Topološka optimizacija rotorske lamele sinhronskega motorja s potopljenimi trajnimi magneti : magistrsko delo

Abstract: Razvoj sodobnih pogonskih elektromotorjev na področju transporta predstavlja nove izzive. Potreba po doseganju visokih vrtljajev, navora in moči ob zagotovljenem dolgotrajnem obratovanju je prinesla k uporabi sinhronskih motorjev s potopljenimi trajnimi magneti. Magistrsko delo opisuje postopek topološke optimizacije rotorske lamele za omenjeni tip elektromotorjev, ki je potekal v programu CAESS ProTOp. Najbolj obremenjena območja rotorske lamele so mostički, ki morajo zadržati magnete pri vrtenju in zagotoviti mehansko stabilnost rotorja. Hkrati morajo biti dovolj tanki, da motor dosega potrebne elektromagnetne karakteristike. S topološko optimizacijo je bila pridobljena optimalna oblika mostičkov in manjša masa rotorske lamele. Rezultati topološke optimizacije so bili s pomočjo numeričnih simulacij v programu ANSYS primerjani z začetno, ročno optimizirano obliko rotorske lamele. Ugotovitve kažejo, da se s tanjšimi mostički optimalne oblike zmanjšajo napetosti in ekvivalentne plastične deformacije v kritičnih območjih. Uvedba sodobnih postopkov optimizacije v fazi razvoja lahko v prihodnosti zamenja proces ročnega iskanja optimalnih oblik in omogoči nov napredek na področju pogonskih elektromotorjev.

Experimental study of crack propagation through cladded 316L/S355 steel produced by the hot-roll bonding process

Abstract: A hot-rolled clad plate made of 316L stainless steel and S355 carbon steel was produced in a real industrial environment via GMAW welding, vacuuming, preheating to 1240 °C, and hot-roll bonding on four stand plate mills in nine passes with reduction rates between 20-6% per pass. The clad plates were solution annealed to achieve the usual delivery condition. Ultrasound testing showed a bonding rate of 100%. Metallographic examination revealed predominantly low concentrations of oxides at the interface. The tensile strength of the bond reached 155 MPa. The shear strength always satisfied the requirements of ASTM A264. It was observed that the concentration of oxide particles influenced the shear strength strongly. The lowest measured value was 172 MPa. Specimens notched in the base material and specimens notched in the clad layer were used in the Charpy impact test. In every case, only the notched layer broke, while the other layer was only bent. The absorbed energies were always higher than those of each material alone. Fracture mechanic tests gave similar results. The crack could not propagate from the notched layer into the other one, regardless of the material of the notched layer. Instead, delamination occurred. Due to delamination, K1c could not be determined, so KQ was given instead.

Parametrično modeliranje vrtljive mize polnilnega stroja : diplomsko delo

Abstract: V diplomski nalogi bo predstavljeno parametrično modeliranje vrtljive mize polnilnega stroja v podjetju GEA Vipoll d.o.o. Kjer se ukvarjajo z izdelavo polnilnih linij za živilsko in prehrambeno industrijo, ki velja za eno pomembnejših industrij sveta. Predstavljena bo tudi polnilna linija na splošno in parametrično modeliranje, ki sem ga uporabil za modeliranje vrtljive mize. Celoten model in tudi tehnična dokumentacija sta bila narejena v paketu SolidWorks.

Effect of residual stresses on fatigue strength on the smooth and splined parts of spring torsion bars

Abstract: The article discusses the effect of residual stresses on the fatigue strength of torsion bars by using the Dang Van fatigue criterion, at the stress concentration at the root of the tooth and at the smooth part of the torsion bar. Residual compressive stresses were induced on the surface during the technological processes by cold surface rolling and torsional pre-strain (pre-setting) to the plastic range, to increase the elastic linear range and to reduce the stress state during torsional loading. Normally, the stress reduction in the torsion bar at the mounting point is provided by the increased diameter of the splined part, compared to the smooth part of the torsion bar. In the case of a small difference between the diameter of the splined and the smooth parts of the torsion bar, a fatigue crack can be initiated in the notch, which causes the torsion bar to break during operation after a few hundred loading cycles. FEM stress analysis of a torsion bar was performed in the article. The actual residual stresses were measured by the non-destructive X-ray method at the place of stress concentration on the smooth and splined parts with a notch of the torsion bar, and Dang Van’s failure criterion was used to determine the fatigue behavior during torsional loading. Therefore, in the paper, the three methods were combined to determine the optimum lifetime of a torsion bar exposed to the required cyclic torque. The results of the analysis showed that the residual compressive stresses are useful up to a certain limit where the retarded fatigue crack initiation occurred, but a further increase of compressive stress caused an increase of the maximum shear stresses, which, in turn, caused the initiation of fatigue and failure at the splined part of the torsion bar before achieving the required number of cycles.

Konstruiranje jeklene konstrukcije nadstreška za avtomobile : diplomsko delo

Abstract: V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali jekleno konstrukcijo, katera bo služila kot nadstrešek za osebna vozila. Dimenzije nadstreška so 13360 mm x 6000 mm, pod katerega bo mogoče parkirati do pet vozil. Za kritino bodo uporabljene polikarbonatne plošče Lexan. Konstrukcija bo izdelana iz HEB 340 profilov in pohištvenih cevi 160 x 90 x 5 mm in pritrjena s pomočjo vijakov na štiri že obstoječe betonske armirane stebre. Uporabljali smo programsko opremo PTC Creo 7.0, s katero smo naprej skonstruirali 3D model konstrukcije, nato pa še opravili trdnostno analizo. Rezultati trdnostne analize (MKE) so bili znotraj dopustnih vrednosti (upoštevali smo standard Evrokod 3).

Konstruiranje transporterja z mehanskim zaklepom : diplomsko delo

Abstract: Diplomsko delo opisuje konstruiranje proizvodnega procesa od ideje, ki je narisana na listu papirja, do končne vloge sestava v podjetju naročnika. V diplomski nalogi se je razvijal transporter z mehanskim zaklepom. Pri nalogi je bilo potrebno raziskati lastnosti materialov in uporabnost standardnih elementov. Oblikoval se je transporter, ki ima možnost premikanja, in zaklepni mehanizem. Pri nalogi je bilo potrebno izdelati takšen transporter, kjer robot odvzame kotliček z natančnostjo do dveh milimetrov. Razviti je bilo potrebno mehanizem, ki je popolnoma mehanski s prednapetjem in končnimi legami. Za varnost zaposlenih so se izdelala varnostna vratca, kjer lahko serviser vstopa v prostor

Konstruiranje strojnega primeža z uporabo cae in optimizacije topologije ter simulacijski preizkus delovanja

Abstract: Cilj diplomskega dela je bil skozi proučevanje pomanjkljivosti obstoječih patentnih rešitev zasnovati inovativen 5-osni strojni primež. Ob upoštevanju načel razvoja odprte strojne opreme, kot dela svobodne znanosti, je transparentno in temeljito predstavljena izvirna rešitev s poudarkom na prednapetosti in dvojnem vpenjanju gibljive čeljusti primeža. Opravljena je bila statična analiza konstrukcije in optimizacija topologije. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da težave z dvigom čeljusti niso bile v celoti odpravljene, zato so predstavljene možnosti za nadaljnje izboljšave. Predstavljen je načrt nadaljnjih korakov, da bi lahko konstrukcija prešla v prosto javno uporabo.

Konstruiranje zvočno izoliranega zaščitnega ohišja : diplomsko delo

Abstract: V podjetju Baumüller Dravinja d.o.o, kjer sem opravljal obvezno prasko, sem skonstruiral togo zvočno izolirano ohišje po naročilu kupca. Pri konstruiranju sem moral paziti, da bo izdelek ustrezal vsem željam kupca. Najprej sem izdelek razvil, skonstruiral ter pripravil vso tehnično dokumentacijo, pozneje pa aktivno sledil izdelavi izdelka skozi celoten proizvodnji proces.
