industrial and agricultural applications. In our study, we compared the protein and phenolic contents of different mulberry species (Morus alba L., M. alba × rubra, M. australis Poir., M. nigra L.) from the mulberry germplasm collection to determine species-specific differences. The possibility of using mulberries as animal feed and for pharmacological purposes was reviewed. Total phenols of all genotypes were analysed using the Folin-Ciocalteu method, while total protein content was determined using the Lowry's method. The individual phenols were analysed by high-performance liquid chromatography with UV/VIS detection. The total protein content ranged from 162.03 mg BSA/g DW (M. australis) to 239.42 mg BSA/g DW (M. alba). Significantly higher contents of total proteins were determined in the leaves of M. alba. The highest mean concentrations of total phenols (21.51 mg GAE /g DW), chlorogenic acid (18.05 mg/g DW), 4-caffeoylquinic acid (4.36 mg/g DW), 5-p-coumaroylquinic acid (2.01 mg/g DW), quercetin glycoside (0.74 mg/g DW) and kaempferol acetyl hexoside (4.42 mg/g DW) were determined in M. alba × rubra and M. nigra. In contrast, white mulberry (M.
alba) genotypes contained on average the most rutin (2.63 mg/g DW) and quercetin-malonyl-hexoside (1.59 mg/g DW). It can be concluded that the leaves of the white mulberry are best suited as animal feed due to their high protein content, while the black mulberry and the hybrid M. alba × rubra have pharmacological potential due to their high phenolic content. Meritve smo opravili s pomočjo programa Normar 3.0. Predstavljeni so rezultati delavčevega delovnega dne, in ugotovitve kje prihaja do izgub časa. Vse skupaj je analizirano in podano so rešitve.
