TRIETAŽNA JEKLENA HALA 10x30 m

Abstract: Namen diplomskega dela je izvesti računsko analizo in dimenzioniranje trietažne jeklene hale, prikazati porabo jekla in stroške izdelave jeklenih elementov hale na enoto tlorisne površine. Izvedena je analiza jeklene konstrukcije iz jekla S 235. Uporabljeni so vročevaljani profili 1., 2. in 3. razreda kompaktnosti. Za medetažni konstrukciji so uporabljene prefabricirane montažne plošče, ki so po detajlih proizvajalca položene na medetažne nosilce. Z izračunom je dosežena dobra izkoriščenost elementov. Statična analiza in dimenzioniranje je izvedeno po pravilih ENV 1991 – 1998.

DIMENZIONIRANJE JEKLENE HALE 70X45 M IZDELANE IZ HLADNOVALJANIH PROFILOV

Abstract: Namen diplomskega dela je izvesti računsko analizo in zasnovo jeklene hale iz hladnovaljanih profilov, prikazati porabo jekla ter ceno izdelave in dobave jeklenih elementov na enoto tlorisne površine. Posebnost jeklene hale je v tem, da so vsi stiki vijačeni in vsi profili prefabricirani ter pripravljeni za montažo. Izbrana jeklena hala ima tlorisne dimenzije 70 x 45m. Glavni okvir sestavljajo štirije sestavljeni stebri in palični strešni nosilec. Z izborom in dimenzioniranjem smo želeli doseči čim večjo izkoriščenost izbranih elementov. Statična analiza jeklene hale je izvedena po pravilih EUROCODE.

PRIMERJAVA JEKLENIH PALIČNIH STREŠNIH KONSTRUKCIJ

Abstract: Namen diplomskega dela je prikaz računske analize dveh različnih jeklenih paličnih strešnih konstrukcij na konkretnem primeru. Za primerjavo bo vzet objekt telovadnica Zavoda Antona Martina Slomška pod Kalvarijo v Mariboru. Pri računski analizi je uporabljen standard Evrokod 3. Vsebina se nanaša na dva različna palična strešna sistema: ravninski in prostorski. V diplomskem delu so prikazane prednosti in slabosti obeh sistemov. Prikazano je, kateri sistem je sprejemljivejši s tehnološkega vidika, s stroškovno analizo pa je prikazano, kateri sistem je stroškovno ugodnejši za izvedbo.

UPORABA PROGRAMA DLUBAL RSTAB ZA PROJEKTIRANJE SOVPREŽNIH NOSILCEV

Abstract: Predmet diplomskega dela je seznanitev s sovprežnimi konstrukcijami. V prvih poglavjih bomo predstavili splošne značilnosti sovprežnih konstrukcij, ki so v današnjem svetu vedno bolj popularne, in primere le-teh po svetu ter v Sloveniji. Na kratko bomo tudi predstavili slovenski predpis SIST EN 1994-1-1, ki je namenjen projektiranju sovprežnih konstrukcij. Kasneje pa se bomo seznanili s programom Dlubal Rstab in modulom Verbund, ki se uporablja za projektiranje sovprežnih nosilcev. S pomočjo njega bomo izvedli kontrolo analize sovprežnega nosilca, ki je podan v Priročniku za projektiranje sovprežnih konstrukcij iz jekla in betona [1], ter projektirali sovprežni nosilec s profilirano pločevino.

ANALIZA IN DIMENZIONIRANJE PLAŠČA TANKOSTENSKEGA JEKLENEGA REZERVOARJA S KROŽNIM PREČNIM PREREZOM

Abstract: Namen diplomske naloge je primerjava rezultatov analize in dimenzioniranje plašča tankostenskega jeklenega rezervoarja s krožnim prečnim prerezom. Rezervoar je zaprt prostor ali posoda za shranjevanje večjih količin tekočine, plina, ipd. in predstavljajo enega najbolj pogostih primerov konstrukcij za shranjevanje oz. zbiranje vode. V diplomskem delu smo zasnovali plašč tankostenskega jeklenega rezervoarja za shranjevanje vode, katerega volumen znaša 4712 m3. Rezervoar ima krožen prečni prerez s premerom 20 m. V višino meri 15 m, debelina plašča oz. stene pa se po višini spreminja., in sicer od 18 mm na spodnjem do 14 mm na zgornjem robu. Plašč je izdelan iz jekla kakovosti S235. Določitev obtežb, analizo in dimenzioniranje smo izvedli v skladu s standardi za projektiranje konstrukcij SIST EN 1990 – 1998 (Evrokod).

The multilevel MINLP optimization approach to structural synthesis: the simultaneous topology, material, standard and rounded dimension optimization

Abstract: The paper describes the simultaneous topology, material, standard and rounded dimension optimization of mechanical structures, performed by the Mixed-Integer Non-linear Programming (MINLP) approach. Beside the generation of an MINLP mechanical superstructure, the development of a general multilevel MINLP formulation for a mechanical superstructure is presented. The consideration of the discrete materials as well as standard and particularly rounded dimensions in structural synthesis significantly increases the combinatorics of the discrete optimization, which as a result may become too difficult to solve. A Linked Multilevel Hierarchical Strategy (LMHS) has been introduced for the solving of such large combinatorial problems. In order to decrease the effect of non-convexities, the Modified Outer-Approximation/Equality-Relaxation (OA/ER) algorithm has been applied. Four numerical examples of different complexities are presented to illustrate the proposed multilevel MINLP optimization approach: the optimization of two steel trusses, a composite I beam and a hydraulic steel roller gate Intake gate, erected in Aswan II, Egypt.

Optimum design of plane timber trusses considering joint flexibility

Abstract: The paper presents the optimization of metal-plate-connected plane timber trusses with special emphasis on joint flexibility. The optimization was performed by the non-linear programming approach. Since various truss design parameters such as type of truss configuration, span/depth ratio, number and type of diagonal and vertical members and type of joint connections simultaneously affect each other, it is proposed that all of these parameters should be considered simultaneously in a single mathematical model. An optimization model for cost optimization of timber trusses was thus developed. The economic objective function for minimizing the structure's self-manufacturing costs was defined, subjected to the design, stress and deflection (in)equality constraints. The finite element equations were as the equality constraints defined for the calculation of the internal forces and the deflections of the structure. The stiffness matrix of the structure was composed by considering fictitiously decreased cross-section areas of all the flexibly connected elements. Constraints for the dimensioning of the timber members were determined in accordance with Eurocode 5 in order to satisfy the requirements of both the ultimate and the serviceability limit states. The cross-section dimensions and the number of fasteners were defined as independent optimization variables. A numerical example demonstrates the applicability of the optimization approach presented as well as the influence of the fasteners' flexibility on the optimal self-manufacturing costs.
