Primerjava algoritmov Apriori in GSP nad podatki Covid-19 z osredotočenjem na časovno dimenzijoVita Kulčar, 2025, undergraduate thesis Abstract: Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na uporabo metod podatkovnega rudarjenja, specifično, na odkrivanje asociativnih pravil. V uvodu so predstavljeni osnovni pojmi in tehnike rudarjenja, vključno z merami zanimivosti, ki se uporabljajo za analizo povezanosti med različnimi elementi v podatkih. Delo podrobno opisuje algoritem Apriori in algoritem posplošenih zaporednih vzorcev, njune prednosti in slabosti ter implementacijo za generiranje pogostih vzorcev in oblikovanje pravil. Notranji nadzor pitne vode v zdravstveni ustanovi in načrt ukrepanja ob izrednih dogodkih : magistrsko deloGoran Novak, 2025, master's thesis Abstract: V magistrskem delu sta obravnavana notranji nadzor pitne vode v zdravstveni ustanovi in načrt ukrepanja ob izrednih dogodkih. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti delež zdravstvene ustreznosti in skladnosti pitne vode v interni vodovodni napeljavi javnega zdravstvenega zavoda Univerzitetni klinični center Maribor, raziskati učinkovitost letnega načrta spremljanja zdravstvene ustreznosti in skladnosti pitne vode ter primerjati zdravstveno ustreznost in skladnost pitne vode med lokacijo Maribor in lokacijo Slivniško Pohorje. Uporabljene metode so vključevale vzorčenje in laboratorijsko preskušanje pitne vode na parametre iz Uredbe o pitni vodi. Magistrsko delo temelji na rezultatih mikrobiološkega preskušanja pitne vode, odvzetih vzorcih v času med 1. januarjem 2013 in 31. decembrom 2021. Skupno je bilo analiziranih 1.642 vzorcev pitne vode, od katerih je bilo 95,2 % skladnih z mejnimi vrednostmi parametrov iz Uredbe o pitni vodi. Delež zdravstvene ustreznosti in skladnosti pitne vode, vzorčenih na interni vodovodni napeljavi zdravstvenih objektov UKC Maribor na lokaciji Maribor, je bil višji kot delež zdravstvene ustreznosti in skladnosti pitne vode, vzorčenih na interni vodovodni napeljavi zdravstvenega objekta UKC Maribor na lokaciji Slivniško Pohorje. Ugotovljeno je, da dosledno izvajanje preventivnih in korekcijskih ukrepov bistveno pripomore k izboljšanju zdravstvene ustreznosti in skladnosti pitne vode. S tem magistrskim delom je omogočen hitrejši vpogled nad obvladovanjem bolnišničnih okužb s področja oskrbe z zdravstveno ustrezno pitno vodo. V prihodnje je priporočeno dosledno izvajanje notranjega nadzora in preventivnih ukrepov za zagotavljanje zdravstveno ustrezne in skladne pitne vode, redno posodabljanje načrta ukrepanja ob izrednih dogodkih ter izobraževanja osebja glede pomena zagotavljanja ustrezne kakovosti pitne vode. 4. Organizacija in organiziranje2025 Abstract: Sodobna družba je družba organizacij. Organizacije so prostor, kjer se ljudje nahajamo v različnih oblikah, različnih dejavnostih in zasledujemo različne interese in cilje. Ravno tako se vprašanje organizacije skozi institucionalno, instrumentalno opredelitev in skozi oblikovanje organizacije razvija že od samih začetkov vzpostavitve znanstvenega raziskovanja s področja organizacijskih ved. Vprašanja, ki so vezana na organizacijo in organiziranje, izhajajo najprej iz percepcije človeka in razumevanja zakonitosti organizacij, ki jih je potrebno upoštevati tako v formalnem kot v neformalnem pogledu. V znanstveni monografiji z naslovom Organizacija in organiziranje smo povezali vsebinsko zaokrožena poglavja, ki so nastala v avtorstvu in soavtorstvu visokošolskih učiteljev in sodelavcev ter doktorskih študentov. Tematski sklopi so vezani na področja organizacije, saj upoštevajo kadrovski, procesni in informacijski vidik. Obravnavajo torej področje treh glavnih stebrov organizacije, ki skozi zgodovino pomenijo tudi odskočno desko za bodoči razvoj in raziskovanje organizacijskih ved. 5. Problematika zadržanja mladega kadra v podjetjihLucija Sirk, 2025, master's thesis Abstract: Sodobne organizacije se soočajo z izzivom zadržanja zaposlenih, zlasti mladih, ki pogosto zapuščajo delovna mesta zaradi pomanjkanja vlaganja v njihov razvoj, neustreznega vodenja ali slabega delovnega okolja. Prvi del magistrskega dela zajema pregled obstoječe literature o zadrževanju mladega kadra v podjetjih, razlikah med zaposlenimi milenijci in generacijo Z, zavzetosti zaposlenih in dobrih vodjah. Drugi del zajema empirično raziskavo vzrokov za odhod mladih zaposlenih iz podjetij. Raziskavo smo izvedli med naključno izbranimi posamezniki, mlajšimi od 35 let, ki so v zadnjih dveh letih zapustili podjetje, v katerem so bili zaposleni. Zastavili smo si tri cilje, in sicer smo pri prvem raziskali, kako vodenje, kompetence vodij in komunikacija v obliki letnih oziroma polletnih razgovorov vplivajo na zadovoljstvo in zadržanje mladih zaposlenih v podjetju. Pri drugem cilju smo ugotavljali, v kolikšni meri vpliva na odločitev posameznika za menjavo delodajalca plača, pri tretjem cilju pa smo preverjali, kateri so najpogostejši razlogi, da mladi odhajajo iz podjetij v Sloveniji.
Ugotovili smo, da imata največjo vlogo za zadržanje mladega kadra v podjetjih vodja in management podjetij. Ugotovili smo, da kompetence vodje vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Analiza je pokazala, da zadovoljstvo s plačo ni odvisno od spola in da je največji dejavnik za odhod iz prejšnjega podjetja plača. Glavni dejavnik, zaradi katerega bi mladi zaposleni v naslednjih 12 mesecih zapustili trenutno podjetje, je vodenje in management. Predlagamo, da podjetja vlagajo v razvoj vodij z uporabo coachinga, ki izboljša njihove veščine poslušanja, postavljanja vprašanj in sodelovalnega vodenja. Redni razgovori z mladimi zaposlenimi ter personaliziran pristop krepijo njihovo motivacijo, zadovoljstvo pri delu in zadrževanje talentov. a high yield of methanol via the hydrogenation of CO2. Amorphous ZrO2-supported 0.5–1 wt.% Au
catalysts were synthesized by two methods, namely deposition precipitation (DP) and impregnation
(IMP), characterized by a variety of techniques, and evaluated in the process of CO2 hydrogenation
to methanol. The DP-method catalysts were highly advantageous over the IMP-method catalyst. The
DP method delivered samples with a large surface area, along with the control of the Au particle
size. The strength and number of acidic and basic sites was enhanced on the catalyst surface. These
surface changes attributed to the DP method greatly improved the catalytic activity when compared
to the IMP method. The variations in the surface sites due to different preparation methods exhibited
a huge impact on the formation of important intermediates (formate, dioxymethylene and methoxy)
and their rapid hydrogenation to methanol via the formate route, as revealed by means of in situ
DRIFTS (diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy) analysis. Finally, the rate of

8. In-plane deformation behavior and the open area of rotating squares in an auxetic compound fabricPolona Dobnik-Dubrovski, Nejc Novak, Matej Borovinšek, Matej Vesenjak, Zoran Ren, 2022, original scientific article Abstract: A conventional compound fabric was used to develop a modern, multifunctional material
with an auxetic behaviour and a tailored open area for particle filtration. Such material was produced
using traditional textile technology and laser cutting, to induce a rotating squares unit geometry. The
behaviour was investigated of three different rotating unit cell sizes. The laser slit thickness and the
length of the hinges were equal for all three-unit cells. The tensile properties, Poisson’s ratio and
auxetic behaviour of the tested samples were investigated, especially the influence of longitudinal
displacement on the fabric’s open area and the filtered particle sizes (average and maximum). Results
show that the developed compound fabric possesses an average negative Poisson’s ratio of up to
−1, depending on the applied auxetic geometry. The larger rotating cell size samples offer a higher
average negative Poisson’s ratio and a higher breaking strength due to the induced slits. The findings
highlight the usefulness of patterned cuts in conventional textile materials to develop advanced

10. Total Knee replacement with an uncemented porous tantalum tibia component: A failure analysisSamo K. Fokter, Nenad Gubeljak, Esther Punzón Quijorna, Primož Pelicon, Mitja Kelemen, Primož Vavpetič, Jožef Predan, Luka Ferlič, Igor Novak, 2022, original scientific article Abstract: Porous tantalum has been extensively used in orthopaedic surgery, including uncemented
total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Favourable results were reported with earlier monobloc tibial components and the design evolved to modular implants. We aimed to analyse possible causes for extensive
medial tibia bone loss, resulting in modular porous tantalum tibia baseplate fracture after primary
TKA. Retrieved tissue samples were scanned with 3 MeV focused proton beam for Proton-Induced
X-ray Emission (micro-PIXE) elemental analysis. Fractographic and microstructural analysis were
performed by stereomicroscopy. A full 3D finite-element model was made for numerical analysis
of stress–strain conditions of the tibial baseplate. Histological examination of tissue underneath
the broken part of the tibial baseplate revealed dark-stained metal debris, which was confirmed by
micro-PIXE to consist of tantalum and titanium. Fractographic analysis and tensile testing showed
that the failure of the tibial baseplate fulfilled the criteria of a typical fatigue fracture. Microstructural
analysis of the contact surface revealed signs of bone ingrowth in 22.5% of the surface only and
was even less pronounced in the medial half of the tibial baseplate. Further studies are needed to
confirm the responsibility of metal debris for an increased bone absorption leading to catastrophic
