Motivacija in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v Založbi Rokus Klett, d. o. o.

Abstract: Zaposleni so srce podjetja, gonilna sila, ki podjetju daje dušo, celotno podobo. Pomembno je, kako se zaposleni počuti na delovnem mestu in kakšno energijo širi med druge sodelavce, zato se veliko organizacij odloči motivirati svoje zaposlene na različne načine. Nagrade spodbujajo zaposlene k boljši produktivnosti in zadovoljstvu na delovnem mestu, s čimer delajo v korist podjetja in so kot taki tudi ciljni kader vsake organizacije. Zaposleni si želijo imeti čim boljše delovne razmere, dobro delavno ozračje in dobro plačilo. Če tega v delovnem okolju ni, zmanjka motivacije za premagovanje delovnih ovir. Težava se lahko pojavi v podjetjih, ki ne poskrbijo za vsakodnevno motiviranost, kar lahko vpliva na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju. Posledično zaposleni na delo prihajajo nezadovoljni in tako se lahko zgodi, da postanejo neproduktivni. Tak delavec nerad hodi na svoje delovno mesto, širi negativizem in tako škoduje podjetju. Podjetje se mora zavedati, da bo najlažje izpolnilo zadane cilje takrat, ko bo zaposleni dobil občutek pripadnosti, da jim nekaj pomeni in da ni zgolj številka v njem. Ker je uspeh podjetja odvisen od zaposlenih, smo se odločili, da bomo v diplomski nalogi podrobno raziskali motiviranost in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v založbi Rokus Klett. Raziskava je zajemala področje motivacije in zadovoljstva zaposlenih z delom. Spraševali smo se, kako so zaposleni zadovoljni z delovnim okoljem in kako doživljajo organizacijsko vzdušje. Hkrati pa nas je zanimalo, ali je glavni motiv zaposlenih denarna nagrada ter kako so motivirani zaposleni. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 33 zaposlenih. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da so zaposleni zadovoljni z delovnimi razmerami (oprema, prostor) in delom, ki ga opravljajo, saj je ta odgovor dobil povprečno oceno 3,91, k dobri oceni pa so prispevali tudi dobri medsebojni odnosi (povprečna ocena 4,12) in medsebojno zaupanje (povprečna ocena 4,15). Potrdile so se trditve, da so denarne nagrade, kot je plača, največji motivator za delo v založbi, saj se je zanjo odločilo 18 anketiranih (52,73 %), takoj za njo pa sledi nedenarno nagrajevanje, za katerega se je odločilo 15 vprašanih (48,32 %).

Vrednotenje izobraževanja iz transfuzijske medicine

Abstract: Zavod RS za transfuzijsko medicino poleg svoje osnovne dejavnosti, preskrbe z varno krvjo, opravlja tudi izobraževalno dejavnost. Transfuzijska medicina je obvezni del programa specializacij zdravnikov, ki zdravijo bolnike s krvnimi pripravki. Glavni namen izobraževanja je izboljšanje kakovosti in varnosti zdravljenja s krvjo. Izobraževanje iz transfuzijske medicine za zdravnike - specializante je organizirano v obliki tečaja, ki traja deset dni in se izvaja trikrat na leto. Vrednotenje izobraževanja je eden od pomembnih dejavnikov, ki pripomorejo k stalnemu izboljševanju in prilagajanju izobraževalnega programa potrebam posameznim specializacij glede na strokovne smernice zdravljenja s krvjo. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge je opredeljen proces izobraževanja s poudarkom na vrednotenju izobraževanja. V raziskovalnem delu naloge so prikazni rezultati vrednotenja tečaja transfuzijske medicine s strani udeležencev, ki so se tečaja udeležili od januarja 2016 do januarja 2017. V anketnem vprašalniku, s katerim smo ovrednotili zadovoljstvo udeležencev je bila zagotovljena njihova anonimnost. Odgovori zbrani z anketo so pokazali, da je tečaj izpolnil pričakovanja udeležencev, pridobljeno znanje pa bo uporabno pri njihovem delu. Z vsebino predavanj, predavatelji, vajami, učnim gradivom in organizacijo tečaja so bili udeleženci zelo zadovoljni, saj so bile njihove povprečne ocene višje od 4 (prav dobro). Nekoliko slabše sta bila ocenjena pisni izpit s povprečno oceno 3,33 in praktični izpit s povprečno oceno 3,85. Na splošno so bili udeleženci z izobraževanjem zadovoljni, saj je bila skupna poprečna ocena tečaja 4,14. Ugotovili smo tudi, da ni statistično značilnih razlik v zadovoljstvu z izobraževanjem med spoloma in specializacijami. Tečaj transfuzijske medicine za zdravnike specializante ima dolgoletno tradicijo in je bil tekom let deležen stalnih izboljšav na podlagi vrednotenja celotnega procesa izobraževanja in prilaganja novim smernicam na področju zdravljenja s krvjo. Z nadaljevanjem le tega, bodo tudi v bodoče izidi izobraževanja zadovoljivi in bodo pomembno prispevali k varnemu zdravljenju bolnikov s krvjo.

Entrepreneurship as a solution to the unemployment problem

Abstract: The relation between entrepreneurship and unemployment has been an interesting topic for researchers for quite some time. In the time of global recession and mass layoffs different countries try to stimulate their residents to work on their ideas and to test themselves on the open market using various forms of subsidizing. It is important to point out that entrepreneurship does not constitute such a social security as employment in large companies. Entrepreneurship is not just a mixture of ideas, desires for success and a trend away from employment, integration with the right business partners and the issues of obtaining the initial capital, but largely also depends on the laws in each country and the infrastructure which this country offers. Countries with better entrepreneurial infrastructure (technology parks, university incubators, etc.) are definitely more open to competition and entrepreneurial activities than others. Globally interesting and internationally comparable study made each year by GEM (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) (2008) notes that more and more people around the world are dealing with entrepreneurship. Schools for entrepreneurship are an important link between theoretical knowledge and practical involvement in the market. The international economic crisis has further accelerated the flow of restructuring, while unemployment continues to rise. It is therefore necessary to adopt measures that will help people with self-employment and, ultimately, in achieving a dignified life. Our contribution will be built on the hypothesis that where there is a higher rate of unemployment, more people will transit into entrepreneurship and where there is a higher rate of entrepreneurship there will be a lower level of unemployment. To test our hypothesis we will use available data from different countries and measure the correlations between the rate of entrepreneurship and the rate of unemployment and make a regression analysis of both values.

Authentic leadership to the future

Abstract: Authentic leadership is the latest evolutionary stage in leadership development and emphasizes the leader's authenticity. The construct of authenticity was researched by ancient Greek philosophers as 'know thy-self ', and 'thy true self '. Authentic leadership began to develop after 2004. The main reason why the researchers place so much attention to authentic leadership is fact that authentic leadership reaches all of the employees in organizations. Authentic leaders must identify the strengths of their followers and help them with their development and integration towards a common goal, purpose, vision and identity of the organization. Authentic leadership is seen as the final stage in the development of leadership styles, properties of this leadership style, and the consequences of this style have not been fully explored. In our paper we will explore this new style of leadership and its implications.

The role of openness and entrepreneurial curiosity in company's growth

Abstract: Entrepreneurial curiosity is an entrepreneurial-psychology related construct that measures a level of entrepreneurial curiosity among entrepreneurs. Key research objectives of the study were to empirically test how two independent constructs as openness and company`s growth are connected to entrepreneurial curiosity and to develop and empirically test a structural model linking these three constructs. A multi-country survey was made on a sample of entrepreneurs from Slovenia, USA and Serbia. Findings showed that openness is positively related to entrepreneurial curiosity and that entrepreneurial curiosity is positively related to company`s growth. Results of this study can be used both for further research and in practice.

Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v reševalnih službah zdravstvenih zavodov v Sloveniji

Abstract: Z raziskavo pod naslovom »Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v reševalnih službah zdravstvenih zavodov v Sloveniji« smo želeli ugotoviti, kakšna je stopnja zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Zanimalo nas je, kateri dejavniki imajo največji vpliv na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. V reševalnih službah zdravstvenih zavodov oziroma sistemu NMP Slovenije trenutno poteka reorganizacija v smislu izgradnje urgentnih centrov in vzpostavitve dispečerske službe zdravstva Slovenije s pripadajočimi dispečerskimi centri. Glede na pričujoče spremembe sistema, nas je zanimalo stanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih v reševalnih službah. Izvedli smo raziskavo v reševalnih službah zdravstvenih zavodov na področju vse Slovenije, posredovali smo 810 vprašalnikov v obliki e-ankete, v analizo rezultatov pa smo vključili 242 v celoti izpolnjenih vprašalnikov. V raziskavi smo ugotavljali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v reševalnih službah, raziskovali pa smo tudi dejavnike, ki naj bi vplivali na zadovoljstvo oziroma so s tem kakorkoli povezani. Postavili smo 9 hipotez, ki smo jih tudi potrdili. Z raziskavo smo pokrili področje celotne Slovenije ali drugače rečeno, v raziskavo smo zajeli vse statistične regije. Ugotavljamo, da so zaposleni v reševalnih službah z delom zadovoljni, saj je povprečna vrednost zadovoljstva 5,10. To nas veseli, saj se zavedamo vpliva zadovoljstva na učinkovitost in uspešnost zaposlenega. Po drugi strani pa rezultati centralnega dela vprašalnika o splošnem zadovoljstvu kažejo na ambivalentnost. Tako ni moč govoriti ne o zadovoljstvu, niti o nezadovoljstvu. Lahko bi rekli, da je stanje dobro, z veliko možnosti za izboljšave. Rezultati analize kažejo, da dejavniki, na podlagi katerih so bile formirane hipoteze, dejansko vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Najnižje rezultate smo opazili na področju plače, bonitet in nagrad. Menimo, da bi bile potrebne spremembe na področju plačne politike, nagrajevanja in bonitet. Po drugi strani pa smo opazili najvišje ocene na področju narave dela, sodelavcev in supervizije oziroma nadzora.

Pomen marketinga v prodaji nepremičnin

Abstract: Dandanes je potreba po marketingu v nepremičninskem podjetju močno narastla. Prepoznati potrebe, želje in pričakovanja potencialnih kupcev so bistvenega pomena za uspešnost podjetja. Ta nam omogoča, da se osredotočimo ravno na te dejavnike in lastnosti ter posežemo na čustveno ravnem posameznika. Tako jih lahko prepričamo, da je ravno naše nepremičninsko podjetje tisto, katero jim bo omogočilo, da se vselijo v svoj sanjski dom, poslovne prostore itd. Marketing je zelo razširjen pojem in danes predstavlja velik del uspeha posameznim podjetjem, organizacijam in prav tako tudi posameznikom. Z marketingom lahko dosežemo višjo uspešnost na področju prodaje in prepoznavnosti. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili pojme nepremičnina, marketing in marketing v nepremičninskem podjetju. Ugotovili smo, kateri marketinški prijemi so bistveni v nepremičninskem svetu in kako lahko s tem pripomoremo k izboljšavi na področju marketinga. Z anketo smo ugotavljali, kaj je po mnenju potencialnih kupcev najbolj pomembno pri prodaji in nakupu nepremičnine. Z izvedbo intervjuja zaposlene v podjetju PAK Invest d.o.o. pa smo pridobili konkreten vpogled v njihovo stališče glede marketinga v njihovem podjetju.

Psychological empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment among lecturers in higher education

Abstract: Background and Purpose: Organizations should implement new findings from the field of human resource management. If an organization wants to have successful and effective employees, they should be satisfied with all aspects of work and at the same time they should be feel commitment towards an organization. To have a full insight in employees, organizations have to take care of psychological side of employees, which manifests in psychological empowerment. Design/Methodology/Approach: The survey was conducted among 409 university lecturers in Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Serbia, and Slovenia. The investigated constructs of psychological empowerment, job satisfaction and organisational commitment were compared. Spreitzer’s PEQ was used for the assessment of the psychological empowerment, Spector’s JSS for job satisfaction, and Allen’s and Meyer’s OCQ for the assessment of organisational commitment. Results: The research showed that the highest level of psychological empowerment can be found among university lecturers from Serbia and the lowest from Germany. Job satisfaction level is the highest in Austria and the lowest in Slovenia. Affective organisational commitment is the highest in Slovenia and the lowest in Germany. Continuance organisational commitment scored the highest in Croatia and the lowest in Czech Republic. Additionally, the outcomes show the highest level of normative organisational commitment in Czech Republic and the lowest in Austria. Only affective organisational commitment was not found as statistically significant. Conclusion: Knowledge of psychological empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment can be helpful for leaders, because with this knowledge they can manage, develop and motivate employees properly.

Strategic management in development of youth and women entrepreneurship

Abstract: Background and Purpose: Volume and sophistication of scientific research related to different aspects of entrepreneurship have significantly increased in recent years. Many authors point out the positive influence that development of micro, small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurship has on economic growth and job creation. According to various researchers, youth entrepreneurship and women entrepreneurship are two very important elements of this global phenomenon. The purpose of this paper is to provide the analysis of strategic framework for the support to the development of youth and women entrepreneurship in Serbia. Design/Methodology/Approach: Situational analysis of youth and women employment and examination of official Government strategic documents related to strategic framework for the support to the development of youth and women entrepreneurship in Serbia will be conducted. Results: Concrete activities have to be performed by different stakeholders, mostly non-government organizations. The activity stakeholders are on the bottom of the institutional framework, which provides the support to MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) sector that will execute the operations in accordance with the defined strategic framework. Conclusion: Youth-run enterprises provide numerous benefits for society; they reduce youth unemployment and help young people prepare for their future. Female entrepreneurs also have strong economic and social impact.

An empirical study of the relationship between entrepreneurial curiosity and innovativeness

Abstract: Background and Purpose: Despite scholarly interest in understanding the role of different determinants on entrepreneurs and their behavior, little is known about the relationship between entrepreneurial curiosity and innovativeness. This research explores the relationship between entrepreneurial curiosity, which motivates entrepreneurs to gather information about their business and innovativeness that motivate entrepreneurs to incorporate innovations into entrepreneurial processes. Design/Methodology/Approach: Participants in this study were entrepreneurs from Slovenia and USA. By using structural equation modelling, we linked the two constructs of entrepreneurial curiosity and innovativeness to test the influence. Results: Results indicate that entrepreneurial curiosity positively influences innovativeness. The results of this study indicate that at the frame of entrepreneurship psychology entrepreneurial curiosity is important for innovativeness. Conclusion: This paper links the two studied constructs and presents a valuable contribution for entrepreneurship theory; therefore, the results could be used for a further scientific research as also for practical implications.
