OPTIMIZACIJA OBLIKE OHIŠJA REDUKTORJA ZA TEHNOLOŠKI POSTOPEK LITJA

Abstract: Podjetje SIP Šempeter razvija nov obračalnik, katerega sestavni del je tudi reduktor za prenos momenta na obračalne ročice – pajke. Osrednja tema diplomskega dela je rekonstrukcija ohišja reduktorja iz sedanje prototipne oblike, ki je izvedena v obliki zvarjenca v obliko, ki ustreza tehnologiji litja v pesek. Za polno tehnološko prilagoditev izdelka smo se poslužili simulacijskih postopkov s katerimi smo ugotovili pravilno postavitev vseh tehnoloških značilnosti (dolivki, napajalniki, itd.). Pri rekonstrukciji je nujno upoštevati določena livarska pravila in tako v tehnološkem smislu prilagoditi obliko izdelka, pri čemer pa se njegova funkcionalnost ne sme v ničemer spremeniti. V sklepu diplomskega dela smo dokazali, da je postopek litja ekonomičen že pri manjših serijah.

UVAJANJE AVTOMATSKEGA MERJENJA SKUPNE UČINKOVITOSTI OPREME V PROIZVODNI PROCES

Abstract: Diplomsko delo je nastalo s področja merjenja skupne učinkovitosti opreme v proizvodnem procesu. Ta metoda se je razvila v 90 – tih letih, ko so se najboljša podjetja zavedala, da je za povečanje konkurenčnosti potrebno nenehno izboljševati proizvodne procese in z medsebojno primerjavo meriti konkurenčnost na trgu. Uporablja se za spremljanje in analiziranje vseh zastojev v proizvodnih procesih v realnem času. Podatke največkrat zbirajo operaterji s pomočjo preglednic, zato so rezultati zbranih podatkov velikokrat odvisni od subjektivne ocene operaterja in organizacijske kulture v podjetju. Cilj diplomskega dela je bila uvedba avtomatskega zajemanja podatkov o zastojih na izbranem tiskarskem stroju MPS EP 410/8, kar smo izvedli z uporabo komercialne mobilne naprave za zajem podatkov. Na napravo smo priključili vhodni digitalni signal, ki nam daje podatek o stanju stroja – stroj je v obratovanju in stroj stoji. Na osnovi ročno zbranih podatkov o zastojih smo izdelali klasifikacijo zastojev, ki smo jih ustrezno sprogramirali in namestili v mobilno napravo Master IV. Ko naprava v realnem času dobi informacijo, da se je stroj ustavil mora operater v napravo vnesti bistveni podatek zakaj stroj stoji. Za vnos podatkov lahko koristi le predhodno vnesene vzroke. Na tak način se izognemo subjektivnim ocenam operaterja in ga prisilimo v realno vnašanje podatkov saj imamo napravo dnevno pod nadzorom preko interneta. Če dobimo podatek, da stroj stoji, zraven pa operater ni zabeležil vzroka ga lahko pobaramo, da ne izpolnjuje delovnih obveznosti. Hkrati ga seznanimo z rezultati analize in ko ugotovi, da veliko vzrokov za zastoje ni povzročil on, temveč so posledica slabe organizacijske kulture, kmalu vnos podatkov vzame resno saj ugotovi, da ga lahko zaščitijo. S takšnim načinom zajemanja proizvodnih podatkov in izračunom skupne učinkovitosti opreme smo vodstvu podjetja zagotovili kakovostne informacije o stanju in dogajanju v proizvodnji, ki jih lahko uporabljajo za nadaljnje strateško vodenje in razvoj proizvodnje.

METODE PREPREČEVANJA ODPOVEDI PRI VZDRŽEVANJU

Abstract: Vzdrževanje je v današnjem času ključ do uspešnega poslovanja v vseh okoljih in ne samo v proizvodnji. Z učinkovitim vzdrževanjem lahko katerokoli podjetje poveča uspešnost in tako pridobi prednost pred konkurenco na današnjem trgu. Pravilno in dobro organizirano vzdrževanje lahko omogoči velike prihranke in poveča dobiček podjetja. V diplomskem delu bodo predstavljene vrste in opisi posameznih metod za preprečevanje odpovedi pri vzdrževanju. Poglavja so razdeljena po posameznih fazah vzdrževanja in zajemajo opise vzdrževalnih metod. Kot proizvodni delavec podjetja Cimos Ai d.o.o (avtomobilska industrija) v Mariboru bosta predstavljeni metodi (5-S in TPM) za preprečevanje odpovedi, ki jih uporabljamo v samem podjetju in primeri kako te odpovedi na strojih in napravah v čim krajšem času odpraviti in da do njih sploh nebi prišlo. S takimi posegi obnovimo prvotno stanje posameznega stroja in njegovo življenjsko dobo. Predstavljeno bo tudi, kako poteka izobraževanje metode 5-S in TPM v samem podjetju med zaposlenimi in kakšni so vidni rezultati. V samem zaključku diplomskega dela bo predstavljena praktična raba s prvim delom in izboljšave na področju vzdrževanja, da tem napravam in strojem omogočimo čim večji izkoristek.

Vpliv geometrijske oblike izdelka na gospodarnost laserskega sintranja

Abstract: Med procesom selektivnega laserskega sintranja (SLS) nam ostajajo velike količine neporabljenega prahu. V želji po ponovni uporabi ga moramo mešati z novim, v pravilnem razmerju. Prah se z vsakim zagonom kopiči, kar pa predstavlja strošek. Cilj magistrske naloge je ekonomsko ovrednotiti proces SLS, glede na masni izkoristek prahu. Do najboljše izkoriščenosti tehnologije lahko pridemo samo z dobrim nadzorom prahu. V prvih poglavjih sem predstavil porabo in staranje prahu, vsebnost masnih deležev različno starega prahu ter različne vplive geometrijskih oblik izdelkov. Za nadaljevanje sem moral izvesti eksperiment staranja prahu. S serijo sedmih zagonov sem dokazal padanje kvalitete večkrat uporabljenega prahu zaradi njegove izpostavljenosti visokim temperaturam. Po eksperimentu sem izdelal dva preračuna, namenjena ponovni uporabi prahu, saj obstajata dve možni vrsti uporabe tehnologije. V zaključku sem oblikoval še izračun stroškov materiala in stroškov uničenega prahu, ki je posledica izdelave. Prišel sem do rešitev, kako nadzorovati kvaliteto izdelkov s pomočjo beleženja porabe prahu in masnih razmerij ter nadzora uničenega prahu. K temu sem dodal tabele za nadzor kvalitete že uporabljenega in tudi kombiniranega prahu (že uporabljen in nov prah), s katerimi je možno tudi preizkusiti in predvideti najoptimalnejše mešalno razmerje za naslednje zagone. Poleg nadzora kvalitete, tabele podajo tudi priporočljivo količino prahu za zagon, ter optimalno maso in kvaliteto odstranjenega materiala. S pomočjo tabel in rangiranja kvalitete odvečnega starega prahu sem uspešno izdelal izračun za določitev materialnih stroškov izdelkov, ki vključuje tudi neporabljen material.

Layered additive manufacturing in clinical medicine

Abstract: The use of contemporary technologies of Computer Assisted Design (CAD), combined with latest rapid prototyping, tooling and manufacturing, with traditional CT scanning techniques and high medical skills are used as instruments for better diagnostic visualization, simulation of procedures and treatment of patients with craniofacial deformities. They also improve the overall performances of medical and nursing staff thus influencing the quality of medical service. Patients with congenital defects, orthognathic deformities, deformities after malignancy treatment or after craniofacial traumatic injuries of different severities are of particular interests due to both aesthetic and functional alterations. The paper presents two clinical cases - a patient with scull bone defect after brain hemorrhage and brain edema as well as a patient with hemifacial microsomia treated by surgery followed by implantation of titanium angular implant prepared by means of computer tomography scans, Computer Aided Design and Rapid Manufacturing technologies.

Additive fabrication in metallurgy - case study of grey cast iron valve production

Abstract: Additive Fabrication technologies are well known from the last two decades. In that time Additive Fabrication technologies have evolved from strictly prototype part production into an option that can also be used to produce end-user parts. With development of Additive Fabrication machines capable of producing metal parts, a complete substitution of conventional metal casting technologies is possible. However, direct Additive Fabrication of metal parts is still not time/cost effective when producing large volume parts, and nowadays there is still lack of materials that can be used on those machines. This paper presents a method how a conventional sand casting process can be assisted by Additive Fabrication technologies. A sand mould pattern is produced by Selective Laser Sintering. Additive Fabrication is also used in direct manufacturing of cores.

Application of group technology in complex cluster type organizational systems

Abstract: The aim of this research was to contribute to the development of structural design procedures of complex - cluster type organizational systems. Industrial clusters can help companies to improve their own market positions, effectiveness, productivity and product quality. Organization of the production process in a company is an extremely complex process itself, and when it is transferred to the cluster level, the result is a complex task which is difficult to solve. For that purpose, this paper analyses the conditions and possibilities that would enable those structures to adapt to changes in the surroundings - flexibility and management adequacy of production and organizational structures - by lowering the degree of complexity. For the time being, no simple models which would enable an increase of process effectiveness in complex organizational units like clusters have been developed. One of the possible solutions which would decrease the complexity of flows and increase process effectiveness within an industrial cluster is the application of Group approach.

Intelligent interface in a flexible production environment

Abstract: The paper describes a universal postprocessor initially intended to translate NC code for non-standard NC controllers. By adding arithmetic modules and connecting it to the technological database (TDB) it's functionality is broaden to a wider range of production planning problems, such as quick calculations of costs, evaluation of production possibilities and disposability of tools, etc. Thus, an automation tool is gained that enables its user to participate in a virtual manufacturing market and quickly and effectively evaluate jobs offered.

Prediction of total manufacturing costs for stamping tool on the basis of CAD-model of finished product

Abstract: One of the orientations of the tool-making industry is towards shortening the time from enquiry to the supply of tools. The tool-making shops must prepare within the shortest possible time an offer for the manufacturer of the tool based on the enquiry in the form of the CAD-model of the final product. For preparation of a proper offer, the values of certain technological features occurring in the manufacture of the tool are needed. Most frequently the tool manufacturer is interested in total cost for manufacture of the tool. Because of lack of time for making a detailed analysis the total costs of tool manufacture are predicted by the expert on the basis of the experience gathered during several years of work in this area. In our work, we conceived an intelligent system for predicting of total cost of the tool manufacture. We limited ourselves to tools for manufacture of sheet metal products by stamping; the system is based on the concept of case-based reasoning. On the basis of target and source cases, the system prepares the prediction of costs.The target case is the CAD-model in whose costs we are interested, whereas the source cases are the CAD-model of products, for which the tools had already been made, and the relevant total costs are known. The system first abstracts from CAD-models the geometrical features, and then it calculates the similarities between the source cases and target case. Then the most similar cases are used for preparation of prediction by genetic programming method. The genetic programming method provides the model connecting the individual geometrical features with total costs searched for. In the experimental work, we made a system adapted for predicting of tool costs used for tool manufacture on the basis of a theoretic model. The results show that the quality of predictions made by the intelligent system is comparable to the quality assured by the experienced expert.
