Analiza pretočnih časov delovnih nalogov v podjetju KOM d.o.o. : magistrsko delo

Abstract: Tema magistrskega dela je analiza pretočnih časov delovnih nalogov v podjetju KOM d. o. o. V prvem delu je pojasnjen pojem pretočni čas delovnega naloga in delovne operacije, optimizacija pretočnih časov, pristopi za skrajšanje le teh in vloga kratkih pretočnih časov. V nadaljevanju je opisano podjetje, njegove dejavnosti, tehnologija, poslovanje, problematika podjetja in programska oprema, ki jo podjetje uporablja za vodenje. V drugem delu so opisani in analizirani trije delovni nalogi in predlagane rešitve za izboljšanje pretočnih časov obravnavanih delovnih nalogov. Po izvedeni analizi je ugotovljeno, da so procesi učinkoviti, saj je razmerje med pretočnim časom in časom aktivnosti blizu 1.

Efficient modification of the CRAFT algorithm for layout optimisation

Abstract: Every combination of product mix and production volume requires a suitable layout of workplaces (functional units). An optimised layout is of utmost importance to achieve global competitiveness of companies and to build an efficient, sustainable production. We plan the layout mainly with heuristic methods; constructive, improvement and combined methods are available. In this paper, a modification of the established improvement algorithm CRAFT (exchange method) is presented, which provides much better and more accurate results at a slightly higher computational cost. The most important change is the immediate precise determination of the centroids of the areas of workplaces (or departments) that are exchanged. The distance between any two workplaces is represented by the orthogonal distance between the centroids. In the example given, which is based on a pairwise exchange, the difference is 22 % in favour of the modified algorithm.

Abstract: Zaključno delo obravnava ureditev delovnega mesta »Trojček III« v podjetju PIŠEK - Vitli KRPAN, d. o. o. Zaključno delo predstavlja sistematičen pristop k izboljšanju delovnega okolja z uvedbo metode 5S in ergonomskih principov, s poudarkom na povečanju produktivnosti, boljši izkoriščenosti virov, zmanjšanju porabe energije in surovin ter izboljšanju stabilnosti procesa. Implementacija metode 5S omogoča boljšo organizacijo delovnega mesta, kar zmanjšuje izgube in povečuje učinkovitost ter varnost zaposlenih. Ergonomija igra ključno vlogo pri oblikovanju delovnega mesta, saj zmanjšuje tveganje za nastanek kostno-mišičnih obolenj in izboljšuje delovno udobje. S celovito analizo obstoječega stanja in načrtovanjem optimalnih delovnih pogojev diplomska naloga prispeva k dolgoročni konkurenčnosti podjetja na trgu.

Process simulate versus inertial Mocap system in human movement evaluation

Abstract: There are various tools for evaluating physical ergonomics. Two main computer-assisted approaches can be recognized in the literature: analytical evaluation using simulation software like Siemens Jack or Process Simulate, and empirical evaluation by tracking human body movement. Both methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. This article compares an analytical method using Process Simulate software and an empirical evaluation using an inertial motion tracking system and highlights the strengths and limitations of both approaches. The information from the tracking system is processed by the Process Simulate software and an ad-hoc ergonomic analysis module developed in Unity. Given the limited license of Process Simulate, the ergonomic comparison is performed using two indices, RULA and OWAS. Other comparison metrics discussed in the article are the time required for the analysis, the additional functionality each solution offers and the possibility of augmenting the assessment with virtual or augmented reality solutions. The results show some limitations of using Process Simulate with the tracking data and the great versatility of the solution developed in Unity

The NASA-TLX approach to understand workers workload in humanrobot collaboration

Abstract: Human-robot collaboration (HRC) is becoming increasingly widespread in today's production systems, as it can contribute to achieving more efficient and flexible production systems. Given the growing importance of HRC, this paper addresses the significance of human workload in HRC. To study workers workload an experiment was conducted using NASA-TLX questionnaire. The experiment featured two scenarios involving the same operation but varying robot motion parameters. Recognizing that individual differences contribute to success of collaboration, the experiment considered worker utilization in relation to robot motion parameters. To ensure the credibility of the experimental results, the robot motion parameters were adjusted to each individual in order to achieve the same conditions and utilization at all participants. Results revealed that worker utilization, in conjunction with robot motion parameters significantly influenced worker workload. The results highlight the need for personalized guidelines in collaborative workplaces that emphasize individual differences in abilities, skills and personalities to increase overall well-being and robot and worker productivity.

Analiza procesa vodenja proizvodnje v Inel d. o. o.

Abstract: Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na podjetje Inel d. o. o., ki je specializirano za razvoj in proizvodnjo naprav za dotisk, kontrolo, verifikacijo in agregacijo v farmacevtski industriji. Poleg tega podjetje nudi tudi prilagojene rešitve za izdelavo naprav, ki omogočajo podajanje in sestavljanje izdelkov z uporabo robotske tehnologije. Delo obravnava temeljne metode načrtovanja in vodenja proizvodnje, s poudarkom na analizi celotnega proizvodnega procesa – od začetnega pridobivanja dokumentacije do končne izdelave strojnih delov. V nalogi so predstavljeni predlogi za optimizacijo in izboljšanje proizvodnih procesov, s ciljem povečanja učinkovitosti in kakovosti proizvodnje. Z nadgradnjo digitalizacije v proizvodnji sestavnih delov bi dobili natančnejše čase za izdelave določenih delov naprav.

Uvajanje digitalne evidence dela v proizvodnem podjetju : diplomsko delo

Abstract: Diplomska naloga preučuje proces uvajanja digitalne evidence dela v proizvodnem podjetju z namenom izboljšanja učinkovitosti in sledljivosti proizvodnega procesa. S poudarkom na sodobnih tehnoloških rešitvah ter digitalizaciji delovnih postopkov, analizira prednosti, izzive in možnosti implementacije digitalne evidence dela. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni koncepti digitalne evidence, tehnološke platforme ter smernice za uspešno implementacijo. Empirični del raziskave vključuje študijo primera, kjer je bila uporabljena digitalna evidenca dela v proizvodnem okolju.

Ureditev proizvodnje s pomočjo metode 5s in s sistemom dveh zabojev za nadzor zalog : magistrsko delo

Abstract: Magistrsko delo zajema problematiko proizvodno usmerjenih podjetij po vsem svetu. V grobem je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V prvem sta uvodoma predstavljena problematika in potek dela, nato sledi krajša predstavitev podjetja Medicop in na koncu najobširnejši sklop, ki zajema teoretične osnove opisane problematike. Drugi del se navezuje na podjetje Medicop, d. o. o., v katerem so bili izvedeni vsi projekti, ki so v povezavi z ureditvijo proizvodnje. Torej, opisani so postopki spremembe postavitve montažnih mest na montaži specialnih vozil. Na principu metode 5S je opisana ureditev proizvodnje – od ločevanja, urejanja, čiščenja, uvedbe standarda do vzdrževanja sistema. Opisan je način vpeljave sistema dveh zabojev za nadzor zalog za vijačni material na montaži specialnih vozil. Vsem opisom uvedenih sprememb sledijo rezultati naloge na montaži specialnih vozil.

Personalizing human–robot workplace parameters in human-centered manufacturing

Abstract: This study investigates the relationship between collaborative robot (CR) parameters and worker utilization and system performance in human–robot collaboration (HRC) environments. We investigated whether optimized parameters increase workplace efficiency and whether adapting these parameters to the individual worker improves workplace outcomes. Three experimental scenarios with different CR parameters were analyzed in terms of the setup time, assembly time, finished products, work in process, and worker utilization. The main results show that personalized CR parameters significantly improve efficiency and productivity. The scenario in which CR parameters were tailored to individual workers, balanced the workload, and minimized worker stress, resulting in higher productivity compared to non-people-centric settings. The study shows that personalization reduces cognitive and physical stress, promotes worker well-being, and is consistent with the principles of human-centered manufacturing. Overall, our research supports the adoption of personalized, collaborative workplace parameters, supported by the mathematical model, to optimize employee efficiency and health, contributing to human-centered and efficient HRC environments.

Integriranje vitke proizvodnje v podjetju Tech-Gum d.o.o. : diplomsko delo

Abstract: V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek integriranja vitke proizvodnje v podjetju Tech-Gum, ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo izdelkov iz gume. Za začetek sem raziskoval težave, s katerimi se podjetje ukvarja zaradi neorganizirane proizvodnje. V tem podjetju sem vodja proizvodnje in sem te napake zlahka opazil. Najprej sem preučil teorijo, katero sem uporabil za eliminiranje napak. Po preučitvi teorije sem se odločil za metode, ki bi, glede na moja opažanja, podjetju najbolj koristila. To so metode vitke proizvodnje: 5S, Kaizen, SFM, Gamba obhod in Poke-Yoke. Cilj naloge je bil vključiti tudi vse zaposlene, zato sem jim razdelil vprašalnike, s katerimi sem želel izvedeti njihovo stališče glede organiziranosti proizvodnje in delovnega okolja. Rezultat naloge je bolje organizirana proizvodnja in zadovoljni zaposleni.
