International Conference Fluid Power 2025 : Conference Proceedings

Abstract: The International Fluid Power Conferences are a two day event, intended for all those professionally-involved with hydraulic or pneumatic power devices and for all those, wishing to be informed about the ‘state of the art’, new findings and innovations within the field of hydraulics and pneumatics. All papers included in the conference program are reviewed and collected in the conference proceedings. The gathering of experts at this conference in Maribor has been a tradition since 1995, and is organised by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maribor, in Slovenia. Fluid Power conferences are organised every second year and cover those principal technical events within the field of fluid power technologies in Slovenia, and throughout this region of Europe. This year's conference FT2025 is taking place on the 17th and 18th September in Maribor, at Congress centre Habakuk.

Implementacija strojnega vida na proizvodni sistem festo i4.0 : magistrsko delo

Abstract: V magistrskem delu je predstavljena implementacija strojnega vida na proizvodni sistem Festo I4.0. V programskem orodju TwinCAT je izveden program za delovanje strojnega vida s PLC krmilnikom Beckhoff. Le-ta komunicira s PLC krmilnikom Siemens, ki krmili obstoječo Festo CP-LAB postajo. Le-ta, je programirana s programskim orodjem Tia Portal, za vodenje vseh komponent CP-LAB postaje Pick by Light. Dobljeni rezultati so analizirani, predlagane so možne izboljšave.

Izdelava in testiranje prototipa sušilne omare : magistrsko delo

Abstract: Sušilna omara je namenjena za sušenje in osveževanje mokrega ali suhega perila. Tako se oblačila posušijo, osvežijo in razkužijo s pomočjo pare. Sistem temelji na uporabi izmenjevalnika toplote oz. krajše kompresorja. Ta segreje topel zrak in ga s pomočjo ventilatorja gnanim z BLDC motorjem usmeri v zračni kanal na zadnji strani omare. Voda se prečrpa iz rezervoarja za čisto vodo v parni generator na vrhu omare, kateri upari in usmeri vodno paro v omaro, tako da odstrani gube na oblačilih, prav tako pa jih razkuži. Para kondenzira na dnu omare kjer je zračni usmernik in se s pomočjo črpalke prečrpa v rezervoar z umazano vodo. Sistem ima več različnih nastavitev, kot so samo sušenje, samo uporaba pare, sušenje in para, časovne programe, varnostno zaklepanje, in začetek sušenja z zamikom. Prav tako omara vsebuje WIFI modul, tako da lahko omaro upravljamo preko aplikacije.

Suitability of test procedures for determining the compatibility of seal materials with ionic hydraulic fluids

Abstract: The compatibility of seal materials with the working fluid is crucial for the flawless, energysaving, environmentally sustainable, and safe operation of any technical system. This is especially true for hydraulic systems operating under high operating pressure. The problem of materials compatibility comes into play when either a new type of seal material or a new type of fluid comes into use. The paper discusses the research findings regarding material compatibility testing of new high-tech ionic hydraulic fluids with commonly used seal materials. Due to the completely different chemical composition of these new fluids compared to the classical mineral-based oil, for these fluids, there are no standardized testing procedures. In these cases, we can only lean on the Standards that apply to classical fluids, which can lead to incorrect results. In the forefront of the paper is the discrepancy between the results obtained by the standardized test, and the test under real operating conditions. FKM, an excellent material for seals, proved to be the most suitable in the case of using ionic hydraulic fluid, according to a standardized test. However, it failed in the comparison test under real operating conditions, as the cylinder leaked. NBR seals proved to be a better solution.

Naprava za mazanje navojnih izvrtin

Abstract: Tema diplomske naloge se nanaša na zasnovo, konstrukcijo in izdelavo naprave za mazanje izvrtin. Vključuje tudi pripravo tehnične dokumentacije. Projekt je bil realiziran v okviru podjetja. V uvodu je najprej predstavljeno podjetje, nato kratko opisano teoretično ozadje pnevmatskih sistemov, ki so opisani v diplomski nalogi, nato pa se podrobneje predstavljena sama naprava. Predstavljen je celotni postopek izbire komponent in materiala vključno s podrobnim opisom delovanja in nastavitev posameznih komponent.

Avtomatizirano zaznavanje napak pri delovanju pnevmatske postaje : magistrsko delo

Abstract: V obravnavanem magistrskem delu je predstavljena samodiagnostika pnevmatske delovne postaje, ki temelji na uporabi tlačnih in pretočnih senzorjev za zaznavanje puščanja komprimiranega zraka. Glede na izhodiščni delovni cikel postaje smo ocenili nadaljnje poškodbe in naprave in s tem povezano puščanje, pri čemer smo zaznavali dodatno količino porabljenega komprimiranega zraka, ali s tem povezane padce tlaka v določenem ciklu obratovanja. Realni podatki delovanja in puščanja pnevmatske postaje so bili pridobljeni s pomočjo krmilnika Beckhoff, medtem ko smo naredili vzporedno simulacijo izgub s pomočjo programa Automation Studio.

Ionic hydraulic fluids and seal-material compatibility

Abstract: Manufacturers of hydraulic fluids invest a lot of effort and resources in improving their physico-chemical properties, with the goal of getting as close as possible to the properties of an ideal hydraulic fluid. It should be non- flammable, environmentally friendly, sustainable and should have excellent physical and chemical properties. After decades of development in the field of ionic liquids and the search for an ionic liquid suitable for use in hydraulic systems, ionic hydraulic liquids are now already in industrial use, especially on devices that operate in harsh and risky operating conditions. Since ionic hydraulic fluids are a completely new type of hydraulic fluid, one of the issues is their compatibility with the materials present in the hydraulic components, including all the seals. This paper refers to the process of testing the compatibility of hydraulic seal materials with different types of ionic hydraulic fluids according to the standardized percentages and recommendations, with emphasis on changes in the swell, shrinkage and hardness of the seals. The presented results are a useful guide for selecting suitable seal materials in case of using high-tech ionic hydraulic fluids.

Avtomatizacija delovne postaje za etiketiranje v okviru sistema CP Lab : magistrsko delo

Abstract: Eden od poudarkov koncepta Industrija 4.0 je je digitalna transformacija in avtomatizacija proizvodnih procesov. Tem usmeritvam sledi tudi vsebina magistrskega dela, kjer je v ospredju razvoj procesa avtomatizirane proizvodnje. V ta namen je bil uporabljen laboratorijski sistem CP Lab proizvajalca Festo, pri čemer je bila v ospredju podrobna analiza modula za označevanje izdelkov - etiketiranje. Znotraj programskega okolja TIA Portal smo razvili krmilni program, ki omogoča upravljanje sistema tako v ročnem kot tudi v avtomatiziranem načinu dela, prav tako smo zasnovali uporabniški vmesnik HMI za nadzor in vizualizacijo delovanja sistema. V zaključni fazi projekta je bil modul za etiketiranje uspešno implementiran v celovit sistem CP Lab.

Avtomatizacija in prvi zagon testne naprave za testiranje materialov verižnih členov : magistrsko delo

Abstract: Magistrska naloga obravnava problematiko avtomatizacije testne naprave za testiranje materialov verižnih členov v podjetju Ledinek Engineering. Testna naprava se zaradi trenja med uporabo pregreva. V okviru naloge je razvita celostna rešitev, ki vključuje avtomatizacijo in programiranje HMI plošče za enostavno upravljanje testne naprave. S tem bodo lahko uporabniki naprave učinkovito in brez težav izvajali teste ter dosegli najbolj natančne rezultate. Programiranje PLC je izvedeno v TIA Portalu in krmilnikom Siemens.
